I ordered a product from shopclues on 21st july having order id : 5252233, but now the product is missing and shopclues is not taking any responsibility of that missing product, NO COMMUNICATION MADE BY THEM REGARDING THE DELIVERY AND UPDATES OF THAT PRODUCT. THEY ARE SAYING MY ADDRESS IS UNLOCATABLE, But The Truth is that in the month of april i ordered a cooler from shopclues and they delivered that cooler at the same shipping...

I ORDERED A PRODUCT FROM SHOPCLUES.COM ON 21TH JULY ORDER ID : 5252233 AND THE PRODUCT IS MISSING AFTER 12 DAYS OF ORDER AND NO COMMUNICATION FROM SHOPCLUES.COM , AND THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTIONS ON THE COURIER COMPANY INSTEAD THEY ARE SUPPORTING THEM AND MOTIVATING THEM TO REPEAT THEIR MISTAKES AGAIN AND AGAIN.. VERY VERY POOR CHEAP AND THIRD CLASS SERVICES BY SHOPCLUES.COM.
TRUTH THAT WILL SHOCK YOU REGARDING...

Sir/Madam,

I ordered a HCL Techgear game pad from shopclues.com on July 5th.
I received the product on 20th July.
order no. 4875245
the driver CD in the package is outdated. its a 2007 build. hence no games are working and the game pad is lying waste.

I installed the driver from the CD. I even ran the calibration tests and vibration tests.
Still the game pad doesn't work with...

I want to complain against 1. Shopclues.com and 2. First flight courier services.
I had ordered a 3 burner stove which I received in a broken state on 15th July 2013. Now I am unable to get a refund because they are saying that my address is not serviceable and cannot pick the damaged product they sent me.
1. They said that I had received the product on 8 july whereas I received it only on 15th.

Sir i ordered Beetel M53 Corded Land-line Phone from shopclues website on 19 Jun 2013, 07:05 PM. i got the product after 10 days, the phone was good up to 10-15 days but after that phone receiver is not working, phone is in good condition but the phone receiver is not working..

I found these products are of very low quality and different in the description.
Immediately after receiving I mailed them and appleid for refund.. but they refused to return by saying that merchant is saying that product is of fine quality so that we cant redund.

I placed an order on ShopClues.com for Portable Laptop e-table with USB cooling Fan, item code: 401551. My order no. is 4852969. dated: 04-Jul-2013.
They intimated me that the order product has been shipped through DTDC courier (sms on my mobile).
Later on neither I did receive any call from DTDC nor from ShopClues for placing the order.
I did not get that product till now.

I have ordered a jacket on shopclues.com on 7th of July and made the payment on the same day. I received a email stating that the product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Till today I either receive the delivery or know the status of the delivery. They are not able give me the status of the product. I have ordered the product on urgent basis and they are providing the worst customer service. I feel that the site is cheating...

I ordered Cabana bath towels twice from shopclues.com. The item name was "Cabana bath towel". But they delivered me two low quality (cabana is very good) bath towels which had brand name "Unbranded" printed on towel. I asked shopclues to deliver me original cabana towel or refund the money.
