I had ordered one mobile in shopclues on 17th june and order id is 4430979.
But still there is no status for this product. It always shows procurement delay.


You not able to contact any customer care executives or any other persons regarding your purchase.
I have never seen like this shopping website. Not able to cancel that order too.

Dont buy anything in "SHOPCLUES". Very bad experience I had. They are like a cheaters.

LAST SUNDAY I ORDERED TWO PRODUCT USING NET BANKING FROM SHOPCLUES, STILL NOW THEY DONT TELL US ABOUT PRODUCT SHIPMENT DETAILS, WHAT A CHEATING ATTITUDE, MY ORDER IS 1698299,1697951... EBAY AND FLIPKART SO WAS GOOD. PLEASE FRIENDS DONT BELIEVE SHOPCLUES, DONT GET TENSION IF YOU NEVER BUY SHOPCLUES ....

I had ordered hand free for apple 5 in shop clues on 31st Aug. And order id is 19549597.But still there is no status for this product. It always shows Processing - Procurement Delay from Merchant .Reorder this order can wait for 2 days.I can wait for 5 days.Cancellation Request Cancellation why, i need it so i order it if merchant is failed for fulfill my order then it is part of your duty purchase from market and ship to our shipping address as per in your record.

I order whey protein on 29th Sept 2014 and estimated date of delivery was 7th or 8th October with order number 21584519. Its already been more than 8 days since online status shows as processing and procurement delay from merchant. There is no reply from customer care executive even after request. Shopclues is very bad and I dont recommend anyone to buy anything from this website. This was my first and last experience with this website.
Hi Shop Clues is the worst ever Online site which i strongly recommend not to try for...there wont be any reply properly from them...when we try to reach the Customer care we can only hear a song...saying everything on Wholesale price...but the customer satisfaction is most important to any shopping site if they want to proceed further. My order number is 22348693 I ordered a mobile on last Wednesday. But they promised to deliver the product max by 2 to 3 days when i see the mail from them on Friday they say it as "Procurement Delay from Merchant"... I ask them direct why they promise in fake when the merchant does not have the product with them...wont they check the availability of the product before they market..The Customer care is a lot hell it takes nearly 20 mins to reach them if we are lucky to be connected to them and best answer from them is very rudely saying that we would send you a mail in two days that the product might receive within 3 to 5 business days that tooo not confirmly...they say this also just in a flook...So this is my worst experience by any shopping online site. Never ever shop online on SHOP CLUES...

Hi...the worst thing about shop clues is the custCust.care do not respond...there is no no.available.and the email is not enough to get any information.it was way better with flipcart snapdeal and even jaboong was way better.

This is very very waste E-Commerce site among all the waste sites. Even they didn't give any updates.

Please don't go for shopclues.
Shopclues is one of the biggest cheat site in the market. You can see how people are suffering by reading the above posts. I too became a victim. I have ordered a Shoe and its order number is 37523911. It is showing that procurement delay for the past 10 days. There is no help from the customercare side. I don't know what these people really aim for... My strongly suggest you not to buy in shopclues. If you try to buy, you will also be writing a post here.

So many people here writing about slight procurement delay. I think Shopclues have few phony online merchants created by themselves. Those merchants offer deals at unbelievable prices that everybody falls for them. There is a catch though, merchant would not allow cash on delivery. Game starts here. They charge us money upfront, promise 10-15 days for delivery, delay our order with "Slight procurement delay"gimmick, then cancel our order and return our money. They basically use our money for almost a month and they do it with thousands of people everyday who fall for their low price catch. IT IS FRAUD.
I bought an LED Tv 4 days ago which is still being sold by the same merchant. For my delivery I am getting "Slight procurement delay" message. How other people are going to get Tv who bought in last four days after me if they don't have one to supply me. WE NEED THESE ONLINE SITES TO BE ANSWERABLE TO CUSTOMERS AND THERE MUST BE A LAW SUPPORTING ONLINE BUYERS.
I have ordered a reach smartphone vide order No89899925 dated 10.4.16, I have paid the money in advance.But shopclues didn't ship the product. They informed me about there very common procurement delay. But they still displaying the product having same marchant and confirmed booking and receiving advance payments for the same product. Their business motivation is nothing but to cheat innocent people. Shopclues businesses systems are not transparent enough. There must be a regulatory authority like SEBI to protect the innocent customers from the online shopping sites like shopclues.If a customer booked an ordinary small valued product from shopclues.com then they ship the product through a reputed courier company having office at the customers locations and collect the money immediately. But when a customer booked high value product and pay the money in advance then shopclues rarely delivers the product. Shopclues try to cheat the customers if the customers are not so conscious. In case of conscious customers sometimes they delivered the actual product to the customers or refund the money without interest after repeated efforts from the customers. They never reply the email of the customers. They never receive the phone calls of the customers. They only contact the customers if there's any needs for their own benefits. Online shopping sites like shopclues must be banned by the Government. The suffered customers should be contact to the office of the Prime Minister of India for banning such online shopping sites specifically the Shopclues so that necessary action must be taken against them like Sharada and Sahara .

    When contacted the officails they told me that item is delivered. But till date I have not received the item.
    After several mail ShopClues is not providing me the courier details.

    note filed a case at www.core.nic.in site its mange by ministry of consumer affairs team of government of india. so u dont have to pay any charges to file a case. just file the case & see how that company help u.

        From the beginning itself i am facing problems with this product.
        Now its technical problem. Now the phone itself is not working, not switching on..i selected restart button

        in the phone..thats it..its stopped working..I request to arrange a new product or refund

        my money. My friends and others are laughing on me, for facing these kind of situations.

          sir I have already made a complain to you.They contacted me but they are making excuses.They are neither sending there courier man to collect their faulty product nor they are refunding my money.It was their courier man who delivered product there, but now they are not ready to collect it from there.

            complaint details

            1. constraint of placing single order for discounted item, which itself is wrong/unexpected.

            2. I have placed combined order (unknowing of the above issue) and pricing got messed up by shopclues.com. discount of one of the item is distributed across all product. hence this parcular product diplays with higer prices and all others lesser than display price.

            3. filtering of the product. I have ordered wireless mouse as it was coming under my search filter under "wireless" interface category, but in turn i got wired mouse.

            4. selling more than MRP. the wired mount i got shipped for the price of Rs. 319 (shopclues.com system showing Rs. 250 because of discount distribution issue in combo order), whereas the MRP of the product is just Rs. 245/-

            Hence, I request honorable judges here to look into this matter, and take a legal action as appropriate.

              This is with regards to my order number 4237723. The order was delivered to me and when I saw it there was a stain mark on the shirt I reported it to Shopclues.com and the return request was also approved by them with ID number 32885. However post which till date, I have not received any further communications from them about tracking that where is it stuck.

              I am also mailing them continuously and calling them but in vain. I have not received any update still. I am also attaching the stain product for the reference. Please revert me urgently as I have really lost my patience.

                    i ordered a 64gb pen drive(ADATA) from shopclues.com on 16th june for rupees 1143 under order number 4420397 ...i got it on 21st june ... i tried to put data into it n filled upto 58gb as the pendrive was said to b 62gb so 4gb left but then i opened the pendrive folder n checked total properties of everything persent in it n it came to b just 9.90gb... i was shocked .. then again did same like copied 13gb data but after copy the data inside pendrive is 9.90 gb..

                    NOW MAIN THINGS . I CHECKED ON ADATA WEBSITE N THEY HAVENT PRODUCED 64GB PENDRIVE FOR THIS MODEL.

                    when contacted the customer care .. as always like they r god .. they said we r ryt n u r wrong sir so no return....
                    why wud i keep such homemade crap.. i want refund ...

                      I have placed an online order (order no. 4282893) for 30m lan cable to shoplues.com on 12.06.2013 the order was dispatched by dtdc docket no. Z91587433 and on checking the status I came to know that shopclues have dispatched the order to some address of Nagpur but it was expected to dispatch to an address of air force station, halwara (Punjab). I immediately contacted shopclues customer service and i was told to wait. on 21.06.2013 i checked the status of order and came to know that order status is completed on contacting shopclues.com I was told that a complaint is raised to dtdc and soon i will get my product. after two days i got a call from shopclues and asked that weather i have received my order or not. on 27.06.2012 I again contacted shopclues to know the status of redispatch i was told that a complaint has been forwarded and on asking abt time of resolution i was told to wait for another 10 days. kindly intervene and resolve.

                        You are doing only mails.but where is the result?.when will you take back your faulty product and when will i get my refund?I have mailed 100 times that there is no one in my home to do all such thing, so its your duty to arrange courier to take your faulty product and refund my money.Every time i call to your customer care, they respond in a bad manner.do the needful.

                        Yesterday again I got a call from Shopclues from no. [protected] regarding my issues.That Guy listened my issues and told me that he would get back to me, but neither i have got any mail nor any call from them.They are simply harassing me mentally.Thay have already harrassed me for last one month by sending irrelevant mails.They are disgusting.They used to send convention mails.When i have already told them that the pendrive is faulty, its not working, but its not broken even, still they asked me to send the snap of it.I want to know which type of technology they have that can ascertain them that pendrive is not working by seeing its snap.Sir they are simply doing time pass.take a strong action against them.They should be penalised for harassing me mentaly and i have also spent too much money on their payable customer call service.

                        This shopclues called me now, they asked me unnecessary details which are not required required for transfering amount.I gave them my account number, atm card number its validity.But they asked me for my CVV number which is not required in transfering amount.Sir anyone can make transaction through my card if I will tell my CVV number.They told its for confirmation.Sir i want to know that all the information given by me, confirm my status or not?They are making useless issues.They can even confirm my name from my account number itself.I have got a call from number [protected].
                        I had ordered one BSNL Teracom Lofty TZ300 7 Inch 4GB Tablet on 15.05.2013 on shopclues.com, through order no:3507451 & i received the product on 18.05.2013 when i checked the product(tablet)the touchscreen was not working & i placed a request to get the same replaced on 22.05.2013. Since then i have requesting customer care of shopclues.com to get me either replaced product or refund the money but they are asking me to visit the service center.

                        When a new product is received faulty, it is not taken to service center. it is replaced by the seller. In this case seller is shopclues.com & it is their responsibility to get me a new product or get the refund if replacement is not possible.
                        Mr Akshay you have complained in the right place.Same was my situation.This shopclues tried to avoid the matter too much..but with the help of Consumer complaints, I got my money back.So keep tracking this site and post comments regularly.

                              I recently bought sony earphones (Sony MDR-Ex085) from shopclues. However when in received the product what i found was that it was not an original product. It was a fake one, cheap duplicate of sony. It did not have any sony logo on it. And to add, it did not come in sony packaging. This clearly showed they dispatched a fake one.

                              And when i requested a return, they said that it is as mentioned on the website and we would not be able to return it.

                              These people at shopclues are making fun of retail industry. This is the second time they gave a fake product. Earlier it was a pendrive and now an earphone.

                              Please help me resolve this issue.

                                  i have ordered a product set of 12 men handkerchiefs from shopclues.mY ORDER NO IS 3798319. WHICH I ORDER ON[protected] TOTAL COST WAS 82 RUPEES. But when i received the product i have found there are 11 handkerchiefs instead of 12 pcs.I send them a email regarding this matter on that day but they told me that it is out of stock so they cannot replace the product.Then again i have requested them for the money refund there after they have stopped responding to me.Kindly do the needful from your end as shopclues are cheating their customers like this way.I am helpless so i am lodging a complaint here for a judgement.

                                      Recently I purchased "9 in 1 Keychain with Micro-Pliers & LED Flashlight" (order number 3662197) . I got the product in 3 days (on May 23rd) but the product delivered to me was defective one. I raised a complaint the same day and they asked me to send pictures of product. I sent pictures for reference and they promised that they will send a new replacement product same week. Till now I didn't receive either new product or refund of money.
                                      When I call support they always say their manager will call me in 10min after that call. No one has called me till now. I even asked them to inform me about escalation procedures but no response for that too.

                                      It been almost 3 weeks and I didn't get any resolution. I want a resolution quickly. Please help.

                                      What?????...I raised a complaint the same day I recieved the product (23rd May) and I have asked clearly what steps I have to take next for the same. Nobody cared to give a reply and now you say time is up...I have sent the pic also of the product whose plier was not working and now you say there was no defect. This is ridiculous..If none of your execs recorded the complaint, is that my fault? In fact I have got a complaint number also as acknowledgement (271984) .So this is what you do always to get rid of issues?...In that case I will continue with further steps.

                                      This is a case of clear cheating. Not responding to consumer's complaint for 3 weeks and then come up and say we don't have any complaint recorded in our database so you are not eligible for resolution.
                                      I got a mail on 26th June from [protected]@cc​avenue.com which says

                                      I didn't receive the amount till now so still you people plan to cheat? Earlier you said there was no complaints raised and now you say the refund process is initiated but where???
                                      Below is the latest mail I got from support team and they says for credit card payments it takes maximum 15 days to credit the refund amount, but for me its almost 1 month now and nothing is refunded till now...
