Shop101 — money deducted but amount not refunded still to my account | |||
I had done a transaction on CCAvenue Order #[protected]Transaction ID [protected][protected]:07:55 PM for ALLURE product through Shop 101. When I checked with CC avenue, they confirmed that transaction has been successful but when i called Shop 101 they said it was not successful. I need my money refunded as the money was deducted but transaction didnt happen. I am now following up for 3 months with cc avenue and they have confirmed that it was a successful transaction. I ordered a watch from shop 101. But i got the wrong watch . I contracted the seller he said i will get a replacement in 1 week. But now the seller has switched off his phone and not replying on whats app .
