This is with regards to my order number 4237723. The order was delivered to me and when I saw it there was a stain mark on the shirt I reported it to Shopclues.com and the return request was also approved by them with ID number 32885. However post which till date, I have not received any further communications from them about tracking that where is it stuck.

I am also mailing them continuously and calling...

As complained earlier shopclues.com on22may2013 gave a refund reference no. [protected] and advised me to consult hdfc bank creditcard account.but after passing more than one month money not credited to creditcard account.my order no 3048828 cancelled on 20 April2013.I want to know what is the actual problem...

I purchase a 8 inch tablet cover from shop clues on date 31/05/2013 23:00 , my order no was 3947759, but my product not fit according to my requirement, that's way I returned that order through blue dart corrier service on dated 18 june 2013 and that product received by mr. abhijeet on dated june 20,2013.

i ordered a 64gb pen drive(ADATA) from shopclues.com on 16th june for rupees 1143 under order number 4420397 ...i got it on 21st june ... i tried to put data into it n filled upto 58gb as the pendrive was said to b 62gb so 4gb left but then i opened the pendrive folder n checked total properties of everything persent in it n it came to b just 9.90gb... i was shocked .. then again did same like copied 13gb data but after copy the data inside...

Recently I purchased "9 in 1 Keychain with Micro-Pliers & LED Flashlight" (order number 3662197) . I got the product in 3 days (on May 23rd) but the product delivered to me was defective one. I raised a complaint the same day and they asked me to send pictures of product. I sent pictures for reference and they promised that they will send a new replacement product same week. Till now I didn't receive either new product...

They have sent me the shipment after a pain full struggle of 15 days on requesting with numerous ways(FB,EMAIL,TWITTER..) .

Finally i ended up receiving damaged product on 07/06/2013 .I have raised a complaint and holding the damaged product , still the struggle continues i really want this resolved...

shopclues.com delivered a faulty dead iBall i180 Dual Sim Mobile on my order# 3907035. When I requested for refund or replacement, its not refunding me my money as per its return policy.. This is classic case of cheating where they are selling a defect device in garb of new functional one. Please beware for this site as it customer care is least bothered about its reputation and more importantly the customer!!.....

We ordered a T-shirt via order number 3238613. The T-shirt ordered was Large size.
As per the website the large size is 40 inches while the T-shirt with us is just 36 inches. Also there is no mention of size on the T-shirt. And the T-shirt is also torn from the corner. We have tried mailing and calling them so many times but they have refused to change it....

I would like to lodge a complaint against shopclues.com, I had ordered for HCL Tab V1 on 28th May 2013( order number 3864083) . Paid for it through citibank credit card through 6 months emi scheme.
They confirmed my order accepted the payment and it was said that the delivery is done in 5-7 days by the merchant.
