Today morning i received a sms from shine as my cv is selected for reliance jio-back office salary 12k to 45k for more info please call [protected], than i called today morning as above mentioned number she describe me everything and said please pay of rs 850 than i got a call from ms Mahi singh
([protected]) she asked me only 2 question than said you are selected your salary will be 29k per month we have vacancies at 4 location in Odisha which one is your nearest place you joined there than said please pay 850 rs than im getting WhatsApp call from first number last digit (7826) said send money .i am confused how Reliance jio company selected staff only asking 2 question so i did not send money ..than she called me said i have your Aadhar card how i will do misuse with your document see, she threated me .. Requesting shine team please dont do like this with anyone, its very bad.
If any kinds of misuse with my document I must go to police station for help .i have all recording and WhatsApp screenshot for proof purpose .

Hi recruiter called me and ask to fill the application for bank job. And she asked me to pay 49 rs. I also made transaction through debit card but. Instead of 49. 10049 was debited from my account. When i asked recruiter she asked me to apply for refund. When i tried. Again otp came. So i didn't do that. When i asked her to refund my amount she said she cannot refund it. So please help me to get my amount refund

Oday i got a call from a company via shine.com. The lady told me "you're offered me a job in hdfc bank, for that i need to send my documents, photo and aadhaar card. On that basis i wll be shortlisted for interview which is to be held after 30 min but before interview i've to pay her rs1850". So i did a little investigation, there were numerous fraud alerts regarding data-entry jobs. So i simply replied her that i'm not interested ". After listening this she threatened me my documents will be blocked for 3 years and i'll get job nowhere. Is it really possible to block someone's document??? Actually i sent my graduation marksheet

I received phone call from this number +[protected] calling girl name is priya Sharma she told me about Job in hdfc bank and she told me about Rs 750/- PRC in two steps she told me after first round I have to pay Rs 375/- and then after Second round i have to pay Rs 375/- more total Rs 750/- . I had paid Rs 750 / - on to step in 1st step Rs 375/- and in 2nd step Rs 375/- then after two days I received confirmation letter on my mail from shinerecruitment.[protected]@outlook.com but after that they send me 2nd mail on that mail they demanded Rs 2500 / - Mor for verification step but I rejected this offer but my Rs 750/- not refunded by them I want my money back so please help me 😞 All numbers by they called me Priya sharma +[protected] Bhavesh Malhotra +[protected] Rohit +[protected] E mails by I had received mails shinerecruitment.[protected]@outlook.com

I got a call from an executive from Shine.com to activate paid service for provide job opportunity and asked to make a payment of via an email link 3657 to process a premium service. I made the payment.

Post that a dedicated person was assigned to carryout professional and educational verification. For the verification process, again asked for a payment of 5192. I made the payment.

Again they said the payment was only for the professional verification and for educational verification asked for another payment of 9663. This is when I suspected that it is fraud.

Please help me recover my money.

Hello, on 2nd September 2020 i got call from shine.com telling me that the guy calling me from shine.com he said me that there is interview in mumbai, if you want job you can apply there. I said ok and he gave me job address and everything. I left my house morning 8:00am and visited that company. It wasn't a company its just a small cabin where 1 guy is seating and taking my interview, its not a interview also he just asked my name and he asked me for 700rs, i said why should i pay 700rs. Then he said its just a registration fee if you dont give you won't get job, and i was in hurry because i am having issue with financial problem so i gave him 700rs and he said me that he ll call me in 2 days and he gave me receipt. He called me after 2 days and he said me your cv is in under process. So it will take 1 week to accept from company. After 1 week i call him he said it takes more days because of covid pandemic. So i called That guy who is accusing that he is from shine.com, the guy said i will mail him and tell him to talk with you, i said okay. Then the guy call me he said you are successfully applied for doing job in 3iIntouch Solutions. So i said okay and after 1 week again no response. So i complaint about that 3iIntouch Solution guy after that the guy send me Sucide messages in whatsapp and then i tell this to the guy who saying that he is from shine.com, the guy me and that 3intouch solutions guy talked with each other and then the 3intouch solutions guy is like he didn't said me anything. And now I Call Shine.com and they are saying they don't call for job and interview then why we getting call from shine.com text written on true caller. I have evidence from 2nd September to till now with call recordings, receipts and Sucide Threads so please contact me

I received a call from Bikash Chauhan claiming that he is from shine.com. He told me my name has been selected for DPS Kolkata so I need to pay the verification amount of ₹2000 (and like a fool I did) after that he managed a call with the HR he was claiming a charge of ₹3500 for document verification I completely denied and I told I want my money back so they said I need to pay the cancellation charge of ₹2580 and I did that too after that they were again charging higher amounts activation fee and all I completely denied. I told them I want my money they said I need to wait for 7 days.

Taken money in the name of employment and not responding

Shine learning account department lured with employment opportunities and high package on the basis of services. They forced me to pay 42000 phase wise but after 1 month no output. When i reached them to refund amount then they are denying to pay. Yet i didn't get any call for job interview which they commited. They only make fool on the basis services.aq...

Due to Coivid effect i have lost job in April and still hunting job, i have registered to Shine on 16-Sep-2020, later received call back from Poonam from Shine on 16-Sep-2020 made payment on 2949/- told that i will be getting shop 100% without any additional amount, later next day again getting call from s.[protected]@shine.com, he was me to pay 5800 rupees. Even after multiple calls to customer care, mails till now there is no service offered or job offered me. Please help

I got a call regarding resume highlighting and job offer. He told me to pay rs 2499/- for highlighting your resume for recruiter. And he told me job will be 100% guaranteed if you pay the amount. He mailed me the link of payment and i paid, than again he called me and told within 7 days company will take skype or telephonic interview but for that you have to pay 6720 rs.. What the hell?? I told i wont pay.. I was jobless for 6 months and they did this to me.. Please i want my money back from shine..

I gave this money through paytm on bhikam singh account..by getting convinced by ritu. I have made an application of cancellation of form on 17 August onwards because I wasn't sure to pay any further amount as they were demanding more money to process my application further.
Therefore i got a mail from the company that my money will be refunded within 45 days.

I hope all is well with you during this pandemic period. I am writing this note to you with disappointment and hurt that I am undergoing now while interacting with entire team. I am completely dejected and depressed

Point 1

A week back or so I got a call from one of your executives asking about my account on shine.com and recomending a paid subscription. The executive managed me into taking up the paid subscription by promising a lot of things and services especially pointing out my seniority in the profession and field and emphasizing again that hard for senior persons to get a new job now. It sounded genuine and also price quoted was discounted one for Rs3192 for ALL the services like Resume Booster, Highlighter, Connecting with consultants/recruiters/ arranging calls etc etc. He told that relationship manager will connect with me who will help me in finding better opportunities within 10-15 days

Point 2

A relationship manager called next day and after some introductory questions started explaining the service and told it as a product which is payable. I immediately refused that I will not be paying as this was not discussed with the executive and no information was provided earlier. I also asked for a refund.He insisted no refund possible and this will cost only Rs5192, telling me that without entire package will not be served. I was clueless as I did not want the earlier paid Rs3192 not getting wasted. I told very clearly will not paying any more other than this Rs5192. He simply made me to pay and once I paid the amount and thought probably now I wil be able to get some benefits, he asked for another payment of Rs7197/- telling me that I have to pay this also else everything done till now will not yield desired results. I thought may be this is the end hence I paid however to my surprise he sent another profarma invoice of Rs12506/- pressurizing to pay and how it is going to rosy after that. I again argued and wanted to discuss with his superior. Call transfer happened to another person and he too insisted repeated the same words stating that I will never regret these payments as I am to reap the benefits soon. At this point in time I asked that I hope this is the last payment to which he responded positively and I made the payment as I wanted to get over with it. My patience gave up when he again asked for a payment of Rs19129/- and again I was mentally extored and pushed to corners. I said I did not money and he still insisted me to pay via credit cards or installments else I will not be getting complete service and full benefits cannot be seen. Finally I paid Rs14999/- agreed both sides along with discount

Point 3

I was literally feeling at a gunpoint, I was totally helpless. Most of the services for which I have paid are not useful to me as I they get mentioned as Education Verification, Background verification, some tests etc. which are of no use to me. In total I paid Rs43186/- expecting the service intially for Rs3192/-

Despite paying this most of the services are not started and the response from the customer support teams is hapless and ineffective. Still one of the services show Unpaid.
All that I need is to stop the services initiated even though it is displayed as initiated nothing has happened so far and kindly provide me the refund as I am totally not convinced with the quality of service and lost the trust completely. Please note I had lost the trust at the same moment when I was asked to pay Rs5192 itself.

I write to leadership management in utmost faith hoping that you will help me out here with the refunds as I no more have confidence on SHINE and I have not availed a single paid service hence it should not be difficult. Rs43186 is a bigger amount for me considering the EMI and medical expenses that I incur and I cannot afford for sure.

Lot of emails coming from Shine.com, [protected]@shine.com on the payment confirmation but nothing is conclusive. They try to revert the email they sent and make me wait for a confirmation to check the status. Totally not trustworthy

Please help me in this regard.

I am sharanya, i have registered in shine.com and i have received a call from shine.com on 26th sept 2020 (12:20 pm) and the concern person name is ayush sharma (Contact number:+91 [protected]) he told that there is a vacancy in hcl company and my cv has been short listed. Then i informed that my profile is not suitable for this job. After that he told that pyramid overseas short list my profile. So i have pay the registration amount of rs.2650 to their account. So i told that i have to discussed this with my family and i will contact them. After half an hour they continusly calling me and i have told the same again. And at 4:28 pm he was called me again and shouting me and he told that will blacklist my profile and will inform all the copies in india not to get the job. Kindly look in to the mater seriously and take necessary action immediately

I have received the call on 26th aug 2020 from shine recruiter named as ravi, contact no. [[protected]]. He ask for rs 2000 as a registration fee for lined up my interview in l & t company and said this amount is refundable. After that he ask for money. When i asked for refund money they said that write text msg for cancellation and within 15 days company call you and your amount will be transferred to you after 15 day i call again then he said that your cancellation process as now on active mode and again he increase the duration. Now when i try to call on that number it comes switch off. I just want my 2000 back. Shine company is fraud and don't ever trust on this company

The behaviour of the lady who call me from shine is very badly.
she also said a bad words against my mother.

I'm working with Shine.com(Hindustan times) till 31st July. The shine.com company of the Noida branch deducted the salary for the month of April, May, and June month Employee Name-Deeraj Ojha(TL) and Vijay Tyagi. (Assistant Manager). Even I worked for 30 days from morning 9:30 to 8:30. I'm taking followup with the company but no revert getting. please find the attached email. also, they block my email ID.
