I have purchased a Flip cover for Karbonn A 15 mobile from Shopclues on 9th July via order no 4995111,
they have delivered the defective cover within 3-4 days and I have notified them well on time that it is an defective piece and requested for return and reshipment. product had been picked up from me almost month back and promised to replace the product soon but that never happened. I asked them via email for refund, since then there is no response from them. I have again emailed them about refund but no reply.

Would request to please have my refund back into my account and ask shopclues to stop cheating customers.
It was my first and last shopping from shopclues and I have experienced the worst, will never ever shop and ask my friends and kins not to order from shopclues. There are many other shopping websites, there have been instances of defective product delivery and no shipment at all but they initiated the refund instantly without any hasseles on their own which helped to restore our faith in them. But shopclues my goodness petty thief running the company.

Today I recieved a call from Shopclues, executive named Mohan said should I process the refund, I told him obviously that is what i am asking from so long. He said we can not give refund to credit card, I said ok give me cash he said not possible, i said I will give my bank account no which is in HDFC. he told me to open account in SBI or axis otherwise they are not going to refund what the hell. when I shouted that give me resolution he disconnected and then he did not picked up the phone. I recieved the call from this number [protected]. My goodness their is a sheer case of cheating.

I will not sit silently.

    I purchased one micromax mobile from shopclues.com on 28th July and on 3rd August due to non availability. after that i mail more then 10 times for refund but in every mail they reply same thing and not giving me refund. they block my money more then 15 days and making me fool. i add one conversation of mail history here and i have other mail also which they send me by other person.

I receive refund of 5452805 of Rs. 71 before 10 days and same day you told that you initiated refund for order no. 5452803. which has amount Rs. 983 which is still not refunded in my bank. so check from your side you nonsense and then tell me anything. before mail you check first from your end and then mail. you are like a monkey, don't even think before you mail and not check anything. so before reply me work like a human.

      I've placed a order with ShopClues Order Number[protected] on Jun 2013, 02:31 PM which came out to be a wrong item shipment. After reporting the incident support executive do agreed on incorrect shipment and raised a refund request but the refund never reflected in my account statement. After my reminder on 19th July I am being told about technical issues and assured for early refund transfer. Its been 45 days now since the refund request was raised and till date I've nothing but assurance.

        Hi,

        This is regarding my order no. 4063981 placed on 5th June 2013. Due to defect in the product, i have sent it back to the company to replace the product with fresh one. I have paid the amount using my credit card. I have even got the acknowledgement email from shopclues.com that they have received the defected product. Now, after writing more than 15 mails, i am not getting any reply from them. They have neither refunded the money nor replaced the product. Please help.

          I had purchased Combo of 2 Swank Cotton Cambric Kurtis on 6th august 2013 for 218 rs under special offer. Although it was mentioned that the product has "Hassle Free return in 10 days". When i received the product, I found out that the quality of the product that i received, was not up to the mark. The product quality in terms of quality of the fabric was quite significantly different than the description of the product given online. The buttons were loosely stitched, almost at the stage of falling, also upon wearing the fitting had manufacturing defect.I filed a return request of product on shopclues, on 9th august 2013. I received a response mail from shopclues stating that i should explain my problem after that i was told that to help us take the issue with the merchant and expedite the process reply email by sending the image of the product. After i sent them the images i received a response that "we have cross checked with the merchant that the product that is delivered is the same that is mentioned on the website and is 100% standard quality. Unfortunately the merchant will not be able to accept the return of the product." After that when i asked them if the merchant declined to return and refund the product the why it is mentioned "Hassle Free return in 10 days" and why they did not mention clearly that product would not be returned, they did not respond back at all. I am contacting them every day asking the same question but they stopped replying to my mails.

          I requested to care of shopclues via call and email that I want refund in clue bucks, because I have discontinued with bank services, even after my request tthey have refunded in bank rs 698.

          Care team leader are accepting their fault, but can&#039;t do anything.

            I've Purchased one 'Citizen Ct-8855V Laptop Shaped 12 Digit Solar Powered Calculator'

            But it's not comfortable to Use to me, It's not stand correctly on the Table, it want two hands for using.

              I have placed online order for wireless mouse on 31st Jul. As per their website it must be shipped within 48-72 hours. They has put fake shipment reference number in website as its shipped on 8th Aug which is completely invalid. I have been calling them from 8th Aug to provide correct reference no but they are fooling around me as it will be updated today.

                I want to complain against Shopclues.com


                I ordered a dress worth 900/- on 8th July 2013 and I got the dress with wrong color and stuff on 18th July 2013. After that I requested for return the dress and get back my money. They arranged the pick up for return the dress and I returned the dress to the pickup guy on 26th July 2013. After that since I wanted to get my money back and I requested the same, but what did they do is really very frustrating for me. I got email that next order is ready to ship and on 4th August 2013 I got the same dress (which I returned to shop clues) :(

                After this I tried to communicate with shopclues via email and phone but they didn't response for any of these.

                I have written this mail expecting your kind help in this matter. I shall remain forever thankful towards your gratefulness.

                    I ordered an HTC Mobile on 14 Feb 2013, with the online shopping store 'shopclues.com' .
                    They shipped me a phone aloing with a sony ericsson charger, when i questioned the customer support team for the same issue they said the issue is not in their hands and they cannot do anything about it.
                    And now the phone is dead i cannot claim warranty as the forgot to send an appropriate bill or i should say a genuine bill which would have eased my pains.
                    When i contacted them again on 7th Aug 2013 they sent me a mail stating

                            I have ordered Sony Vaio laptop charger/adapter from Shopclues.com, It has been more than 15 days and i have not received my order.
                            According to them they have shipped my order on 29th July. however, the tracking number provided by them is invalid. When i contacted their delivery partner (BlueDart), they confirmed that the tracking number is invalid and they have not received the shipment from Shopclues/merchant.
                            Even after my regular calls and emails to Shopclues, they are not able to track my order. They always ask for more time to track it. When i asked them to cancel my order and refund my money - they refused and said that because product has been shipped they cant refund. I simply dont refund where have they shipped it to and with which courier service because their delivery partner has simply denied any such shipment acceptance.
                            Further, they irritates customers by saying that "Please wait more, you will receive it one day".
                            I really want to report about this website and would suggest users NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM SHOPCLUES.COM. They are CHEATERS Ans their customer service representatives are even more PATHETIC.

                                  Hi Sir I Have Purchase a product 3 Burner Automatic Gas stove with Marble Finish from shop clues on 13 july I have already paid all amount (Rs1828) via HDFC Credit Card and I Delivered this product on 18 july but when I opened the package I am shocked its totally damaged after that I am continuously call and email to shopclues support and call center but they allways send me a mail that I have arrange the couirier service who collect the damage product but 18 days to pass, I also send a mail to support shopclues site with damage product images on 19 july. Whan I call there call center number than they put my call on hold and after 10 to 15 min disconnect the call.This site is totally fraud.

                                  My request to Indian Consumer form please take some needfull action to Shopclues website

                                  I have also attached all the evidances with this.

                                  Please doneed full because this is my last hope

                                      I had placed an order of Strontium 16GB Micro SD Memory Card (Class 10) on 20/07/13 vide order no. 5237237 with shopclues.com.

                                      They claimed that order has been completed and delivered but I haven't received it till. As per the courier details provided by them, I am regularly tracking on website of DTDC (Docket No. Z[protected], status is "IN TRANSIT" unchanged since 25/07/13. I spoke to DTDC executive also, they said it is untraceable and may be lost.

                                      But, shopclues.com executive claimed that DTDC website showing status as "Delivered".

                                      So, Now I would request you to please take the matter seriously, and help me to get the delivery of the ordered item or arrange the refund of double of money with interest I had paid.

                                      And also I want a compensation of mental stress which I have been suffering since 25/07/13 along with the calls I had made & used internet to track the shipment & writing mails to them. Approx. expenses for these is Rs. 400/-.

                                      Don't know how many more days you will require to resolve it.
                                      Either arrange a same card within 05 days or refund double money with interest and compensation of approx. Rs. 500/- for phone calls & internet charges.

                                      Not disclosing a fraud transaction

                                      ShopClues team members are not disclosing the order ID of a fraud transaction. I have a mail chain conversation more than 20 mails but they are not cancelling the order.

                                      Payment has been done by fraud, already had given an application to cyber security cell, police department.

                                      Not helping the customer at all.
