Worst online shopping experience.

On 17th dec'12 I purchased signoraware trio lunch bag (with insulated bag) with order no. 2051814. The order specification was same black color bag as displayed in product catalog.

On 21st dec'12 I received this order with payment of 469.00 rs as cash on delivery. On very same day I have to initiate return/Replacement (request ticket number 111361) of this product as color of bag was pink. For proof I have sent pictures of product received.

After multiple follow ups with shopclues support, on 25th dec'12 my request has been approved for replacement and subsequently on 28th dec'12, their courier partner picked-up the product with pickup receipt number: [protected] and for address :

Shopclues is cheater beware of them. They have cheated me also. And they are not replying my emails properly nor returning my money back.

in screen and Oder date is 11 March 2015 and i have received the

say sir wait for 2 & 3 day, i am not getting any proper response so

        I shopped with Online site "Shop clues" my ID is 1919704, the product i buyed from them was Pro-Biker Gloves, but they have send me wrong product which i have ordered.
        and after wait of 20days they saying that we dont have product so we are cancelling your request.

        so sir whats this they must be fined for their such negligence.
        HAS PLACED AN ORDER VIA ORDER NUMBER 24856397 BUT HAS DELIVERED WRONG PRODUCT AND MOREOVER NO ONE IS ATTENDING IS ATTENDING THE CALLK ON THE CALL CENTRE NUMBER[protected].
        i would like to rate shop clues zero rather such an bad service i havetried reaching call centre so long but there is no response im very disoppointed with the services
        i have place a order on shopclues.com through order no 32570323 of nokia bl 4s battery on 05.01.2015, but they delivered a wrong product at my home on 10.01.2015 and after that i send a query to shopclues on 11.01.15 about this and on 12/01/2015, they replied that ""We express our inability to accept your return request as we have sent you the same product ordered by you. Please refer to http://www.shopclues.com/return-policy.html for return policies. We appreciate your understanding in this matter."" there is nothing mentioned in the battery or packing that it is nokia bl 4s battery and battery not is for my nokia 7610s, but while purchasing it is specially mention that it is for nokia 7610s, please replace this product with the correct one or refunded my money

        Please check the photos, the product is not for my phone and nothing mentioned that is nokia bl 4s battery
        Never purchase any prodcut from Shopclues. Prodcuts are fake and defective. and last not the least very poor customer service.
        Fraud comapny...big cheaters...
        Wrong product delivered...
        No refund...
        No return...
        Advise everyone not to go to shop clues...

          Almost one month over but I not received my order no. "1887581", I ordered for a mobile phone .....i sent them my mails and i called them many times but every times they cheaters have same answer "wait for some time" .I lost around 45-50rs. by calling them but They are saying same thing again & again that we will try to get back to you within 48 hours but in reality they are doing nothing...........

            on 16/11/2012 i ordered a product(tablet rs. 3699) on shopclues.com i make a payement from netbanking(bank of maharastra) through ccavenues

            i cancelled my order next day on 17/11/2012 & they said refund process is done from their side and money is refunded in 4 to 5 buisness days (today is 5/12/12) but my money is not refunded
            whenever, i contact to ccavenue & shopclues they said refund is made from their side with refernce no. CCA12KAGA548. they say to contact to bank
            when i contact to bank the bank (bank of maharastra) say they don't get refund.
            please help me.

They assured that I will get the refund in form of clues bucks within 48 hours. But they are not giving my money till now.                 I have Ordered Fabino Water Purifier WP-011 on 13 October 2012 from Shopclue.com, It is get delivered to me after 5-6 days. But I am surprised to see that the product is in defective state & I send all the pictures taken about the condition of product to Shopclue.com on next day with all the details.
                After that I get assurance from shopclue.com that The product will get pick up for Return process in few days & payment get refunded in accounts after they receive the Product.But after that nobody turn up to pick-up the product even after 10 days, So I again mail them regarding the same, Again I receive the same assurance But nothing happened this time also. So I get the thought that they are not really interested in resolving the same so i post regarding the same on there Facebook page, & again I receive same assurance on there facebook reply that I receive from there mail.But as expected this time also I get the same Experience.After that till now I not receive any reply for my mail or Facebook Comment till Now.Once they give the reason foe delay is the location is not covered by Courier Partner Which has no Logic as I given 7 orders after this one in last 45 days & all delivered to my home successfully so If they really want to pickup the Product they can do any time in all this Courier Visits.
                I don't know Why they are Cheating like this & not also replying for what they want to say about this. This is should be eye opener for all those who think that The process will be easier if they get faulty product Or if you want to return the product if you don't like.

                  I have ordered 500 ml water bottle and when I received the courier, bottle can contains only 150 ml water. I have registered my first complain on Nov 12 04:20 pm (IST) and then they told me that their courier guy will come to pick up bottle and then once they receive the bottle, they will evaluate the complain and refund the money. But till date no one turned up to pick up courier. Kindly do the needful.

                    I got to know of one Ambrane A77 tablet at Shopclues.com with nice features.I ordered one and the tablet was shipped to me for Rs 3798.00.(17th Nov,2012)
                    The tablet had a dead battery and it never worked unless you plug in the charging pin.upon contacting shopclues,they commited an exchange at doorsteps which never happened.Upon escalating to one Narender(Supervisor in Shopclues custcare) i was given the dealer details and i got the tablet replaced.(24th Nov,2012).The new tablet had a damn poor touch and a nearly dead battery(drains out in 30 min).WHen i told them that i need to return the product,they arent entertaining and just consumed the 10 day window(of 10 day return policy) while keep communicating me through emails.It was just a waste of money and i am not going to spare these guys.i will drag them to the consumer court.Looking forward to some help from this forum.

                    The material supplied by Shopclues is very low quality. I was duped and received a cheap saree that looks nothing like the stuff they advertised. Beware of these people.

                      Hello,

                      I recently purchased a samsung laptop bag through online shopping from "www.shopclues.com". The quality of the bag is below par and the cushion provided inside is very very thin. The bag cannot protect the laptop since the cushion is almost negligible. Also The shoulder straps doesn't have any sponge or cushionl. Unlike other bags the handle is also simply a peice of cloth and doesn't have sponge inside. Given the bag quality, its price way too high. It doesn't suffice to carry any laptop. Also the space inside is very thin. Only laptop can be kept, don't know how to accomodate other accessories inside. I request to take necessary action so that others may not be cheated further.

                        Hello I am Tarun Gour from Harihar , karnatka.
                        I have ordered a watch on 9th Nov, 2012 from shopclues.com by ne banking payment transfer which has to be delivered within 3-4 business days. I have tried so many times to track my order via blue-dart, but they are saying that it is not a valid tracking ID. since 9 th of nov I have not received my order, also I have tried to contact shopclues.com but they are saying that they are also helpless regarding shipment tracking.
                        They are saying same thing again & again that we will try to get back to you within 48 hours but in reality they are doing nothing, even not a helpful & positive response from their side.
                        They are just simply doing fraud to me. I wanted people to know about this fraud company so that it will not able to do such things to any other customer.

                        I have placed an order for Khaitan air cooler order no 2897450 dated 30 Mar 2013. After chasing them for last 15 days and I have sent almost 10 emails and made 20 calls to your customer care stating that I am unable to track my order with the given tracking no.They never bothered to listen to me. All of sudden they changed the status to delivered and inspite of informing that I have not received my order in my last complaint they have now changed the status to complete. They gave fake tracking no of DTDC. When I called the courier they denied having any such tracking no.This is very ridiculous that they never bothered to check and confirm the delivery with the customer and always given a negative response. I am very irritated that now I will file complaint against them in the consumer court and FIR in police station. They are simply cheaters and looted my money. SHOPCLUES are CHEATERS.

                        Fake Xiaomi 10400mAh Power Bank

                        I shopped for Mi 10400mAh on shopclues.com. Turns out its a fake. It failed the pass through charging test, the cable is fake and the Mi logo on the chassis of the standard USB port on the power bank is not present. So very disappointed.

                          Hello my name is anshuman and i purchased a Nokia Bluetooth headset from shopclues.com with order#1574777 and they delivered the package on time and when i received and used it the volume control was not working and when i contacted the customer service they told me to contact the Nokia service center to claim the product warranty and when i visited the Nokia care they told that the product was not launched in India and how come when the product is not launched in India,how can anyone sell it and later i contacted the customer service and i requested to replace the product instead they told that they would pick up the parcel and refund my amount and after few days i receive a email stating that they will refund me the partial amount and that's not the solution...i sent a email stating to collect the parcel and refund my amount and it was sent 2 times but the people sitting there never bothered to reply the email so please kindly check about these people as they are fooling people by selling the products which are not launched in India and moreover the customer service line gets disconnected every 2 minutes and we need to ring again and again to get connected to a person...hoping for the helpful reply.....thanking you

                            I had ordered Allensolly trouser from ShopClues on 1st Nov 2012. Trouser delivered by shopclues on 5th Nov 2012 is a duplicate product. It is a cotton track suite on which they have put duplicate sticker of AllenSolly. I have raised return request to Shopclues to which their answer is if vendor accepts return then only they will acept return. My transaction was with Shopclues and not with vendor. Shopclues has 30 days return policy. Shopclues is a fraud online purchase site. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM SHOPCLUES.

                              I tried to place an order on Shopclues.com but transaction got failed and amount is deducted from my account. Order details:

                              I log a support ticket from shopclues portal on 29 Oct 2012 also wrote emails to them but to response from their side.

                              I suggest all buyers try to place order through COD mode only. I think it is also Shopclues source of income : not refunding the money.

                              I ordered the above mentioned product during a camera deal on 24th aug 13 for Rs. 29, 819. On 27th aug 13 they told it was shipped through fedex but actually it wasnt even dispatched. They gave only the airway bill no as i confirmed it from fedex. After long conversation for a 3 weeks they told it was a technical problem from their end and they are resolving it. A week ago the status suddenly changed to &quot;RETURN COMPLETE&quot;. I came to know they have techinical mistakes. i got a mail that your refund for this ordered is initiated and we have escalated your case.

                              According to them the refunds must have reflected in my bank in 4-5 days but still not i havnt received. i mailed again &amp; again but no reply and after a long time they mailed the same thing &quot;the refund was initiated..&quot; but still no satisfactory results. It was going to be a month by this 24th sep 13.

                              Really i cant understand their buyers protection policy and they ask to rate their customer support after they make a contact which is so silly.

I sent them mail immediately after receiving phone and they confirmed that merchant will get in touch with me in 3-4 working days.Please see the mails from them. However no one has come back to me for the return or replacement of the same till today.

                                  I had placed the "Skullcandy S2DUDZ-012 In-the-ear Headphone" on 21.10.2012 at shopclues.com but the same is not yet delivered to me even after 14 days. The shopclues executive does not pick the phone not even giving any proper response on email. At the time of booking they are promised to deliver the product in 4-5 days but the reality is totally different. They are not able to deliver the product in Delhi even in 14 days then what they will deliver in other parts of India.

                                  The courier company doesn't inform me once over phone for non delivering of the order, moreover if you check my address then you came to know that so many consignments are delivering on the same address daily then why there is delay from yours side.
                                  Moreover I would also like to inform you the following;
                                  1. There is no escalation matrix on your website.
                                  2. Customer care never picks the phone.
                                  3. Mails are not delivered on time and unnecessarily you are harassing the customers.
                                  4. All the online websites where customers are putting their money on trust and in non delivery of orders if there is no proper communication from the supplier then those websites should be immediately closed by the Indian Government till the escalation matrix or separate customer grievance cell not put on the site.

                                    They have said that it will be delivered within 2-3 business days but still it is not delivered.

                                      Shopclues.com is the worst online shopping website ever. I received a pen drive as per my Order # 1683565 but after late delivery, the pen drive was not working, I sent two emails but I got no reply to emails written to them even after weeks had passed, Calls to their call center disconnect automatically after 2 minutes stating "high amount of calls", I finally managed to call and speak to someone on 23/10/2012 and got a ticket number 65246 for my replacement request. following is the email they sent me:
