I am Abhishek Gaur from Pune, Maharastra. I had ordered Khaitan Iceberg Personal Cooler from shopclues.com on 14th April 2013. Order number# 3068857. I paid the amount Rs 5390 using credit card. I received the order on 28th April 2013, but found that it was a broken piece. Also, they had not sent me the bill. I informed shopclues.com regarding the issue. They informed me to send the pictures of the broken part, which I sent. Also, I asked for the duplicate bill as well. After that they informed me that my replacement has been approved and they will first pickup the order from my place and once the order will reach their warehouse, they will sent out the replacement. Since, they had already taken more than 15 days, and I thought probably they may take 15 more days to ship me the replacement, I called them to cancel the order and provide me the refund. The customer care executive informed me that they will be sending me the duplicate bill to me within 24-48 hours. They also informed me that they once the product will reach their warehouse, they will provide me the full refund. Now, it's been more than 8-10 days, they have not sent me any bill. Even, there is no further update to pick up the broken order from my place. I have called them thrice and have not received any updates from them. I had written them emails where they only say that they will be arranging the pickup but they never informed me the complete procedure. They never informed me that when this is going to happen. I have copies of all email. I can sent you all those email communication, if required. Also, whatever they informed me over the phone, I have sent that information to them via email but have not received any confirmation. Please let me know what needs to be done in this matter.

It has been almost 10days over, then why did you said it will deliver in 5-7 days and still i don't get the product.
Also i have received an email & sms stating the product has been delivered to me on 31-May-2012, but i haven't received yet.
Could you please let me what's happening in this order.
If you are unable to deliver the product,please arrange to refund my money back.
I have been called you customer care support and there is no proper response on this order.
It has been totally dis satisfaction with your deal and i never want to have a deal in future with rediff.
Could you please urgently advise on this or please provide your escalation point.
