I purchased a tifin box from shopclues 15 days back which turned out to be defective.
I reported the incident on the same day of delivery, I was initially offered 50 clues bucks as settlement which i denied.
Later on I was offered shop clues equivalent to the order price of 153 which I accepted.
Shopclues has not credited the clues bucks even after 1 week. This is so pity. Shopclues customer care sucks.
After seeing the latest reviews of shopclues, Looks like they are cheating most of the customers.
Please dont shop using shopclues.

THIS IS VIVEK OVER HERE, THE PRODUCT WHICH I HAVE RECIEVED FROM SHOPCLUES IS NOT WORKING AND I HAVE MAILED THM AND CALLED REGARDING THIS COMPLAINT BUT THY R NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY, ITS BEEN MORE THAN A 3 WEAKS, STILL MY PROBLEM HAVE NOT RESOLVED I BELIVE THT YOU WILL RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.

was not a good product, NOKIA HEADSET WH-701 white and the product doest not have a mark of Nokia also - When opened the packing the nokia box
was already opened and looked like a old used one ? but still i checked and found that its
not the original product and in the website i found 6months warranty for this ?
so kindly check and tell me what should i do now ? will my money be reimbursed ?
or sholud i ship this product again to the company ?
its a waste piece which i have got not working well. please do the needful

Shopclues is a terrible Company. Their customer support is pathetic.
First I received the shipment of my product( XBox DVD) seven days after their committed time of delivery. I was surprised to see the condition of the dvd which they claimed to be new and I raised a return request the same day. Their ten day hassle free return policy is just a trick to fool customers.
Even the senior management of the company doesn't take the initiative to address escalated cases. They try to forcefully close the issue by giving unacceptable reasons and their response time is worst of all.
The DVD I ordered ( Order number[protected] was in a damaged state. Microsoft Company seal was damaged which was covered manually, the box was broken from inside and the dvd had multiple scratches.
I suggest other consumers not to place orders on shopclues. Most of the time they try to get away by selling refurbished/damaged stuff by offering deals on products which they claim to be new.

    I am Govind Sharma, bought a Lenovo Laptop Bagpack, with order id 2982111, placed order on Date: 7-apr-2013, Recieved item after five days but the quality of the Bckpack wasn't as per desciption on given in Website. Its quality was found to be very cheap and it was a duplicate Lenovo Bagpack.
    I mailed several times to the shoplcues but there response was very late and not upto the mark, they ask me to send the photos of the Bag for comparison as attached in this complain too, but they replied me that the product sent was same as the Website, this is totally cheating, they make me keep waiting when i tried to contact customer care(not a toll freenumber). It was a very Bad experience from Shopclues. I would not suggest any one too buy any any BIg item or branded item from shoplclues, as they sell cheap and duplicate item.

      Hi,

      I have purchased a watch from shopclues.com with order no. 3068990.

      The company is claiming that they have delivered the product through Bluedart.com

      services.
      Bluedart is also showing delivered status, but it is not delivered to me.

      when i called bluedart they told me that the item is delivered to Banglore inspite

      of pune address. because the address on shipment was for banglore.

      Both the companies (Shopclues.com & bluedart.com) are not giving me proper

      responses. but blameing each others.

      Neither i have received the product nor they have refunded me the amount though i

      am following both the companies for the past 4 weeks.

      Please take proper actions & help me out on this issue.

        i bought a t-shirt from shopclues.com on 11 april 2013 n received the item on 26 april n next day i submitted a req to the site for exchange with larger size as the size is too small as compared to standard L size but in few days got mail frm them saying it is L size n they wont accept any return or exchange... then i fone them twice on 28th for exchange but they also said the size they sent is L .. so i told them that i got orignal adidas puma n many other t-shirts which r M size n they r larger than urs L size .... so they said click pics of tshirt n send them mail on [protected]@shopclues.com..
        so i did that n clearly show them in the pics that their large size is smaller than standard medium size but they still not believeing ..... n moreover there is no size written on their tshirt ...
        so now i dont want exchange .. i want my money returned

            I am Abhishek Gaur from Pune, Maharastra. I had ordered Khaitan Iceberg Personal Cooler from shopclues.com on 14th April 2013. Order number# 3068857. I paid the amount Rs 5390 using credit card. I received the order on 28th April 2013, but found that it was a broken piece. Also, they had not sent me the bill. I informed shopclues.com regarding the issue. They informed me to send the pictures of the broken part, which I sent. Also, I asked for the duplicate bill as well. After that they informed me that my replacement has been approved and they will first pickup the order from my place and once the order will reach their warehouse, they will sent out the replacement. Since, they had already taken more than 15 days, and I thought probably they may take 15 more days to ship me the replacement, I called them to cancel the order and provide me the refund. The customer care executive informed me that they will be sending me the duplicate bill to me within 24-48 hours. They also informed me that they once the product will reach their warehouse, they will provide me the full refund. Now, it's been more than 8-10 days, they have not sent me any bill. Even, there is no further update to pick up the broken order from my place. I have called them thrice and have not received any updates from them. I had written them emails where they only say that they will be arranging the pickup but they never informed me the complete procedure. They never informed me that when this is going to happen. I have copies of all email. I can sent you all those email communication, if required. Also, whatever they informed me over the phone, I have sent that information to them via email but have not received any confirmation. Please let me know what needs to be done in this matter.

The product has been picked up for the replacement but till now i have not received a new product or my amount back. Customer is service is worst its never connected to the customer agent. Request to take action against the company so no other customer will get cheated in future.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I have been cheated by Shopclues.com website. I purchase "EPS-1899 Bathroom Weighing Scales" product on dt 17th April, 2013 at 2:18 PM. Same day Shopclues.com site shipment my product with Bluedart.com courier. The tracking number for this shipment is [protected]. I payment through Online Bank transfer, Product amount is Rs. 438/-. But till date I not received my Product.

                  After 8 days I contact shopcules customer service regarding my order no 3108197. I contact shopclues customer support, but they says "Your request has been logged with ticket number 229533, please use the same email for further communication. We try our best to get back to you within 2 working days." AND "I have escalated your case internally and with the courier. I am following up on your case, and if needed, we will contact you on email or phone. We appreciate your patience on this issue."

                  I checkout Blue Dart courier website with my tracking number, but this number is FAKE. ShopClues not shiped any product, just fake information provide me. They are cheat me.

                  They are cheating clients by selling such fake products. I have requested them for refund my money back. But they are not replying properly nor refunding my money back. I already 10 times contact via email.

                    My order number shop clues.com is : Shop Clues order 2886533
                    it has been more than a 2 months since i have placed an order
                    (order item: V hand grip heavy and company : fitness world ) in shop clues,
                    after placing an order they have shipped their item after 10 days,
                    and the product was not which i saw in their website and the delivered product
                    was cheap quality, damaged and different in specification and design.
                    so i requested for replacement, then again they delayed to buy back the product,
                    i have sent several mails and i attached the comparison and damaged part of the
                    product image with mail, finally they agree to buyback.
                    after buyback till today it has been more than 1 to 2 months, i have already purchased
                    the product from different place as i had necessity of the product.
                    i am asking them to refund the amount but they are ignoring my mails.
                    and my calls. they told they will can only give replacement but they have not
                    did that till date.
                    i don’t need this kind of worst service from them, i need my money back.
                    kindly help.

                      My name is Rahul and I had ordered a Khaitan hit bit 30L Desert Cooler on 26th April 2013 having order no : 3198174 and choose to pay using my SBI debit card option from ShopClues.com The transaction was completed and i received the confirmation mail and SMS from both ShopClues.com and ccavenue.com ( I am attaching the related pics of the emails that i got received ) On 27th April 2013 i received a mail from ShopClues.com saying that my order 3198174 has progressed from paid to paid-in process, on same day i got another mail from ShopClues.com that status of my order no : 3198174 is changed to payment pending, then i called Shopclues.com Customer Care @[protected] which is a paid number and then after putting me on a hold of 20 to 25 minutes the customer care department asked me to send some documents that includes My BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT, PAN Card, etc as my bank account is located at my hometown and i am unable to get bank account statement so i just sent a photo scan copy of my pan card as asked by ShopClues.com via email... Now its been 4 days i am calling them continuously to know the status of my order but instead of taking the situation seriously they are asking me to wait till WINTER for the COOLER... and when i asked for refund they are asking for the equal amount that i had paid before..This was my 1st and the most worst online shopping experience with ShopClues.com

                      Reynold Desert cooler — Faulty product given

                      I have purchased the Reynold Desert cooler somwhere around in the month of March 2008 from Madhu Brothers, Jailroad, Which is very old and so Called reputated firm.
                      as a refrance from 4-5 sinior citizons in my family and friends I approch to him and purchase 18 inch, Reynold Coole home Desert cooler, Colour is Grey and Paid 6200rs cash.

                      As reynod it self as a very well known brand in Desert coolers. but cooler was Fauly and since the time of delivery I am continusily making complaint to Firm Honour Mr. Akshat Gupte, Contact no.[protected]/[protected]. also complaint to his Father, (Name Not known) but inetially they have sent there technician 4 times and every time he has done some repairing and told now it will be OK and when it comes in rotation th noce will automatically stop.
                      1)Technician has repair the Motor and done the baring setting.
                      2)TEchnician has changed the Switch.
                      3) then he was telling that is due to voltage problem(which we have already chacked from MPEB) there is no issue in Voltage.

                      After requesting so many times issue has not been resolved then finally I called Akshat on 3rs sep 2008 to request to look in to the matter. which is also date of Anniversary of there firm and he shouted on me and told that Every time we can not send the person to your home and we can not do anything and already technican has visited so many times to you.
                      then I again spoke to his father and he said that today is our anniversary celeberition and try to understand his mental condition and dont streach the matter.

                      But as a customer I am suffring from Last 6 months due to this bad services and Product even the Product is under waranty. My patiece laval is over and My Product need to be change on immediate basis. or I will take some strict and necessry action against firm.

                      I received a call from customer care department of ShopClues.com after launching a complaint and an e-mail asking again for my Bank Account Details that i cant provide to ShopClues right now, so please just stop asking for my Bank Account details, and also i do not need assurance, i can protect my money by myself so no need to be caring as we all know how caring you guys are!                       I just want to know, after all the attachments/proofs that i added above with my complaint, why is that shopclues customer support is not responding any of my call & emails because on 3rd May they asked for 24 Hrs time to solve my complaint and now its like 4th day / 96 Hrs and still no reply and answer from their side, Do they even care about customers time and money??? Please suggest me the next step that i can take ! Because i feel like i am wasting my time, Is this forum can really do any help to me?? As today is the 7th day after i launched a complaint against shopclues.com, and also i tried to explain my situation more clearly so that it should get resolved as early as possible but no one is responding to my complaint.

                      Hello Guys,

                      I placed a order of car vacuum cleaner from shopclues last month on 17 april and my order number was 3103350, i got a thank you email after placing the order and made payment. Till than we exchanged many emails but still neither i got my product not they refund my money. Every time when i contact them, they have only one answer, that they have escalated the issue internally and i would get my order with in two working days. Today is 7 May, its been 20 days and dont know how many days they will more take either to deliver or refund my money. But all i can say its a completely mental harassment and nothing else.

                      This is the worst experience I have got from Shopclues. The best part is that if their customer support guys not able to handle the situation correctly, there is no way to reach out to their managers or more responsible person, whenever i call their call center number, its alwys give me message to wait for 10 mints but they never come on the phone. Its really frustrating.

                      At the same time, the CEO of the company give interviews and beg for money from investors. I request to all those investors who putting their money into this whole scam, plz be aware these guys are not going to survive if they continue to make fool of the people.

                      I am completely disappointed by ShopClues.

                      After seeing this message even a blind person can tell just by hearing that ShopClues.com is a Big Scam, so those who was, are & will be the customers of ShopClues.com just check this out, I am posting the emails that i got received from ShopClues.com in that please check out the Payment Method, in one email it shows i paid using Debit card, in 2nd it shows i paid using internet banking, in third it shows i paid using credit card, that either means i paid thrice amount for my order or they have Highly Insecure / Risky Payment Gateway..Their customer care department is also illiterate because instead of replying to my emails and calls they just keep on sending me same message asking for my Bank Account Details after i launch this complaint, they don't even bother to answer my call because they don't know what to say! Even MY SBI Bank is Saying Don't Give Any Bank Account Related Information To AnyOne You Don't Trust, That Comes Under My Rights ! I simply don't understand why this forum is not taking any action even SBI is saying that consumer forum should look into this matter and take action, but i m not even getting a single reply from any of them, just getting the same repeated dialogue again and again "Please Give Us 24 Hrs Time, and after that they simply starts avoiding you. At last i see only one option left for me is to file an FIR against ShopClues.com. Even i Don't want to go that far but you guys left me no choice. If i didn't got any satisfactory response within 24 Hrs, the first thing i will do is gonna file an FIR against ShopClues.com for Fraud and torturing and asking for my personal bank account details online.

                        I order two shirts from shopclues.com on 22/04/2013 and my order no is 3158543. They showed that the item is in stock and would be delivered in 5-7 working days. After 6 days when i received no r-mail or sms regarding the product delivery i visited their website and checked my order status, i was cancelled by the company while no information was sent to me. When i filed the complaint on their website they replied that the item is out of stock while it is still available on their website even it flash on their home page as one day sale. Now they are saying they would return the money in 7-10 working days. They just hold my money for a month showing a product available and declined to deliver it because actually it was not. I think they do it very often and hold the costumer inventory for months without any interest, and if the costumer is not paying attention then they would not even return the money. They must be stopped from making such jokes on the face of the costumers.
                        as can be seen in the pic below that they are giving me option of reordering the item and still they give me excuse that item is out of stock. So they just always lies to to costumer.

                          I had bought nokia cs-17 data card ,order number 2818921 through Shopclues.com and made my payment through SBI with an amount of 1599.
                          Company had given 10 days return/money back policy..The device sent to me was not in working condition so i immediately logged a call to customer care.I also given mail to the customer care..since then they are making fool to me.
                          several mailing communication done but of no use..Phone call/Email also put no effect..now they are not receiving my phone call.so i am loosing my money again to get replacement /refund.Pls take action against this cheating and penalise the vendor for mental harassment..I want my money back.
                          I had given 2 reminder mail stating that if you won't take action I can take legal action to you however they are not respoding and keeping mum.

                            I hope you are having a good day. In order to run a successfull online retail store, you need to take care of customers and keep them happy. It is as important as setting up a website and the infrastructure. I believe that you'll resolve my problem and I'll praise the good service of ShopClues.

                            Please read the following very carefully.

                            I purchased Callmate's Canvas HD Flip Case on 10 April 1PM (product code- 346292). I got the shipment on 16 April.

                            The product have the following problems:

                            a> Manufacturing Defect: The case should be compatible with my mobile (Canvas HD), but it doesn't fit.

                            b> Damaged: The case is damaged.

                            c> Quality Issues: The product is of the worst quality and the front is not leather.

                            d> Significantly different from description:

                            As you can see, this item meets almost all terms and condition that needs to be met in order to return an item.

                            Hence, I hereby complain about the poor quality of the item and want to return the shipped product as soon as possible. I want my money to be transferred back to my SBI account.

                            Your customer service replies very late, please fast track my case. I have never seen this slow customer service.

                            ShopClues Support sent me an email on Apr 24 04:28 pm that they have "checked the product and packed the completed product". I don't care what you did. I just know that the product that arrived at my doorstep was fully defective and I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Please do not try to exchange the product, as I am shocked by the low-quality of the product.

                              They confirmed the order and was waited so long time and on 21st April, they cancelled the order and initiated the refund.

                              If they cancel the order, why do they confirmed the order.? I was purchasing in this site for past 1 year and am a regular buyer... for a regular customer like me, they are doing like this.. and hereafter, I won't recommend this site to anyone.

                              And regarding other order No: 2886871, they didn't accepted the return request for refund...... Its a Very Very Very Very worst kind of shopping experience to quit from shopclues.com.....

                              Its a god promise, that I won't Recommend anyone to buy and never i will return back to their Site. They didn't make a single call regarding my order..

                                I have ordered a Nokia Mobile 206 on 27-March-2013 (Order No 2876945) at shopclues.com. Already I have paid the amount. Till date the product is not delivered to me. The shipping agency BLUEDART (Tracking AWB no [protected]) updated like shipment delivered but i didn't get the product. I contacted with BLUEDART and clearly mentioned the problem , but no proper response from their side. Then i keep on calling shopclues Customer Service Personel and every time they will tell within 48hrs we will resolve , but it's almost 30 days . I did communicated through e-Mail and Phone and also raised complaints 3 times . Every Time they said apologies and need 48hrs of time. I am really irritated and mentally distrubed due to their non-professional and careless attitude towards me while I was asking for a solution since 1st April 2013 and also no proper update from shopclues.com on any mode to me. Since I am unable to trace any concerned top authority of the shopclues.com except customer service, I request you to kindly help me so that I can get my money refund. The Billing and Shipping is issued in the name of Madhukar Adimurthy. Disputed Amount: 3235 .

                                Kindly provide a resolution for my problem.

                                    hi, 4th April, I saw one advertisement on shop clues “Mens Handkerchief Set Of 12 PCs at Rs. 238/- and on description part written Premium Range of 12Pcs. Basis of advertisement, I purchased 12pcs Handkerchief set for Rs. 238/- and my order no was 2961182. I received my order on 8th April’13. When I checked handkerchief quality than I found Handkerchief quality is not so good. I have Rs. 10/- Handkerchief also, which I bought from local market, whose quality is better than handkerchief I received from shop clues after than I called to customer care immediately. Customer care person said, please send a mail to our customer care for return of product because of quality not as per advertisement than I sent return request mail to customer care as per their return 10days policy. After a day, I have received mail from customer care stating that Product which has been ordered by you is the same which has been delivered to you. Also the product is of standard quality. Therefore, we will not be able to fulfil your request.
                                    Shop Clues has cheated person to show best product on advertisement and selling low quality product to customer as per market ad also not return product as per their return policy. Please have a look on my complaint and judge whether I keep same Handkerchief or Shop clues replace with Premium handkerchief or refund my money.

After chasing them for last 15 days I have sent almost 10 emails and made 20 calls to your customer care stating that I am unable to track my order with the given tracking no. All of sudden they changed the status to delivered and inspite of informing that I have not received my order in my last complaint they have now changed the status to complete. This is very ridiculous that they never bothered to check and confirm the delivery with the customer and always given a negative response. I am very irritated that now I will file complaint against them in the consumer court and FIR in police station.                                       They are worst. They have delivered a wrong size T-shirt to me and torn too. I have also fined the complaint with Consumer Forum and also recorded there customer care call. Thanks for giving me the idea of FIR. I plan to do it now.

                                      This is rahul pramanik. I order ilunch topware lunch box on 18.04.2015 and till now I do not get those product. Order id-. 46877783. I already paid for those product from my debit card.

                                      Request for refund as I have been charged for wrong item.

                                      Company is harassing the customer, I have been charged for Coconut beaker instead of ordered product, so necessary action may be taken against the company and I may please be refunded the actual amount. Rs 386

                                      dont sell original goods except replicas on discounts

                                      They do unethical business selling replica products under discounts to make money by tie-ups with merchants

                                      One Quantity missing

                                      Order No.23236731 Shipment No.[protected] We have order two maybelline colossal kajal's and paid for the same at the time of order but we have received one only.

                                        Product not received, money not refunded.
                                        Few days back I ordered one product from ShopClues.com. My Order #2761447Due to my unavailability at my home the product got returned and reached back on 30 Mar'13. I have raised a request for complete refund of money on their online portal. My request number is "https://shopcluescom.zendesk.com/requests/198410". They agreed for refund on 03/4/2013 but after that they haven't responded back.

                                        This is my third complaint against ShopClues.com. So I want my complete refund ASAP.
