Absolutely no transparency on the packages - the details are talked about in initial process but you keep adding more payment into the process only in steps

You should be transparent and publish the packages clearly on your site and be open about

First i am made to pay 4k+ and then told there are additional services and then made to pay 7 k and 12 k - what for - to get my job and education certified but in the talk from staff they say they will redo by resume.. But today i realize that is another invoice of 17k - this is outright looting to just do verification and resume to take 40k

Please see my experience and let me know if this is warranted. Had i know this is what you will do i wouldnt even have subscribed to your services

Date of incident - 1-june - intial set of payments with step wise invoices coming up
Date of incident - 6-jun - asking for additional payment and now citing this is a different package

While i am told resume services etc is already included in what i paid and mail stating no further payments

This obviously seems to be a scam to make people pay thinking they will have a better chance to get jobs

    Dear sir,

    The executive from shine called for registration as a premier membership in shine, i trusted and paid amount of rs2949.00 at initial stage, the information given for me as this the final payment after that another executive called me and taken for further payments of rs6370.00, later with rs8495.00 further with rs12979.00 later on they requested again for further payment of rs19007 which i refused, all these payments are completed only today,

    I requested them to stop all the services and refund all the money immediately,

    The worst thing is they are not explaining the whole system of payments at first time before or after registration they are playing with us for there payments only.

    As i have hope the shine is trustful organization please don’t encourage this system and kindly requested you to refund the amount.

      A call came from one of the hr shweta (On 3rd june) (Ph no - [protected]) who arranged my interview with hcl company (As informed) for next day and asked rs 2500 as paid service and after payment again a verification call came from

      Then next i received a call as said that person is from hcl company person name chaitanya velicheti (Ph no - [protected]) from bangalore, he has taken my interview.

      And after this again i got confirmation from shweta that i got selected in interview.

      Then after few hours a call from hcl came (As said) person name ankit ([protected]) and discussed the salary and other facilities like accommodation and traveling and asked rs 5500 as a security deposit which is refundable amount (Rs 5400 will be refunded after joining).

      And then he informed my profile is in process and i will get confirmation mail once all process is done.

      Then the next day he asked to pay two invoices of rs 8800 each for document and employment verification.

      Like this amount of rs[protected] + 5500 + 8800 +8800) has been charged from me.
      In this first 2 installments i. E, 2500 and 5500 are taken on 4rth june and the rest of the amount 8800 has taken on 5th june.

      Also, i am trying to login with my current shine account but that is not allowing to login so i have created a new one with different id.

      This much amount of has taken by shine and you are saying you are not responsible for this. Amount of Rs25600 taken by shine india already added all screen shots regarding same as proof. I just want my money back.

          I am Raghavendra & its close to month now Shine team has not refunded my amount their team had promised (as no service was taken),

          - 07-May-2020, Shivam from Shine team called me said recruiters are Interested in my profile & I would get a job with in a week (if I took shine package)
          - When asked on the cost of package he said it will be taken up in 3 phases & total cost is 6, 838 Rs
          - Once I paid 6, 838 Rs he said I need to pay 12, 506 Rs for phase 2 & thats the final. I said this is not right as he did not give complete info on amount I had to pay in total. Shivam said if I pay 12, 506 its final.
          - Post payment of 12, 506, they asked for 28, 000 Rs to complete the process if not paid amount 19, 344 will not be of any use to me
          - When asked to refund the amount he said they do not have refund policy & I if I need to get the package I need to pay 28, 000.
          - He then put me across to his manager Pooja, who was not helpful in anyway in our 1 hour long discussion she kept saying "Shine is a Hindustan times company & they don't have refund policy". She asked me to pay 12, 979 instead of 28, 000. Which I paid as I did not see any end to this conversation.
          - Above payments were made at 7 PM & next day morning I sent email to customer support team in shine not start any process on my account & to refund
          - When I called customer care team to inform the same they asked me to fine a complaint in nearest police station as they do not have refund process
          - Shobha from recruiter services called (on 10-May) & said she will help me get the refund & its been close to a month where in I am not getting any response from them

          Shine team has tricked me by not providing complete information & put me in a position where I had to pay more in-order to save the initial payment. As the process was not started I have the right to cancel & get the refund, using Hindustan times name they are cheating people in need.

          Initial emails from shine team asked some more time as their team is working on the same. Currently I am stuck as Customer support when called say they cannot transfer my call to respective team & they are helpless, my emails do not get any response.

          I need refund of amount paid as promised by shine team.

            Fake job offer and money paid for reference id

            I received a call from a lady on 25th may 2020 from shine.com. She informed me that my cv is short listed for amul india ltd. The company is offering me either agriculture incharge or quality control profile. I chose quality control. The lady explained me about telephonic interview, training and salary. The lady asked for scanned copies of my id proof (Pan card), passport size photograph and marksheet along with the cv. She sent me an email...

            The sales person keeps calling you to provide you the services. Says a lot of big stuff and lures you into the payment part (Which never stops, payment so high for such small trivial stuff). They say you can pay this much and we will even include etc etc things for you and play amongst their own selves in the company. At the end, things are delayed. They don't provide any refund and just waste your time. They once updated my profile with 6-7 years of experience when i just graduated on 2018 and we were in 2020. That pathetic. Their on going process about the sales person continues to go on forever. They never take the blame. Pathetic services. They keep making mistakes. A big no to this company for anything.

              I am Rizwan Khan one of your customers enrolled a week back. During my discussions with your officer Mr Abhishek Rajawat not even once did he mention about the amount involved and that the services by shine.com through shine learning were not mandatory after the payment was made for verification services of my job and education .I was asked to pay again for resume preparation (₹18119)which I thought would be the last payment however again I was pushed into making another payment for leadership certification(₹29906) .In total I had paid by the time ₹70745, not even once it was mentioned that it was not mandatory .I feel aggrieved that I was never told about the expenses beforehand .I was kept in the dark and was pressurised. This sort of conduct is unprofessional and belies trust .I want a refund as early as possible of the amount paid for resume Writing and for leadership certification since the payment is just a week old and shine.com did not respond to my earlier mails .I have no issues for the payment made for verification services. Please take immediate action to refund the amount.Being a reputed organisation I am sure the matter would be taken up seriously and the refund processed as early as possible.

                I have a made a payment of rs 40654 in 6 transactions in the month of july, aug, sep, oct 2015 for overseas job services to shine.com. The team from shine just prepared the resume and after which didnot respond properly and no further services provided.. They have asked me to do payment again without any service from that point of time i felt something fishy happening..

                Till date i have not received neither my amount refunded nor a job opportuniy..

                I wish to take severe action on such fradusters to help get my amount refunded

                  Hello,
                  I got a call from a guy called rahul sharama from shine.com regarding a job opportunity in ibm. He had asked me to pay 2500 for the interview. After paying the amount he would be providing me the questions for the interview were the hr will be asking the same questions. He stated that the amount would be refunded back if we have not clearded the interview. And he asked me to pay the amount through a online payment app on the spot when i declined he started using abusive language and he said that he will be taking down my profile from shine.com
                  Since i knew this is a fake call, i decided not take it forward. Anyway i hope shine.com would be taking an action against these kind of fake calls or promises.

                          I got a call from shine job. A lady was talking on the phone, she told me you have to make a reference id of shine. There is only a charge of rs 10. I said okay i fill up. Then they asked me to open the website shinejobs. Online and go to payment and make payment. I paid but i got 404 error, i told them. But rs 3110 debited from my account. I told them that the money was cut and they asked me to forward the message from the bank. I forwarded the message. She told me to tell her that an otp will come back. I told her otp and rs 1500 was deducted from my account again i told her this. She told me to send me the bank details on [protected] number. And she said i transfer your money from bank to bank. Money will be returned by evening. But if i call her back, she don't answer my calls. I got a call from shine so i talked to her. Please help me to get my money back.

                              Today i received a call from some manoj charturvedi regarding jobs etc and asked me to pay certain amount for registration on the portal and he clearly told me that no further amount need to be deposited. I deposited amount and then i got a call from some mr rana and then from nitin sharma who misled me and one after another sent proforma invoices for 3 different services and everytime he told me that this is last payment this is last payment. Due to his misleading informations i deposited huge amount twice and then effectively for 4th payment i sensed something is wrong
                              Without wasting anybody's time i want my money back and i do not want to avail any services. I have been misled to make payments at least twice (Excl registration fee)
                              I am feeling cheated and deeply disturbed due to such misleading way of working of shine.com or concerned persons

                                Kindly take the necessary action and refund the same.

                                I'm sivakumar from chennai, i was contacting shine for paid service to find out an opportunity. Initially they asked me to pay rs. 2655 for initiating the processing and they did not inform me that assigned person will charge seperately.
                                However i spoke with the assigned person she said some verification service and she asked me to pay rs. 4673 and i paid too. Again, she asked me to pay the educational verification service of rs. 6478, i said just before i paid but she is again asking me to pay the rs.6478 and i paid too.
                                And before i paid i clearly said many times going forward i will not pay any single bucks she also confirm that you don't need to pay anymore. Then with in few mins she asked me to pay rs. 9558 for presentation service. I said i'm not willing to pay the money i want my money back what all i paid.
                                So here the total money is rs.13806
                                I'm really pissed of the service what you provide. Its really not fair. And i really don't need any job from the paid services.
                                Kindly refund my money back to my account. I will attach the screen shot what i paid.

                                  I would like you to take immediate action on this matter. Please ask your executive to return my money back and fix the transaction otherwise i will have to report this to consumer court and cybercrime.

Later i was told that its a service but that was not what i wanted, and how can it be initiated immediately i did not receive any mail nor call after making the payment...                                       On 19th may someone called me from this number [protected] regarding job from shine.com. Sent me registration link. I completed all sign up formality then he said that pay 10 rupees. When i paid 10 rs using my debit card suddenly deducted 4284 rupees extra. When i called that person he said its system fault and my money will be refunded soon but no proper reply or any willingness shown to refund my money back
