Dear Sir/ Madam,
After launching a consumer complaint i received a call from shopclues.com and they agreed on phone that my order NO. 5252233 got delayed due to their cheap third class illiterate courier services and they will going to deliver my order by different courier service and it will going to be reach by another 7-10 days and they agreed to redeliver my order and now without my permission they cancelled my order, Sir I'd like to ask "What kind of Company is shopclues.com? Who gave rights to ShopClues.Com to play with the customers money? As agreed on phone i want my ordered product, also whats the meaning of holding customers money this long and wasting my time also i want compensation for the trouble caused by ShopClues.com to me. SHOPCLUES.COM REALLY NEEDS TO GROW UP AND STARTS ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITIES OF THEIR MISTAKES AND TROUBLE CAUSED TO CUSTOMER, OTHERWISE YOU KNOW VERY WELL WHERE THIS TYPE OF COMPANY ENDS!!!

    I ordered a product from shopclues.com order id 5252233, till date no updates of the ordered product. After launching a consumer complaint here i received a call from shopclues.com and they agreed on phone that my order got delayed due to their cheap third class illiterate courier services and they will going to deliver my product by different courier service and it will going to be reach by another 7-10 days and they agreed to redeliver my order and now without my permission they cancelled my order WHAT KIND OF A CHEAP COMPANY IS SHOPCLUES.COM, AS AGREED ON PHONE I WANT MY ORDERED PRODUCT, WHATS THE MEANING OF HOLDING CUSTOMER'S MONEY FOR ALMOST A MONTH AND SHOWING SUCH AN UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. SHOPCLUES YOU ARE THE WORST SHOPPING SITE ON THE INTERNET AND YOU WONT SURVIVE TOO LONG UNLESS YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT LEARS TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS.

      I ordered a product from shopclues on 21st july having order id : 5252233, but now the product is missing and shopclues is not taking any responsibility of that missing product, NO COMMUNICATION MADE BY THEM REGARDING THE DELIVERY AND UPDATES OF THAT PRODUCT. THEY ARE SAYING MY ADDRESS IS UNLOCATABLE, But The Truth is that in the month of april i ordered a cooler from shopclues and they delivered that cooler at the same shipping address order id for cooler :3198174 Please check shipping address of this order id and that cleary shows the ILLITRATE, IRRISPONSIVE BEHAVIOUR OF SHOPCLUES.COM and now they are giving unacceptable reasons, Please take necessary actions

VERY VERY POOR CHEAP AND THIRD CLASS SERVICES BY SHOPCLUES.COM.
        TRUTH THAT WILL SHOCK YOU REGARDING THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE OF SHOPCLUES.COM
        1) SHOPCLUES NEVER DELIVER CUSTOMERS PRODUCT INSTEAD THEY KEEP CUSTOMER'S MONEY FOR LONG TIME IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT AND ENJOYS INTEREST ON THAT MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERS THE ORDERED PRODUCT.

          Sir/Madam,

          I ordered a HCL Techgear game pad from shopclues.com on July 5th.
          I received the product on 20th July.
          order no. 4875245
          the driver CD in the package is outdated. its a 2007 build. hence no games are working and the game pad is lying waste.

          I installed the driver from the CD. I even ran the calibration tests and vibration tests.
          Still the game pad doesn't work with any game. The right analog stick is not working and the 4 buttons on the right are giving me the same effect. They should be different to use the game pad for games.
          I searched online for updated drivers but i could not find any. This product is not even listed on HCL website.
          It says macro joystick game pad. There is no proof that this is genuine HCL.
          I am also not able to find the install directory of the game pad driver.
          its not even listen in installed programs in control panel.
          This leads me to believe that the product is not genuine and is a cheap replication of a Playstation controller manufactured somewhere near Kolkata.

          I have contacted Shopclues multiple times through mail, Facebook and their customer support page. I am yet to receive a reply from them.

          I also gave them an option of replacing this game pad with a genuine one. I will pay the difference in amount.

          Currently its a waste to me as it does not work with any game.

          I sent this same mail to the email address provided on the box of the product- hcltouch.[protected]@hcl.com but i got an immediate mail delivery failure saying the domain does not exist.
          This clearly shows the product is a fake or a replication.

          I request you to help me with this case of cheating.

            I want to complain against 1. Shopclues.com and 2. First flight courier services.
            I had ordered a 3 burner stove which I received in a broken state on 15th July 2013. Now I am unable to get a refund because they are saying that my address is not serviceable and cannot pick the damaged product they sent me.
            1. They said that I had received the product on 8 july whereas I received it only on 15th.
            2. Since they sent that product at the given address how can they say that it is unserviceable.
            3. Furthermore I m willing to go to the courier office from where I had received and drop the product for sending and had asked for them to arrange the pickup from the office itself.
            4. I had asked if I have to send it myself then the courier person said that I have to spend rs 1555. I will get only a maximum of rs 300 in its refund from the shopclues which I think is not fair.
            I have written this mail expecting your kind help in this matter. I shall remain forever thankful towards your gratefulness.

            Hi,

            I got the similar issue. I have ordered a Signature mink blanket but received some other brand's blanket. When I ask them to pick it back, they said that the PIN is not serviceable for return pickup. Finally, I could send it via India Post but surprisingly it got back saying 'Unable to locate the address'

            Not sure how to resolve this problem and get the refund.

              Sir i ordered Beetel M53 Corded Land-line Phone from shopclues website on 19 Jun 2013, 07:05 PM. i got the product after 10 days, the phone was good up to 10-15 days but after that phone receiver is not working, phone is in good condition but the phone receiver is not working..
              i complained to shopclues website they gave a ticket number 364150 about my compliant on July-22.
              but till today there is no response from them.. so please help me to replace the phone receiver...
              I hope you will solve my query.. please help me as soon as possible...

                Dear team,
                On 13th June 2013 I ordered 2 items from Shopclues as below

                Order no :: 5061437 - Reebok Box T-Shirt -- Rs. 194 + Rs.34 =Rs. 228
                Order no :: 5061439 - Car Emergency Light -- Rs.149 + Rs. 49 = Rs. 198

                Final Amount I have paid as calculated Rs. 426 thru HDFC Credit Card.

                Once I have made the payment, Shopclues system generated 2 order details as 5061437 for Aleva International & 5061439 for Indiamall.

                BUT the receipt 5061437 [Reebok Box T-Shirt] generated for Rs. 357 {instead of 228} and the receipt 5061439 generated for Rs. 69 {instead of 198} totalling to Rs. 426.

                Now Shopclues have cancelled the order 5061439 and trying to give me a refund of only Rs. 69, which means the Reebok Box T-Shirt costed me Rs. 357 instead of Rs. 228.

                PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW CAN Shopclues CALCULATE THIS REFUND AMOUNT TO BE RS.69 WHERE AS IT SHOULD BE RS.198.

                Again there was no coupon code attached for Car Emergency Light, so how can your system made that order [5061439] to Rs. 69.

                ITS WHOSE FAULT ?

                What to do further to get a proper refund ?

                  I ordered for a rain coat via online in shopclues.com on 28th jun 13. they didn't deliver the product, when i contacted the shopclues team, they said the product is out of stock and they could not deliver it. Then i cancelled the order, the agent said the amount will be refunded with 2 weeks. Now its almost 1 month past still they din't refund in spite of repeated mail. now there is no reply from them.

                    "We are unable to fulfill your order due to non-availability with the merchant. Please be assured we have tried our best to source the product at the best price from our other merchants. At this point we are uncertain of its fulfillment, therefore we are refunding your payment." This happen second time with this site .I Think these type of sites should be closed.

                      I have purchased few product from shopclues.Com having order number 491198(cinthol deo), 4892569(flip flop), 4662735(car cover), 3654845(hankies).
                      I found these products are of very low quality and different in the description.
                      Immediately after receiving I mailed them and appleid for refund.. but they refused to return by saying that merchant is saying that product is of fine quality so that we cant redund.
                      This webside claim nto be a buyer protection guarantee website.

                      I guess you people have already mention "low quality" as a factor of replacement. Please check it in your terms and condition.
                      And for your knowlegde, I have mentioned here for four product here...
                      @ car cover - wrong description given on the website and its a valod factor for return/replacement according to ur norms and condition.

                      @cinthol deo- manufacturing defect and it is considered in t&c .

                      @ flip flop and hankies - low quality, considered and mentioned in ur t&c.

                      Everytime I mailed, got a same reply can't refund.
                      Everytime I called, I have to wait 5-10min then customer care only they pick... n would get the same answer ... that was given on the mail.

                                  I ordered Cabana bath towels twice from shopclues.com. The item name was "Cabana bath towel". But they delivered me two low quality (cabana is very good) bath towels which had brand name "Unbranded" printed on towel. I asked shopclues to deliver me original cabana towel or refund the money. But they denied saying that there is no brand like "cabana", so they have shipped me some other towel. Its funny that if there is no brand like cabana, then why do they mention as "Cabana" in their sale post? Truely speaking there is a brand called cabana and even Big bazar and future bazar groups sell this.

                                  I have the proof of opening the parcel (towels got from them), the mail they sent - "There is no brand like cabana" (eventhough they mention brand: cabana towel in their website).

                                  So be careful with shopclues.com.

                                  I am not letting them away with this issue. It happened twice for order numbers 4938359 and 3851357 (ordered by my friend)

When I created support case in their website, they say that there is no brand like cabana, so they sent me some other bath towel. Now they are not ready to refund or take back the towel. It as written as "Unbranded" on the bath towel which i received. If they admit that there is no brand like cabana, then why do they specify the brand as"cabana" in their website? Truely, there is a brand cabana. Even future bazaar and big bazaar sells this brand. I have proof of everything starting from video of opening the courier bag and the mail what they have sent me saying that "there is no brand like cabana" (eventhough they post it in their selling posts).

                                  I have their mail saying that they have sent me some other unbranded bath towel instead of cabana and brand name cabana does not exist.

                                    So many people here writing about slight procurement delay. I think Shopclues have few phony online merchants created by themselves. Those merchants offer deals at unbelievable prices that everybody falls for them. There is a catch though, merchant would not allow cash on delivery. Game starts here. They charge us money upfront, promise 10-15 days for delivery, delay our order with "Slight procurement delay"gimmick, then cancel our order and return our money. They basically use our money for almost a month and they do it with thousands of people everyday who fall for their low price catch. IT IS FRAUD.
                                    I bought an LED Tv 4 days ago which is still being sold by the same merchant. For my delivery I am getting "Slight procurement delay" message. How other people are going to get Tv who bought in last four days after me if they don't have one to supply me. WE NEED THESE ONLINE SITES TO BE ANSWERABLE TO CUSTOMERS AND THERE MUST BE A LAW SUPPORTING ONLINE BUYERS.

They informed me about there very common procurement delay. But they still displaying the product having same marchant and confirmed booking and receiving advance payments for the same product. Their business motivation is nothing but to cheat innocent people. Shopclues businesses systems are not transparent enough. There must be a regulatory authority like SEBI to protect the innocent customers from the online shopping sites like shopclues.If a customer booked an ordinary small valued product from shopclues.com then they ship the product through a reputed courier company having office at the customers locations and collect the money immediately. But when a customer booked high value product and pay the money in advance then shopclues rarely delivers the product. Shopclues try to cheat the customers if the customers are not so conscious. In case of conscious customers sometimes they delivered the actual product to the customers or refund the money without interest after repeated efforts from the customers. They never reply the email of the customers. They never receive the phone calls of the customers. They only contact the customers if there's any needs for their own benefits. Online shopping sites like shopclues must be banned by the Government. The suffered customers should be contact to the office of the Prime Minister of India for banning such online shopping sites specifically the Shopclues so that necessary action must be taken against them like Sharada and Sahara .

                                      note filed a case at www.core.nic.in site its mange by ministry of consumer affairs team of government of india. so u dont have to pay any charges to file a case. just file the case & see how that company help u.

                                        Dear sir, I have bought Park Avenue Deo from www.shopclues.com. I have paid it already through online but when the product is delivered it was expired. Approx 3 weeks to go and no money refunded. I am totally disappointed from shopclues they say something and do something. Please help on same I really tired from them. Please help me.
