Greetings of the day
With reference to your mail, we would like to update that you have paid the amount of 4248/- to shine learning for the services but the rest amount is not paid to us.
These days a lot of fake recruiters are calling the candidates using the name of reputed job portals and extract heavy money from them. We will like to clarify that Shine.com is not linked with any such recruiter or consultants.
Please note that Shine.com is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for any such communication via email, sms or phone call by a frivolous source claiming to have got the contact details of the concerned person through or representing Shine.com.
Therefore jobs seekers are advised not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers

Updated by jaysk38 Got the first call from Poonam ([protected]) on 25th Nov’2018 i.e. on Sunday your working off & confirmed by Janki Bisht ([protected]) that on Sunday we are not working nor making any call to customer.
Poonam send me the link for payment through email for the payment on same day & the payment of Rs. 4, 248/- was done by me vide your Order ID 178012 & Invoice No. IN20181125_153447_130737.
After this transaction Mrs. Poonam shared the email id of Mr. Saurav Gaurav ([protected]) & asked me to send my resume on the s.[protected]@shine.com
After going through my resume Mr. Saurav asked me the amount of 12 K for resume development for which I denied as my resume was developed by professionals and asked him to proceed with the same resume. He refused to proceed on my present CV & asked me for the cancellation of the services & told me that I will get a call from our cancellation department & mention that I had got a job that’s why I am cancelling the services. As per his saying this will ease the refund process & services will get cancelled smoothly.
Very next day I got a call from Mr. Nigam ([protected]) by saying that he is calling from Shine & wants to complete the cancellation procedure. During the discussions, he told me that the Resume Development is not mandatory & convinced me to proceed further with the services.
Then Mr. Nigam directed me to the portal www.dreamnaukri.net which has the logo of Shine & my Order ID 178012 along-with Invoice No IN20181125_153447_130737 & amount of 4, 248/-. Enclosing the link for your reference which is in deactivated state now.

When I enquired about this portal he presented himself as channel partner of Shine.Com & also briefed me the discussions I had with Mr Saurav of Shine which was exact word to word discussions of Mr. Saurav with me. He explained me other features for the portal & job opportunities so I made the additional payment of Rs. 42, 008/- .
But when he asked me Rs. 14000/- as document verification charges I denied for that by saying that it is not the cost to be born by the candidate instead it is of the Employer who wants to get the docs verified by the external agency. As the things couldn’t finalize, we decided to stop the move further & process the refund.
During this procedure he asked me to deposit Rs. 10, 620/- as a security deposit which is refundable after 15 days of total refund of Rs. 42, 008/- On 3rd December they confirmed me that the Refund of Rs. 52, 389/- will be credited in my account & deduction of Rs. 239/- will be done as a procedural charge. In that amount Rs. 4, 248/- was included.
During all this transaction the screen of dreamnaukri.net was showing all these transactions.
Mr. Nigam & his two seniors Mr. Tyagi & Mr. Walia with whom I was following for the refund started giving me dates after dates. Then I contacted Mr. Saurav for the same. He told me that I need to deposit Rs. 11 K to close this procedure & refund the amount. But Mr Nigam told me that you have already deposited the security amount so no need to deposit any amount.
When even after 60 days I didn’t got my refund I sent one email to customer care of Shine.com & got a call from Munesh Kumar ([protected]) I narrated him the story & shared the link & amount paid. After my communication with him nearly 20 days I called him up again to get the updates but didn’t got the satisfactory answer. But as a result the link of Dreamnaukri.net got deactivated & the cell of Mr. Nigam goes dead silent on very next day.
So again, send one email to customer care which was responded by Janki Bisht ([protected]) who confirmed me that on Sunday we are not working & the call you received by Poonam is not of our record. But the payment of Rs. 4, 248/-made through the link is received by us. He transferred my complaint to Mr. Vinod Kapoor ([protected]) with whom I shared the same thing. I also shared the same incident happened with one customer of Shine who has the same name of the person with same scenario & wants to cancel the services of Shine. Mentioning the same link for your ready reference.

Didn’t got any positive response from Mr. Vinod. Just he told me that our employee Mr. Saurav is clean & doesn’t have any involvement in this. But any of these couldn’t answer my following questions which I am repeating herewith.
HOW MR. NIGAM GOT MY NUMBER?
HOW HE CAME TO KNOW THAT I HAD TALKED WITH MR. GAURAV OF SHINE?
HOW HE CAME TO KNOW WHICH SERVICE I HAD AVAILED FROM SHINE?
HOW HE CAME TO KNOW THAT I HAD INITIATED FOR THE CANCELLATION OF SERVICE?
HOW HE CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THE AMOUNT?
HOW MY ORDER ID, INVOICE NUMBER AMOUNT & RESUME WAS AVAILABLE ON DREAMNAUKRI.NET PORTAL WHEN I DIDN’T CONTACTED HIM BUT AVAILED THE SERVICES OF SHINE BY POONAM & SAURAV.
This is a very long email but hope that you will be able to find out the truth.

Please go through the communication very carefully. When I asked for refund to your executive he told me that you will get a call for the same but tell them that I got the better opportunity so I want to cancel the services. After that I received the call from Mr. Nigam in continuation of my discussions with your executive. My question is that how that fraud person came to know that I want to cancel the services, How he has my payment details along with my registration number of shine which should be strictly confidential. He knows every details I had discussed with your executive. I had already provided the details to your office which clearly shows the link of your executives with these fraud people. Also one point to be noted that one of your senior told me that they are not making any calls on sunday ..but I got the first call from shine on sunday.
All these facts has already been updated to your seniors. But they are not ready to accept the facts that my data has been compromised by their own executives Poonam & Saurav & they provided the same to fraud people to earn the money. I also updated for two such customer's of shine who opted to cancel the services & got cheated by the same staff member. The details are provided to the concern..
Your office doesn't have any explanation for the data lik..even your executives Janki Bisht, Vivek has used very rubbish explanations & language to protect these cheater executives. Even I when I updated your office for the fraud at that time the link showing your shine logo, office details & all my transaction details & my shine id was active. But your Maunishkumar didn't took timely action & reported the same to your legal department for the further action. Instead he communicated to that fraud person which results in deactivation of the link & phone number. Non of your seniors was aware of that. When I made my follow up strong they told me that link is deactivated.
So many evidences were given to your executives but they only covered it. Now you are making the excuses that we are not responsible for that...
Instead you should launch an FIR against your such executives & should stand with your customer & save them from getting cheated from your employees in such a way.
Hope that you will go deep in this matter & make justice to your customer.
