I received a call from shine and asked me to get registered with shine which will help me in getting job was per my profile. The name of the representative was ajoy. He asked me to make payment of 2655 for this service. Later i received an email asking some details like current profile salary and preference with resume. I have provided the same today. Later i received a call from another shine representative and he said to pay 9 k for another service in which they will assign relationship manager who will work in creating my resume with cover letter and two jobs will be sent on weekly basis. I have denied fo this and the representative was rude and told me that i am ruining my career. You all are fraud and charging money. This was never told me before that the charge which i paid is only for registration and nothing else. He told i wont be getting any calls or job mail. I want the money to be refunded or else i will file care against shine.

This is gagan deep singh here. I got a call from shine.com for good opportunities for job but they said first deposit 6000 rupees as registration fee it's mandatory and it's refundable so we deposit 3000 but they pinch me deposit pending amount after that we denied depositing the pending amount, we ask for refund they agreed but it's over for a long time still we are not received a refund they not pick my call, we have screen shot for payment, contact no and bank account detail's which they provide to me.

This is to inform you that, i have received a call from your executive on 13/03/2020, she promoted about the job assurance, i was happy, she told to proceed for the premium so that your profile will be highlighted, clearly said the charges will be 2950, i accepted for that and made the payment on 14/03/2020 after that slowly she started conveying about the connecting me to the dedicated job manager there you will be get more benifits and guidance with highest expectations, she said the importance of education verification and employment verification and said some charges will be there.. I thought i already trapped by paying 2950.. Then i accepted and asked them to send the payment link.. This time surprisingly the amount was 4932.00.. I said her very clearly i dont have so much amount right now.. It was around 4:30pm by that time.. Again she said she can help me with the part payment link and you can pay the rest of the amount later, happily i paid 2000.00rs and i thought it can be on monday i can arrange and pay the rest.. She again said its not possible and have to pay within 5.00pm... Totally frustrated.. Arranged money from another source paid the balance money 2950.00rs.. And asked her to check it.. The most irritating part was i got another email with another payment link and the amount was 6478.00..
Finally its time to giveup and not to be ready for any further surprises.. I asked for a complete refund and decided not to proceed with any more transaction, but the reply was there is no refund policy with shine.

The total money i paid in a single day was 2949+2000+2932 =7, 881‬

And another guy from accounts department ([protected]) called and he is asking to deposit 2206 that is 28% gst of the total bill amount...

Called for the call center and asked for a full refund, they said i will get a call soon... Awaited for a full refund..

Finally they accepted for refund with the conditions... But again with another surprise.. This time they are holding 28% gst of 2206.00rs

Accepted for that too.. Paid them 2206.00 rs through imps

I will file tweet a complaint towards holding gst, with this consumer forum complaint link.. Lets get this decided there..

Note to the sales team: even beggars have ethics, they will ask for money and take it.. If you can sell the product by explaining the total amount upfront,. The users will make the decisions weather to proceed with the services or not... Rather you will say some professional charges without disclosing the amount. Then surprising them with the repeated payment links will definitely screwup the mind set of the customer..

May be we will not leave this here, it is time to tweet and publish your cheap tricks of your money trap.

I've totally lost my day... Shown anger on my kids and family..

One a call from shine.com came to my wifes number and asking for job referances... At that time we are also searching for job and he has refered that he has openings at apollo hospital, ahmedabad and he ll help her for interview and all but first she have to pay 2500 rs in advance as per company norms. Then she has paid but after that they r not attending calls. After some time someone has picked up phone and said there is no one working here as that name... I want nothing but my 2500 rs back and people to be aware and not to pay this type of amount...

Shine.com, had called me up with assurance of job assistance with mncs' along with a cv writer.

The cv writer was fulfilled (For which i have paid inr 2500), post to which i received 2 phone calls asking for a payment of inr 9000 & inr 17000. To which i had to follow up with regards to job assistance & did not receive any satisfactory services, for which i have asked for my refund, of inr 26000.

I do not want any services or assistance from shine.com, as my phone calls have not been answered by the team. I want my hard earned money back, as i am a bread winner for my family the money matters a lot.

Shine.com has looted, many people it's like a jamtara for bogus jobs.

4march 2020 morning a lady priya sharma +[protected] from shine.com called me and said that she will help get a job in axis bank nearby nd send me a link http://shinebankingjob.com/ and told me for registration and the fee is 10 rupee which i paid through payu but 2580/- deducted from my ac after complained she said for refund and transfer the call to their senior +[protected] a lady she send me a link on whatsapp for refund i log in and its again required otp i filled because it was not mentioned any deducting info. And and 6999/- deducted to zaak epaymeent service gurgaon. I lodged an fir but i dont think they wil do somthing.

They called me in the afternoon and asked me to register and fill online form for searching job recruitment fast. And told me the registration was only 10rs but after submitting the form and all the details from my atm i got the msg from my partner bank that a amount of rs 1010 has been deducted. A girl employee from your company did this, her number is [protected]. Now she's not picking up my phone and her phone has been switched off since then.
I want my money back immediately by hook or by crook...

Executive named saksham has mis-sold a product by giving mis-leading information and charged me inr 5k on 29-2-20 @630pm. With mins when i called back for refund was denied to even be able to speak to a snr staff member. I have not even logged into their portal even once. Unfortunate that a job link from linkedin landed me to this cheating company....

I lost money while doing a transaction of 50/- but lost 33k.
I was registering with 50/- but they asked me to transaction twice with same 50 and i lost huge money

They called me and said my cv shortlisted and by doing a registration with 50/- can forward my cv to hr department. So i was doing that but they have taken 15.2k buy then i called they said it was server issue we will refund u anyhow but u have login and register for refund option i did that then also i lost same amount of money.. This is not at all fair... Please help with this.

I have been misguided by shine recruitment team and charged for multiple times. Even after that also they were asking more money to pay and i denied and i didnot used any of their services and didnot refunding my money. They are saying that there is no refund policy in shine.
How can they deny with such easy reply even when consumer had not used their services.
I asked for refund just after 5 minutes when they asked for more money.
Please help me out in this matter.

After my profile updated on shine.com, i got calls from some gaurav avasti (Shine executive) explaining to me the benefits of the highlighted account & for this, he sent a mail from [protected]@shine.com with an invoice of rs2655/- on 25/02/2020. As per his explanation its a one time payment & valid for lifetime, hence i did the payment. Then i received another mail from sooraj sharma and said to pay another 10737/- for further processing. When i refused to process another 10737/- and asking for my money back. They clearly said there is no refund policy. Its a totally fraud company, and i am requesting you to take a serious action.

My name is Satish Ubhalkar, i have been asked from shine team to resister for n number of services for which after payment have not received a single call from shine team from respective services. i was promised that my hard earn money will be fruit full and will be giving placement with in next six months, now it is a year old story since i have registered in march 2019.

Just done payment refund wants as they provide me wrong information & after every payment he said my profile is near about to complete, so, please make payment. I have been charged 15824/- for three wrong payment.

I never use & not want any service from shine.com for their paid service as i make just before payment.

Just information received from last time they won't to refund any amount for any non use services, i fill that my money is waste on that.

I was continuously getting calls regarding from shine regarding to the purchase of this application highlighter. The concerned person only told about the services and asked me to forward the billing details to r. [protected]@shine.com as given in the attached screenshot. After the payment the concerned person is saying that if our subject matter expect calls you and asks for any service charge please cope up with him..
Before the payment these service charges to the subject matter experts weren't told.

Sir, today i got a call from no [protected] that i don't remember the name of the guys spoke with me. The told me that they are from shine.com and belong to the htimes newspaper company. They asked me for paying a sum of rupees 2949/- to the website of shine.com. Please clarify if it is correct or not. I am an ex-serviceman from and searching for a job. Is there any payment is taken by your office or not for a job. Please clarify at the earliest.

Hello my name is mehul dabhi. I am graduate engineer now. So i upload my resume in many site.in which when i upload my resume in shine.com instantly job mail receive which is weird. So first mail i got from longitude consultancy services. Then some time after some unknown lady call me and tell me i got job from longitude consultancy services so u have to submit latest resume, photo id, driving license from her mail. During this call process she sent mail id and sent it back. But after give her mail and she told me that you have to give 2500 rupees to me so she can start 3 process of interview. But can't sent money to unknown so i drop the call. But some time after from shine.com some lady call me then she ask me from my call before any call you got. So i said yes. Then during this call process she give mail address in which i have to give all above same. So give her same and explaine i have to give mail to others company. Some time after she told that u got job in gujarat from tata motors in maintenance engineer from hr. Instantly from hr which is already weird so she tell me that i have give pay some rupees and she sent message in which mobile no. And amount of money describe so instantly block all no. So if shine.com use my driving license or my photo id for bad purpose i have to tell you from the beginning before anything happens and if possible pls stop this fake job sites.

Sir i have recieved an sms about air line ground staff jobs and i have recieved about my resume was short listed in aviation industry so i have registered on their site by paing 2500₹ amount and i dont recieve any job and i dont recieve my money back so i have complain about the status of my job then i dont recieve any update of my complaint so i have resending the complaint plsss sir update my status and refund my money otherwise i will complaint ot the cybercrime portal

I have received a call from shine telling me that they will provide support for job search and assured me that they will provide 100% job in 2 weeks days time. I have ended up paying around rs.96000 /- for different services like - jobs on the move, featured profile, education and employment verification and some online courses which is not at all required for me.

After all the money is paid, they send a welcome mail telling that there is no job or interview guarantee.. And there is no refund policy.. Beware of fraud calls — while they themselves are the bigger frauds.

I never thought of being trapped in such kind of fraud calls but unfortunately ended up losing money. Not sure what i can do to recover the amount..
Pls. Let me know if anyone here was able to recover the amount paid to shine learning or other steps that i try to recover my lost money.

On 05.02.2020 Mr. Shekher posing from shine.com called me asking me if I am looking for a job and to that I agreed yes. Then he asked me to register with shine.com by asking me to pay a sum of rs2655 + taxes. Then on 06.02.2020 Mr. Sameer arya from Shine.com called me and asked me to pay a sum of RS.10147+TAXES and then another payment of 15456 +taxes acquiring a total of rs.28256+taxes. Then after a day they stopped picking my calls and I came to know it was a fraud.The phone number from which the first person called me is [protected], [protected] and Mr. Sameer arya contacted from [protected] and [protected]. I was cheated as a consumer. Therefore I am writing this complaint as a consumer to consumer court to take action against the same.
