Executive named saksham has mis-sold a product by giving mis-leading information and charged me inr 5k on 29-2-20 @630pm. With mins when i called back for refund was denied to even be able to speak to a snr staff member. I have not even logged into their portal even once. Unfortunate that a job link from linkedin landed me to this cheating company....

I have been misguided by shine recruitment team and charged for multiple times. Even after that also they were asking more money to pay and i denied and i didnot used any of their services and didnot refunding my money. They are saying that there is no refund policy in shine.
How can they deny with such easy reply even when consumer had not used their services.

After my profile updated on shine.com, i got calls from some gaurav avasti (Shine executive) explaining to me the benefits of the highlighted account & for this, he sent a mail from [protected]@shine.com with an invoice of rs2655/- on 25/02/2020. As per his explanation its a one time payment & valid for lifetime, hence i did the payment. Then i received another mail from sooraj sharma and said to pay another 10737/- for further processing....
