Hii, this is subhash tiwari i filled a form and completed my registration over shine.com
The moment i completed i received a call from your agenr mr. Gaurav tiwari and he eas continuously forcing us to pay ₹3000 as registration part then again he called asked to click so many links that he was sending through emails and then he asked to pay ₹10000 more and suddenly after that he started forcing that you have to pay 14000 more, tell me which job searching site do this i want a complete refund regarding this the behaviour of your agent was not at all satisfying when we started calling him he was disconnecting the call in the middle of conversation, i will ask to take a strict action on that also provide us with a refund as this issues were there because mr. Gaurav tiwari denied giving his identity proof that he is feom shine.com please take an action

    Mr. Shivam agarwal called. And asked for permanent job will be given by paying 3000/- rupees within 7 days. Later on he said that his senior want to talk to me for further details then mr. Bansal has came in the picture for resume writing service providing by paying 5300 + within 7 days we will be given job with this amount and then after 1 day he called and ask for further money as opportunity is with you but further 8500 we have to pay for this then i refuse to pay saying that already paid 8500 against that service s are not given and why asked for further money he was calling again and again for money hence i got dought & hence spoken to my brother in law about the entire matter and he checked and replied that this is a fraud and no such vacancies will be given to anyone and this is cyber fraud

      Hi team,
      Myself nitin. Waghmare was residing at navi mumbai, airoli. I am not at all happy to tell you that one of your associate called me for job openings on 17th march, 2020 & while disconnecting the call she used bad word which is not acceptable in professional world at all. The name of the associate is madhulika so i once again called her and asked her for her supervisor's contact number. She gave me a number i. E [protected] stating that this is her supervisor's contact number and his name is garvin.
      I called garvin and i told him to take strict action against madhulika and i need acknowledgement of the action taken against her. Garvin told me that you will receive acknowledgement but there is no response from his end since 17th march 2020.
      So i request you to investigate from which office i received the call from madhulika. I have also provided you her supervisor's contact number so it will be easy to investigate from your end. Although there is lockdown these days but i need acknowledgement from your end.
      Kindly do the needful.

        (3rd april 2020) shine job portal guys are cheaters, today i was cheated by those guys, i was looking for the job after 2 yrs of proffesional gap, they took me advantage and told me pay 2944 initially for 6 months premium service once i paid that, they asked me to pay 12000 for job and education verification all together 15000 paid and then asked me to pay 10000 for proffesional summary (I denoid to pay this because they not told initially), really it is nonsense and cheating, these are the numbers i got call from [protected] -[protected] (Yadav, relationship manager)-[protected] (Yadav relation ship manager, now they said if i pay proffesional summary then only they will take responsibility on my resume.           This is what happened today.

          In the morning (29/09/2020, sunday) i had a conversation with vikas about the service.
          He gave me information about the service and sent me a payment mail. I said i will go through reviews and will decide based on that.
          That person called me after some time at that i mentioned him "i have gone through some reviews about shine, they in those they mentioned about additional charges for etc, which you will not be informed in the beginning but they will ask you later"
          That person said "sir trust me there is no additional payment or hidden charges as such if someone mentioned about that you will get immediate refund"
          I asked the same thing multiple times about additional charged, he replied the same.

          Based on his words i made a payment of 7036.

          I got a call in the evening on the same day from tushar, who is next level representative for my service.
          He took some details from me and mentioned about verification and sent a mail about payment of verification (Which is not at all mentioned by first-person)

          When i told the same to 2nd person tushar, he mentioned there is nothing as such, without verification how can you get offers

          And this conversation went for 1 hour regarding trust and what i was promised by first-person etc etc..

          After a certain discussion, i was agreed to pay for the verification amount and asked the 2nd person (Tushar) to send me a mail with a note saying "there won't be additional charges at all from now onwards" he took 20 minutes and sent a mail with the content below



          Dear sir,

          Greetings of the day!!!

          Tushar is the only person who will suggest their services.



          And he took 20 minutes to send this mail, how can i believe these people when they are saying something and they can't tell the same thing in mail communication.

          And when i asked the same thing to tushar for this stupid mail you took 20 minutes keeping me on hold, he replied to me "because you are stupid".


          And their voice is fragile, you can hear the voice but not on a clear note. I don't know whether it is intentional or not.

          1st person mentioned that
          "this call will be recorded sir, you will not have any issues if you find any issues your money will be refunded"

          You can refer to the recordings.

          One thing i want to mention is i want my money refund, just let me know if that is possible or not, even if you process my profile without verification charges i don't want to continue.

          And these are formal/official discussions, you should have my call recordings, you can refer them also.
          If you don't have any call records something is not formal on your side, which may cause many problems further.

          I am strictly looking for my refund as i lost trust and belief of shine. They are not stick to their words and we are hearing bad words from them.

                My name is aajjay vanjpey. I have received call from shin.com. They have taken money from time to time. Total they have taken 41000/- (Fourty one thousand ruppes) as a registration fee. Still they want more 27000/- ruppes more to update my profile on job portal. I have refuse them to give more money and i told them to refund my all money. But they are refusing to refund. At the start they had demanded 3000/ rupees for registration and after that they have demanded more and more money.
                I request you to kindly give me justice and refund of my hard earned money.

                I have paid 36000 but still I have not scheduled any interview fraud company cheating company
                Don't ever trust tis company anymore mind game to cheat poor people hard earned money..
                I have been forced to pay money and even they are not leating me to stop the service they jus need my money

                  I have registered in shine.com web site for job placement in abroad. First of all they asked for registration fees of rs 4100. I have paid the said amount to get job. After that they every day called me and demand for more charges like resume writing, online course fees, different kind of processes and then they promised that i will get job in canada. They have taken charges for whats app messages also. They send some random messages for job opening when i apply for the same reply never came. I have attached some proofs here for the amount i have paid. After some time messages stops when i called shine.com they said that your registration time is over if you want to continue you have to register your self again pay charges. I have still did not get job.

                    I am Gurudas B, And really appreciate if you can give me refund as its just been a day i have subscribed to Your services and even not gone through any technical aspects of your services so far before registering to different courses as it happened in such a way that i don't have kept any choice except doing it as if i can only be selected if i do it.

                    What happened yesterday,

                    Mr. Prince called me and said that the registration has to be done with Rs. 2994 for getting 2 good calls a day in the morning around 12:30 pm.

                    Next call was scheduled with Me at 3:00 pm with Abhimanyu but i couldn’t pick up due to some sudden office meeting.

                    Then Mr. Abhimanyu came with an idea At 5:00 pm to do 4 courses so as to help my profile to be visible to different recruiters without telling me about tentative costing and asked me to cross check Proforma invoices as those can only be sent through portal which indicates that they don’t have standard structure and costing any random amount to anyone.

                    But the person consistently asked me to do so because it will add in my profile and made sure that it will be done at any cost on the same call.

                    He also sent me 2 courses for almost Rs. 22, 498 /- after that so as to complete that one also.

                    Overall costing to get better opportunity as per Shine.com is Rs. 51, 286 /-

                    But, i resisted as prices of all courses were gradually increased and i have got doubt but after all this i was left with the feeling of cheating as i don't have any option after that.

                    I request you as i am actually not looking for any change but everything happened because of convincing me For better lucrative opportunities by telling that you can get great growth by doing all these.

                    If i don't want to change at this moment then its better if i can cancel my registration with you and refund me my money for all the courses which are not yet assigned as your person said it will take 2 days to assign so far.

                    so, kindly look into it and do the needful.

                    I can only be left with an option by raising my complaint in consumer court if its not possible from your end as i am not looking for your services which i haven’t even received.

                    I have also attached some documents which they have raised while raising request to make payment which doesn’t mention anything about no refund policy.

                      I got a call from the mentioned number - ([protected]) at 11:20am on 17th march'2020. A lady on the other side of the call asked me whether i'm looking for a job or not. To which i politely replied "i'm not looking for a job currently." she started shouted on me saying that i have updated my cv an hour back, but the point being i'm not using this website for past 6months now.
                      She also abused me twice, saying "yeh kya chutiyagiri hai" and "aise kaise chutiye log hai".

                      This behavior is not accepted by me. I also asked her to escalate the call to someone senior, to which she refused.
                      If this the way these people are going to talk, i feel this should be reported.
                      And also i shall take strict action against shine.com.

                        They called me on my phone number and told that my profile got select for an axis bank job. For further process you have to pay 2500rs for form and 5200rs for offer letter and we will refund it later.

                            I received a call from shine and asked me to get registered with shine which will help me in getting job was per my profile. The name of the representative was ajoy. He asked me to make payment of 2655 for this service. Later i received an email asking some details like current profile salary and preference with resume. I have provided the same today. Later i received a call from another shine representative and he said to pay 9 k for another service in which they will assign relationship manager who will work in creating my resume with cover letter and two jobs will be sent on weekly basis. I have denied fo this and the representative was rude and told me that i am ruining my career. You all are fraud and charging money. This was never told me before that the charge which i paid is only for registration and nothing else. He told i wont be getting any calls or job mail. I want the money to be refunded or else i will file care against shine.

                              This is gagan deep singh here. I got a call from shine.com for good opportunities for job but they said first deposit 6000 rupees as registration fee it's mandatory and it's refundable so we deposit 3000 but they pinch me deposit pending amount after that we denied depositing the pending amount, we ask for refund they agreed but it's over for a long time still we are not received a refund they not pick my call, we have screen shot for payment, contact no and bank account detail's which they provide to me.

                                Dear team,

                                This is to inform you that, i have received a call from your executive on 13/03/2020, she promoted about the job assurance, i was happy, she told to proceed for the premium so that your profile will be highlighted, clearly said the charges will be 2950, i accepted for that and made the payment on 14/03/2020 after that slowly she started conveying about the connecting me to the dedicated job manager there you will be get more benifits and guidance with highest expectations, she said the importance of education verification and employment verification and said some charges will be there.. I thought i already trapped by paying 2950.. Then i accepted and asked them to send the payment link.. This time surprisingly the amount was 4932.00.. I said her very clearly i dont have so much amount right now.. It was around 4:30pm by that time.. Again she said she can help me with the part payment link and you can pay the rest of the amount later, happily i paid 2000.00rs and i thought it can be on monday i can arrange and pay the rest.. She again said its not possible and have to pay within 5.00pm... Totally frustrated.. Arranged money from another source paid the balance money 2950.00rs.. And asked her to check it.. The most irritating part was i got another email with another payment link and the amount was 6478.00..
                                Finally its time to giveup and not to be ready for any further surprises.. I asked for a complete refund and decided not to proceed with any more transaction, but the reply was there is no refund policy with shine.

                                The total money i paid in a single day was 2949+2000+2932 =7, 881‬

                                And another guy from accounts department ([protected]) called and he is asking to deposit 2206 that is 28% gst of the total bill amount...

                                Called for the call center and asked for a full refund, they said i will get a call soon... Awaited for a full refund..

                                Finally they accepted for refund with the conditions... But again with another surprise.. This time they are holding 28% gst of 2206.00rs

                                Accepted for that too.. Paid them 2206.00 rs through imps

                                I will file tweet a complaint towards holding gst, with this consumer forum complaint link.. Lets get this decided there..

                                Note to the sales team: even beggars have ethics, they will ask for money and take it.. If you can sell the product by explaining the total amount upfront,. The users will make the decisions weather to proceed with the services or not... Rather you will say some professional charges without disclosing the amount. Then surprising them with the repeated payment links will definitely screwup the mind set of the customer..

                                May be we will not leave this here, it is time to tweet and publish your cheap tricks of your money trap.

                                I've totally lost my day... Shown anger on my kids and family..

                                  One a call from shine.com came to my wifes number and asking for job referances... At that time we are also searching for job and he has refered that he has openings at apollo hospital, ahmedabad and he ll help her for interview and all but first she have to pay 2500 rs in advance as per company norms. Then she has paid but after that they r not attending calls. After some time someone has picked up phone and said there is no one working here as that name... I want nothing but my 2500 rs back and people to be aware and not to pay this type of amount...

                                    Shine.com, had called me up with assurance of job assistance with mncs' along with a cv writer.

                                    The cv writer was fulfilled (For which i have paid inr 2500), post to which i received 2 phone calls asking for a payment of inr 9000 & inr 17000. To which i had to follow up with regards to job assistance & did not receive any satisfactory services, for which i have asked for my refund, of inr 26000.

                                    I do not want any services or assistance from shine.com, as my phone calls have not been answered by the team. I want my hard earned money back, as i am a bread winner for my family the money matters a lot.

                                    Shine.com has looted, many people it's like a jamtara for bogus jobs.

                                    As expected, I knew I would get this response from you'll. I am currently sharing the screen shot with you, with regards to the payment done by my Citibank Credit card ending 1412. This for the amount INR 6606 & INR 17700.
                                    I will be also sharing my Login Credentials & other payments made tonight.

                                    If there is any humanity left in Shine Learning Team, hopefully you will proceed with my refund.
                                    As mentioned the Writer fee can be waived off, since it was executed.

                                    Will sharing the requested credentials shortly.

                                      4march 2020 morning a lady priya sharma +[protected] from shine.com called me and said that she will help get a job in axis bank nearby nd send me a link http://shinebankingjob.com/ and told me for registration and the fee is 10 rupee which i paid through payu but 2580/- deducted from my ac after complained she said for refund and transfer the call to their senior +[protected] a lady she send me a link on whatsapp for refund i log in and its again required otp i filled because it was not mentioned any deducting info. And and 6999/- deducted to zaak epaymeent service gurgaon. I lodged an fir but i dont think they wil do somthing.

                                        They called me in the afternoon and asked me to register and fill online form for searching job recruitment fast. And told me the registration was only 10rs but after submitting the form and all the details from my atm i got the msg from my partner bank that a amount of rs 1010 has been deducted. A girl employee from your company did this, her number is [protected]. Now she's not picking up my phone and her phone has been switched off since then.
                                        I want my money back immediately by hook or by crook...
