After reporting the incident support executive do agreed on incorrect shipment and raised a refund request but the refund never reflected in my account statement. I had purchased Combo of 2 Swank Cotton Cambric Kurtis on 6th august 2013 for 218 rs under special offer. Although it was mentioned that the product has "Hassle Free return in 10 days". When i received the product, I found out that the quality of the product that i received, was not up to the mark. I have placed online order for wireless mouse on 31st Jul. As per their website it must be shipped within 48-72 hours. They has put fake shipment reference number in website as its shipped on 8th Aug which is completely invalid. I have been calling them from 8th Aug to provide correct reference no but they are fooling around me as it will be updated today.
