A company on the name of sai enterprises hiring for mahindra and mahindra automobile supervisor and others jobs, they are giving fabricated, wrong address details and mail id showing [protected]@gmail.com..
Demanding amounts for security deposit, bank account opening, courier charges etc., we found all are fake details they offer.. Please take strict action on this company.. Keep your reputation..

Today call received from shine website[protected] from this number. They register your i'd, registered cost only 10 rs they told to login shine web sites (Jobshine. Online) after login they autodebited in my account rs 500. After i tried same namber not given proper response and she told we do refund but still not received.
This is not first time. Third time this happen last year also same thing happen but everytime your people doing different styles of money fraud. This time without my knowledge autodebited my account.

I, ranjoy das, am writing this mail to seek assistance from you in order to get refund done for my services that i was promised!
I was told and misinformed about the whole process from the beginning itself!
I have spent over 1 lakh rupees and never got the clarification about the details, and was blindsided by endless payments one after another!
Now after all the payments, i am being informed that there is another "last" payment of about 40k in order to get job offers!
Over the last few weeks i was practically robbed by mr. Arya and mr. Atul, who were ironically my coordinators!
Please help me to get this over with, even if it means i have to cancel all the services, please assist me to get reimbursement as there is no service involved whatsoever!!
The lack of communication and continuity of misinformation provided by the coordinators were absolutely disgusting!!

I have been receiving fake calls from people claiming to offer banking jobs and others. Kindly validate whether the job offers posted on your portal fake or not. Otherwise some gullible people might pay money

Got a call from shine.com saying about the interview timing and all.. And then got a mail about it... And said it's a paid service.. Asked to pay 3k... Nd said if the candidate will not be selected the amount will be refunded... We have paid the money.. Later, interview has been taken by the company and got the job confirmation mail... They said call latter will be sent.
Now again they are asking to pay 5k for document verification.br...

I registered on portal of shine.com and next day I received a call from an executive (‭+[protected]‬) who asked me to make payment of Rs. 4601 as one time registration fee for usage of the services by Shine.com. I am looking for a serious job change from Delhi to Kolkata as my aged mother is in Kolkata and unwell and detected with neuro-damage and possible Parkinson’s disease. When the executive asked me for my reason for job change, I informed him all these details. As my need to go back to Kolkata In the long run and tend to my ailing mother was imminent and more important, I thought I would pay the Rs. 4601 which was not so much, if it helped in my getting a job in Kolkata. So I paid Rs. 4601 with my debit card and transaction ID for same was IN20200611_342060_145218.

Thereafter, I received one more call from another executive (‭+[protected]‬) for confirmation of payment and informed me there would be no further payments, told me they have assigned another executive (Shailesh) for assisting in my recruitment. Thereafter, Shailesh called me (‭+[protected]‬) and had 1 hour discussion with me during which he discussed my job details and prospects in Kolkata. He informed that there would be one more small payment which would be final but he is not aware of the amount and it will only be shown to me from the link shared by him on my email. I checked the new link and it showed an amount of Rs. 6, 478. As I had already paid earlier amount of Rs. 4, 601 and I seriously needed to get a job in Kolkata to tend to my aged ailing mother, I agreed to pay the additional Rs. 6, 478 as per the link shared. So I paid this amount also with my debit card. Thereafter, after asking further questions about my job profile and expected salary and profile, Shailesh again shared a link from shine.com for payment. I asked him time and again how much more money I have to give, so that I am able to take a call now and not later after I have already paid thousands in bits and pieces, but he told me he cannot see the amount only I can. When I opened the link it demanded Rs. 8, 495 so I expressed my suspicion for the same. But Shailesh assured that it is a small amount and won’t matter once I have got the job in Kolkata and am able to take care of my ailing mother. Basically, he took advantage of my helplessness and coaxed me into paying the said amounts. I further requested him to refund the amount already paid as I would not be able to pay anymore money. But he point blank refused saying that the amount deducted by Shine is non refundable. As I had already paid Rs. 11, 079 so far, I thought I could pay Rs. 8, 495 more so that my application is processed and the amount that I had already paid does not get wasted. So I paid additional Rs. 8, 495 and requested Shailesh to proceed with my application.

Thereafter, he shared another link with me and said it is the final amount to be paid and no further payment would be required. On opening the link, I saw Rs. 15, 467 is being demanded. As I had already paid a non refundable fee of Rs. 19, 574 I was forced to make the so called final payment of Rs. 15, 467 so that my previously paid amount does not go to waste. Had I know at the beginning that I would have to pay such a huge amount I would never have ventured out with this exercise in the first place. But the company duped me into believing that there is a one time fee of Rs. 4, 601 for lifetime and misled me into making the payments in installments.

After I paid the fresh demand of Rs. 15, 467 Shailesh shared yet another link with me calling it to be the final one. When I opened that link I found that I had to pay Rs. 23, 000 more! That was the tipping point for me and I told him clearly that I have already paid Rs. 35, 041 and I will not make any further payment and that Shine.com should refund my money.

In the beginning I was told that only Rs. 4, 601 is to be paid as a one time fee, and I paid that fee with that understanding. At the very beginning, had I known or been made aware by the company that I have to pay such a huge amount, I would not have even paid the initial amount or availed the service. But the company played very cunningly and only took the money in installments and that too non refundable so that the victim keeps paying the money to avoid wastage of the previously paid money. It originally started with Rs. 4, 601 and I ultimately ended up paying Rs. 35, 041 and three were further asking for Rs. 23, 000 more!! This is absolutely unfair and against consumer interest. This is a way to dupe innocent job seekers and blackmail them into paying more and more money till they give up. If I did not stop paying at 23, 000 god knows upto how much amount they would have stretched their demands. This is nothing but extortion under IPC.

Please take suitable action against this entity and I want my refund of money. I am a lawyer and will not hesitate to take legal action immediately, not to mention that this nuisance will be exposed on social media and newspapers in large numbers.

I make a call n a lady ask me to send id copy, pp size photo copy n education certificate copy on the same number for verification purpose.

On 8th june 2020 i received a call form a lady from [protected] - miss taniya regarding varification & interview purpose. She asked me about myself, family n previous job experience n told me that my selection done for supervisor post in reliance jio ltd. Then she asked mee to follow next process to transfer rs.850/- which will get refend me with my 1st salary after that i will get my joining letter. She told me that same amount specifically have to deposited in branch manager account. She provided me details for payment as follows

Within 15 mints i make payment to given account & send miss taniya screenshot of payment details. Then whole day i following her for joining letyer but she told me letyer is send on your mail id but due to network issue you not getting.
On 9th june 2020 in the morning 8.15 i received the letter for confirmation in which the company ask me to deposite rs.2050 for security deposit after which i get my joining letter. Then miss taniya called me & explained that all the procesd completed from her end. Now one more step i have to complete that is to make payment of rs.2050 as a security deposit. Company provide me higher level post & i have to handle a team. I have to open current account in which company will transfer my team salary. When i transfer rs.2050 & send the payment details company provide me bank form for opening account in axis bank as well as will courier me my offer letyer, my id card, my flight ticket n training schedule details etc.

This time i seach the details regarding shine.com is asking any amount to provide job or not. Then i come to know all these all fishing & decide to make complaint against the same.

Please lookinto the same & do the needful to get my amount of rs.850/- & take legal action against given numbers as soon as possible.

I got a call from mr. Abhishek (+91 [protected]), stating he works for shine.com, mumbai and asked to pay rs.2500 right way to explore jobs related to supply chain in mncs and also stressed on the part that without paying you wont get job from shine.com even-though he said he was aware of disclaimer states "no money will be taken" and explained money is being asked as these are internal references by mncs which will not be displayed in shine.com or any open job-portals.
Lay-off victims during this pandemic covid-19 are being taken a ride by such anonymous users given access by shine.com, kindly sort this, so that no more people at subjected to atleast from a mental & financial relief.

Shine.com is a fake, cheat, fraud, money eater, humiliator and harassing setup. Yes, i was and am 100% right about my words.

People, there are 100% bloodsucker, nonsense, dirty drain dead warms.

1. I made payment of 2665/- then no service as promised "no waiting. But an interview immediately and etc promises.

2. The dead monsters again asked me to pay 5000/- for bgv purposes. When i didn't pay then they didn't give me any opportunities. Pushpendra told me"he can't do anything if i won't pay 5000/- more"

3. Even they r waste, worthless and incapable and dumb to avail me a job after paying 2665/-

Absolutely no transparency on the packages - the details are talked about in initial process but you keep adding more payment into the process only in steps

You should be transparent and publish the packages clearly on your site and be open about

First i am made to pay 4k+ and then told there are additional services and then made to pay 7 k and 12 k - what for - to get my job and education certified but in the talk from staff they say they will redo by resume.. But today i realize that is another invoice of 17k - this is outright looting to just do verification and resume to take 40k

Please see my experience and let me know if this is warranted. Had i know this is what you will do i wouldnt even have subscribed to your services

Date of incident - 1-june - intial set of payments with step wise invoices coming up
Date of incident - 6-jun - asking for additional payment and now citing this is a different package

While i am told resume services etc is already included in what i paid and mail stating no further payments

This obviously seems to be a scam to make people pay thinking they will have a better chance to get jobs

The executive from shine called for registration as a premier membership in shine, i trusted and paid amount of rs2949.00 at initial stage, the information given for me as this the final payment after that another executive called me and taken for further payments of rs6370.00, later with rs8495.00 further with rs12979.00 later on they requested again for further payment of rs19007 which i refused, all these payments are completed only today,

I requested them to stop all the services and refund all the money immediately,

The worst thing is they are not explaining the whole system of payments at first time before or after registration they are playing with us for there payments only.

As i have hope the shine is trustful organization please don’t encourage this system and kindly requested you to refund the amount.

A call came from one of the hr shweta (On 3rd june) (Ph no - [protected]) who arranged my interview with hcl company (As informed) for next day and asked rs 2500 as paid service and after payment again a verification call came from

Then next i received a call as said that person is from hcl company person name chaitanya velicheti (Ph no - [protected]) from bangalore, he has taken my interview.

And after this again i got confirmation from shweta that i got selected in interview.

Then after few hours a call from hcl came (As said) person name ankit ([protected]) and discussed the salary and other facilities like accommodation and traveling and asked rs 5500 as a security deposit which is refundable amount (Rs 5400 will be refunded after joining).

And then he informed my profile is in process and i will get confirmation mail once all process is done.

Then the next day he asked to pay two invoices of rs 8800 each for document and employment verification.

Like this amount of rs[protected] + 5500 + 8800 +8800) has been charged from me.
In this first 2 installments i. E, 2500 and 5500 are taken on 4rth june and the rest of the amount 8800 has taken on 5th june.

Also, i am trying to login with my current shine account but that is not allowing to login so i have created a new one with different id.

Sir i don't need any service of shine.com i need my money refund. This is my harden money sir pls do something. They give me link 4 times.

I am Raghavendra & its close to month now Shine team has not refunded my amount their team had promised (as no service was taken),

- 07-May-2020, Shivam from Shine team called me said recruiters are Interested in my profile & I would get a job with in a week (if I took shine package)
- When asked on the cost of package he said it will be taken up in 3 phases & total cost is 6, 838 Rs
- Once I paid 6, 838 Rs he said I need to pay 12, 506 Rs for phase 2 & thats the final. I said this is not right as he did not give complete info on amount I had to pay in total. Shivam said if I pay 12, 506 its final.
- Post payment of 12, 506, they asked for 28, 000 Rs to complete the process if not paid amount 19, 344 will not be of any use to me
- When asked to refund the amount he said they do not have refund policy & I if I need to get the package I need to pay 28, 000.
- He then put me across to his manager Pooja, who was not helpful in anyway in our 1 hour long discussion she kept saying "Shine is a Hindustan times company & they don't have refund policy". She asked me to pay 12, 979 instead of 28, 000. Which I paid as I did not see any end to this conversation.
- Above payments were made at 7 PM & next day morning I sent email to customer support team in shine not start any process on my account & to refund
- When I called customer care team to inform the same they asked me to fine a complaint in nearest police station as they do not have refund process
- Shobha from recruiter services called (on 10-May) & said she will help me get the refund & its been close to a month where in I am not getting any response from them

Shine team has tricked me by not providing complete information & put me in a position where I had to pay more in-order to save the initial payment. As the process was not started I have the right to cancel & get the refund, using Hindustan times name they are cheating people in need.

Initial emails from shine team asked some more time as their team is working on the same. Currently I am stuck as Customer support when called say they cannot transfer my call to respective team & they are helpless, my emails do not get any response.

I need refund of amount paid as promised by shine team.

I received a call from a lady on 25th may 2020 from shine.com. She informed me that my cv is short listed for amul india ltd. The company is offering me either agriculture incharge or quality control profile. I chose quality control. The lady explained me about telephonic interview, training and salary. The lady asked for scanned copies of my id proof (Pan card), passport size photograph and marksheet along with the cv. She sent me an email...

The sales person keeps calling you to provide you the services. Says a lot of big stuff and lures you into the payment part (Which never stops, payment so high for such small trivial stuff). They say you can pay this much and we will even include etc etc things for you and play amongst their own selves in the company. At the end, things are delayed. They don't provide any refund and just waste your time. They once updated my profile with 6-7 years of experience when i just graduated on 2018 and we were in 2020. That pathetic. Their on going process about the sales person continues to go on forever. They never take the blame. Pathetic services. They keep making mistakes. A big no to this company for anything.

I am Rizwan Khan one of your customers enrolled a week back. During my discussions with your officer Mr Abhishek Rajawat not even once did he mention about the amount involved and that the services by shine.com through shine learning were not mandatory after the payment was made for verification services of my job and education .I was asked to pay again for resume preparation (₹18119)which I thought would be the last payment however again I was pushed into making another payment for leadership certification(₹29906) .In total I had paid by the time ₹70745, not even once it was mentioned that it was not mandatory .I feel aggrieved that I was never told about the expenses beforehand .I was kept in the dark and was pressurised. This sort of conduct is unprofessional and belies trust .I want a refund as early as possible of the amount paid for resume Writing and for leadership certification since the payment is just a week old and shine.com did not respond to my earlier mails .I have no issues for the payment made for verification services. Please take immediate action to refund the amount.Being a reputed organisation I am sure the matter would be taken up seriously and the refund processed as early as possible.
