I have got call from some people's Rutika Rajput, Rohan shrama & Aniket and from other members regarding my job details(Company name-Lupin Limited Pharmaceutical company) . They asked about qualification and so on. After that for every registration, confirmation and interview they are asking money. First they ask 1500, then 4500. How is it possible for a person who is applying for a job can afford this. I am applying in this so that I can get a job and look after my needs. So please refund the my money.

S gaurav has called me reqularly he only use my problem and situation and told will get job in two days but no jobs and even he took money of 30000 still no job and asked him and calling him regularly but he black mailing me not giving any job information from last two months not giving money that day he told i[censored] wont get job he return check the call record i wont money back without any job why should u play with poor ppl if that money i had i would survive for three months but with one day u mind wash and black mailed me and took money pls return my money if wont if any thing happen to my health shine and shine ppl r responsible for that directly it should consider as death note tho shine

This is Yogaraj from Chennai, registered and paid member of shine services.
1)From on 03th November’20 Mr. Pradeep from shine mislead me and made me pay rs. 4599/-for Overseas activation service.
2)then for handing my profile was assign by Mr.Vishal Shine (Employee ID- VK1141) Given briefs and fails hope within 26 Working days we will assign interview calls from our Client's after no Calls No response from day of activation
3) After 10 days later got a draft copy of my resume which was very disappointing and was not able view it in first place again after couple of days follow up Service Team and Mr.Vishal had sent me those draft copies over mail and I had expressed my disappointment. After 1 week again then have come back with same lethargic approach on very simple Resume which is not acceptable
4)Get update ( Aus) Service:- for profile need to be updated top 2 job portal .Profile not done so far no calls, no response from Vishal and Service team
5) Professional Portfolio again same the copy pasted my old resume in to Powerpoint in that nothing updated so far regarding my projects wise image again no calls from Service team before updation I paid 14999/- amount for only copy pasted in to Powerpoint they are saying this is our format of Portfolio service and they not provided as customer need still portfolio not done 34days over money need to be refund
4) Education & Employment background verification part of paid services.Regarding details about this verification asked to Mr.vishal they Responded me again wait 15days i said already 26days over Still my all service and interviews call hasn't activated and not arranged so far he is saying this is not my problem like that and i asked senior number they simply become silent they given me fails hopes, Simple dragging Days i Need refund my money for Education verification 6999/- @amount & Employee Verification 9999/-
5)Before activition they said you will gets interview calls we will arrange interviews we will arrange visa and accommodation if you select in job till dragging days only so far Resume only done with simple format others they all details hidden no response support From Mr .Vishal (employee Id - VK1141) always Responding to me middle of call I have another important call I will call you later like that dragging call 34days over
7)in total i Paid 36, 596/- I want my refund back and i do not want continue services from shine with fails hope

Sir on 15 Jan 2020 I contacted to shine .com for job placement. I am talked with shine customer representative whose I'd is R.[protected]@shine.com he tell me only 2655 rs paid and u have cll from many reputed companies for job interviews after it I have clearly ask any hidden charges has they denied no hidden charges so after it I paid the money 2655rs after this payment they tell me extra 7373 rs this time customer representative s I'd is R.[protected]@shine.com, then I verified these I'd real or fraud by shine app chat section they assured me they R real but questions is why they ask me for extra 7373 rs . I have clearly talk before these process regarding fees they told me only 2655 rs then why 7373 rs . I have denied to pay . In 2655 they are not provide me any interview no any benefit they cheated me behalf of these two men shine .com doing fraud with me. at the end I want my money back . Also attached conversation with shine chat also receipt of money which I paid I want my hardworking money back u R totally cheat with job seekers.

This is Narayanan from Chennai, registered and paid member of shine services.
1)on 30th october’20 Mr. soorj from shine mislead me and made me pay rs.60, 000 plus for activating services.
2)there was no update from shine after payments after escalations my profile was handled by mr.munesh
3) after multiple escalations 25 days later got a draft copy of my resume which was very disappointing and was not able view it in first place again after couple of days follow up mr. Munesh had sent me those draft copies over mail and I had expressed my disappointment and also was very vocal about refund. After 1 week again then have come back with same lethargic approach on resume.
4) verification of certification part of paid services. Why should I upload the same. I can produce the same during time of interview or when hired. Need refund for the same.
5) WhatsApp activations. Till date have got couple of totally irrelevant WhatsApp messages wrt job opportunities and shine had taken Rs.25, 000 from me for this service. In what way it is justified. Need this refund for sure.
6)calls on wish & will without any intimation and finally blaming the customer.
7)in total I want my refund back and do not wish to avail any services from shine which anyways has not been provided to me till date.

Dear Team,

Shine team cheated with me on the refund policy of DM course on 2nd Dec, 2020. The team took me to the website as shinecomplaints.in. I had to pay Rs 10 . while i was directed to the website & payment gateway was mobikwik, had entered card details & CVV no, i had not entered any OTP & amount of Rs 20, 000 & then 20, 000 was debited from my citi bank account. The OTP was hacked from my mobile as i was on the phone. I had blocked my card and went to police station for FIR. I have also filed a cyber complaint so that it could be tracked early and hopefully the transaction could be aborted at an earlier stage.I am trying to reach the customer service no of mobikwik to file the complain and stop the payment transactions but unable to reach them. Please help

Last one week after gotvsubscritio paid Rs.999/-we are not able to post any job nor we find to get contact with you.Please resolve our issue as soon as possible.

Got one call in which the person sad that 3600 is enough for life time membership and received another in which he made me to pay 26k in different steps saying that this will be the last step. So will move to CYBER CRIME POLICE as I have all the call recordings with me...

I had registered and uploaded my resume on normal job sites like naukri, monster as I was searching for job. I got a mail from shine.com and they said my profile has been shortlisted for a job opening in wipro. But in order to get the interview with wipro i had to first register with 1850 rupees which they said will be refunded when I visit the company. I did. later they asked for 12, 500 for BGC validations. Post that they asked for 24, 995 for submitting some form. I was not interested so I dropped the process midway. The recruiter said the money will be refunded the following day but when I checked with them they are now answering that they have no update on that.
I hope shine.com repays the money taken from me ASAP.

A person named Siddharth Khurana from Shine.com called me saying that your resume has been shorlisted for high refrence job for the post of dentist in Zydus, Narayani, Apollo Hospital and for that i have to pay 2000/-rs for registering into it and that amount is refundable and i payed that amount.After that he took me on a conference call with Senior Executive and he told me u have to pay 6500/-rs for registering into an interviwer id which i denied and told Siddharth Khurana to return my 2000/- rs.He fooled me around and told me that amount will be credited in next 24 hours bt today he completely denied it.You all play with people trust abd belief.You take strict action against it and return my amount otherwise serious action will be taken against it.

I would like to complaint about shine.com, an employer(fake scammer) through their website contacted me with a job proposal for Singapore, I went through the interview, they took 6, 135 rupees for me in the name of authentifying my scanned doc's, and then set another final interview where I passed, then asked me to pay 40, 000 rupees.
Then when I called him, he spoke as if he didn't care, he said after Diwali he will refund and when we called he blocked the call. They used Hitachi company name and also had a guy with Chinese accent who took my interview..all seem ligit but my issue is he scammed me, my original document of college, school and profession I had scanned and sent to this criminal below.

My name is Tejaswini. I had received an email from shine site ([protected]@alert.shine.com) regarding home based typing job. I had contacted the number mentioned in your email. I had paid the registration fee and the assessment was completed and also submitted. They said the salary will be processed the next day of our submission. But later they asked me to pay the GST and file processing fee of rupees 6250. So I made my payment and I was told that the amount paid went into the suspense account, so they requested me to make the payment again, however, it end up in suspence account. Later they informed me that there was an issue with the server and later they fixed it so they asked me to pay half amount of rupees 3250, so that they could process my salary.
Total amount of 15750 was sent by me and they have also dropped an confirmation email saying that they will process my salary before 9pm yesterday dated 27th November 2020. But once I done my payment there was no response from them. So I tried contacting them and their phone numbers are off. The numbers are[protected] Rajendra singh( mentioned in email ) and[protected] Aditya ( senior manager). I have attached all the screenshot of the payment and also the mail from Shine and also the confirmation mail sent by them. Kindly look into it and do the needful at the earliest.
