Hi Team,

Shine employees called me for paid services asking for initially approx. Rs 3000. And then in incremental way they ask me to pay more again and again.

But now it's limit crossed hence deny to pay more. And they denied me for job offers.

This is frustrating and depressing.

Please refund my money paid.

First they asked for 2949
Then again for 4673
Again for 7197

Now before even starting the service i have cancelled it, but they are initiating the refund.

I too received a call from these rogues. They told me to register myself by paying Rs10 as a small registration fee. As a security I used a card that has balance less than 500 to check whether this was real or fake. Then I proceed. To my shock, I saw that it was not showing Rs10 but Rs1938. But I did not proceed to make the payment. When they called me they asked me what happened, so I told them that it was a higher amount and not Rs10. They told me that it is their reference number and not the amount that will be deducted. They thought that I would be a fool to pay but I said no. I will not pay as it clearly indicates the amount. I was not aware that they are frauds as I always believed that shine.com was a reputed company and they ask a small amount to update our CV. Had I known that this was fake, I would have been really rude to them and tell that I am going straight to the police station to register complaint agsinst this number.

I have applied and hr archana singh took my interview and gave the number of abhishek kumar that is [protected].. She said that he will giude me further.. Even i have paid the amount of 2500 rupees through google pay.. And sent me call letter on my email.. Asking to pay again 5500 ruppes. Then they will send me the hard copy my job letter.. She told me now ur online test is done now your interview for hdfc.. Your next round is interview for this u should pay 4500rs after that your interview will be confirmed. If you are not selected your amount become refund..in interview there was another fake mam which told i am from hdfc bank mumbai her number was [protected]. She told you are selected. After that nidhi chauhan said you will got offer letter at tomorrow. After another next day nidhi said u should pay 9500 for hdfc account opening and credit card debit card kit after dat your job will become confirmed. I told i can't trust you plz refund my money after that nidhi mam included third party her number was [protected]. She told u should send me details of your debit card like cvv number after that u will got otp n send me i will send ur refund.. I was too angry dat time i told i can't share details you should pay online transaction and she told we can't do that otherwise u will got refund after 45 days. Fraudster fraudulent ht media’s shine.com said to pay rs 2949 for job highlighter service. They commit that they will market your c. V. They never mention any other charges after this particular payment. Once you pay them, they ask you for rs 4673 because they want to verify your educational background, if you ask them is their any other charge apart from these charges they will say these are the final charges. Once you pay them they say there is an additional charges of rs 6478 for company verification. Even at this point if you ask, are there any other charges they will say once you pay this amount there are no other charges. Once you pay that money there is some additional money of 9, 000 odd for resume building. If you don’t pay that money your other services are of one use. That means on the first call they tell you to only have to pay 2949 but never revealed there are additional charges of 18 thousand odd rupees more.. These are all trained scamster who are professionals in pulling out money from your pocket. The guy who called me first said his name is priyanshul then said his name is manoj, he forgot his own name in middle of conversation if only you pay them for one or two services it’s of no use. I have my full doubt even after taking full money they will not be able to give you job for sure. Hindustan times is the most fraudulent company in india.

My brother had got a job deal of accountancy through shine and they asked 500/- with resumes and id proof. Later they asked for 4500/- and mentioned they were from hdfc bank. We called the bank and asked about the recruitment. They replied that they are not recruiting any candidate. We are being scammed of 500/-. And they're not answering our calls. I have got from [protected] this number for job recruitment and for that they asked me online payment of Rs 10 as registration fee. As per instruction I did. But in this transaction I got the OTP for Rs 9910 /-.. so i want to complain about this fraud activity.. pls register my complain.. I can send u call recording also...

My name is Rochak Bhardwaj. Today I got a call from +91-[protected]. A person told me that he is calling from shine.com and providing me job opportunity. For that he gave me a link which is attached below. As I just clicked on that link a page of shine.com opened and there was a form to signup. As I filled that form, one reference number generated and after that your gateway page opened. He told me that I have to pay 10/- only for registration. I made the payment but unfortunately 9851/- was deducted from my credit card instead of 10/- as I made the payment from citi bank credit card. After some time he called me again and told me that he is processing for refund and he gave me another OTP of 5354/- which I did not processed. I just want to cancel that transection of 9851/- as they are fraud. I have already raised a dispute on citi bank and lodged a complaint against them on cybercrime.

They gave me subcription of 3000 for getting my cv shortlisted and after i received another call from shinwebsite job asking for more 8000 telling me to modify my cv, p, lease dont buy any subcription from shine, they are the biggest con job finding app.

I applied for job in banking sector through shine.com. I received a message for job, I called back on this number and asked about job. The boy told me that I am calling from shine.com(no-[protected])..
He said mam send me your documents on ([protected]) this no. I sent my documents. Then he again called and said Mam your documents selected for HDFC bank. There are 3 process.. Tommrow your online exam will be conducted. Please pay Rs. 500 registration fee, if you clear the exam it will be added in your salary otherwise we will refund it within 30 minutes .
I paidRs.525 by accidently, I informed them that I paid Rs 525, instead of Rs. 500.They said, no issue, your Rs will be added in your salary. they conducted my online exam..
Next process was telephonic interview, telephonic interview conducted, then they sent me a file In which they had written that you cleared telephonic round. Now you have to pay Rs 4500, A team will visit in your home at 4:30pm for police verification. Please pay.. Otherwise they won't come.. Then I paid.. But after that No team visited in my home. I called them. A girl said, because of some reasons we couldn't visit at your home.. We completed your verification process online. Tomorrow you will get your call letter.
Next day they said that, we have to open your salary account, please send some details.. After few minute later they again sent me a file in which they had written please pay Rs. 9500 for opening the salary account.. I refused them and said please refund my money immediately.. I do not need your any job..and then the girl said OK.. But they didn't refund my money nor received my phone.

I am Rishav Raj and i was looking for jobs in the market and has applied for few on 23rd june for civil jobs in patna and got call from shine.com on 24th june for the same. The recruiter name was Mahi and it was showing Gaurav shine.com[protected]. She told me about the job openings in my city patna and asked me about my interest. I told her to apply for L&T and Aditya Birla Group (Ultratech Cement), moving forward she asked me about my documents and i told her to send me a email regarding the same. She did so and i helped her with documents. She told me that she will be representing me and if my resume got selected she would let me know. The next day the recruiter called me saying my resume git selected in L&T and the next step is a telephonic interview for which she connected me to her senior executive vishal who told me i will require a reference code as i am going for the interview from shine.com which i can get only if i pay the amount Rs-2500 which is a refundable amount and just needed as a security deposit so i asked them to send me an email regarding the same. They did, the email ID they were using was shineindiajobs.[protected]@gmail.com. I agreed and paid them the money, i had faced some issues in paying as it was not taking the IFSC Code of the bank that they gave me so i requested them about the address of the bank, firstly they didn't wanted to provide but eventually they did from a number[protected] which shows kavya airline jobs ahmedabad int he truecaller and the address mentioned was mayur vihar. I have paid the money to their bank account using Google pay and sent the screenshot on email as requested by them. After that they sent me the questions to prepare for the interview and the reference ID. It was 25th june but interview didn't happened as firstly the HR was having another interview and them there was some connection issue so they have scheduled it for 26th june. On the morning around 11:30 the interview took place, he asked me HR based questions and i was able to answer them all so i was confident that i am going to go to the second round of interview. He told me that i will be getting the results today or tomorrow by the recruiter. I was fine. Vishal, the senior executive ([protected]), showing vishal on the truecaller called me in the evening to share the feedback of the interview which has turned out to be positive and he said i was having the job and by tomorrow noon (27th June 2020, 12:00pm), i will be havibg my ofder letter to join L&T and date of joining will be mentioned in the letter itself. I was confused as previously discussed it was going to be two rounds of interview but he said the face to face interview is just introduction. And then he started to ask about my family and who does what, which i wasn't interested in aswering and took the conversation asking for Rs-6500 for the document verification purpose which i didn't agreed and asked him to firstly provide me the offer letter and i will like to complete the whole process by going to the patna office and paper verification by L&T then he stated giving lectures like you'll have to compromise and all, this is a backend entry, he also told me to get my papers verified by CRP Company, being a recruiter i know the ehole process and we do not take any money. I disagreed to pay and asked him to return my money. After that he and the recruiter triied convencing me to pay and i was asking about my money and they told me to reply on the same email where they have asked for Rs-6500 that i do not want to move forward and need my money back. I did so and they are not picking any calls after that.

Please check the issue as it has increased alot. Also i am attaching all the proof i have regarding this case.

Being a company why are you not taking actions. is there nothing like cyber crimes in this country and no one is afraid of that. You being a bigger company has all the rights to check the address used and the numbers to track the locations and you are not doing anything at all. You are chill because you are involved.
