Hi

I ordered a pair of Numero UNO white shoe of size 6 from shop clues.
It has been delivered without checking the quality of shoes. A poor quality , very old shoe, with yellow tainted colour appearing allover the shoes.

Based on my discussion with you - here are attached the photos of poor quality shoes .


Yellow marked appearing all over the shoes. I have higlights with red marks to attract your attention.
It seems that you guys are not concern with the quality delivery.


I have been a regular customer of SHOPCLUES from the years. You can check my History of purchase with you.
This is for the second time in the last few months that I complaint to your delivered goods. Ealier a Nippo LED Torch has been delivered with poor quality.

I personally admire Shopclues a lot and at least 60 people of my office are using it post my recommendation.
I am a software professional and I know you should focus on your service to maintain your credibility, otherwise your customer will not be retained with you.

Please do the needful to return this poor quality shoe AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

    I bought mixer grinder (Khaitan Orange Juicer Mixer Grinder (KJMG-703C) from shop clues via order number 2863331 on 24 march.

    when I received the order I found the product damaged as in leakage jar , broken start button and filthy product as if its used.

    then I raised a ticket to return the product via Return Number: 14049.

    they replied me for that raising ticket reference no #196525 to send me the snap of damaged product on 31 march 2013.

    I replied them on 1 April with the snap shot of the product , which I am attaching here as well.

    after that I did not received any communication from the company.

      BEWARE !! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT SENT PRODUCTS !! REAL CHEATING !!

      I ordered a 32 inch TV from Shopclues with a lot of belief and trust . Though i am a bulk order customer to many other E-Commerce stores online like Homeshop 18 and Flipkart , this time i wanted to give a test to Shopclues and try before i give a real bulk order . This transaction particularly turned horrific to me , customer support is quite worse , they never answer me properly , quality of the lines are too bad , and the queue (i don not exactly know the number of people attending calls , but i can approximate it to 2 or 3 at max ) , Shopclues must know one thing that without customers they are a zero. So treat customers properly to get more people buy your products. Do they think people with bad experience like me will ever return to buy their stock ! No way ! . This No response nonsense brought me finally to this , writing an E-Mail neglecting heavy business work and there is more to say and implement if they don't make things right . Every time i call their number , the executive says that it will take 48 hours to resolve it . How many 48 hours do they need ! will it be a 100 ? . I need an immediate response for my order. I want them to do it faster before i ask everybody ( My employees , Friends and other partner companies ) not to use their service and loose all my business.

        I ordered a product on emi which was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 business days. Even after 20 business days, there was no information about the order. When i called the support, that is when i came to know that the product is out of stock. i should say that the customer support really really sucks. according to their cancellation policy, they are to cancel the order when the product is out of stock. But no action was taken from their end. So after repeated followups i cancelled the order and asked for a refund, the amount is refunded but not the emi processing fee. When i again called the customer support, they kept disconnecting my call as soon as i told my name and the order number. I dont understand what the hell this is. I m just venting out my anger and frustration wit this crap website, so that others are aware and end up in shutting this website down.

          i purchase jwellary from shopclues my order no is 2795490. in site they display 3 items in 1 product but when they shipped they shipped only 2 items. and that 2 items quality is not proper as shown picture. so i request you all friend dont buy any product from shopclues.. it's a cheeter(bogus) website.

            I order a product on last friday (22nd march 2013). But it is not shipped today itself. Now i cancel my order on 29th march 2013. They told me it take 5- 7 day for delivery. but it take 7 day and not shipped the product. Now i cancel my product and they give my refund amount in another 2-3 weeks. Its too late for me.               Few days back I ordered Mosquito Killer machine from ShopClues.com. My Order #2761446.
              When I opened I found the product as defective and it has many scratches. I have tried customer care number numerous time but no body picked
              my phone call. There customer care tele service is use less and its just waste of your telephone money.

              Then I logged a complaint on their online portal. My request number is "https://shopcluescom.zendesk.com/requests/184673". Initially they agreed to replace the product but now since 22/3/2013 they haven't responded back.

              I want my refund back now.

                Hello sir/ma'm,

                I am regular buyer from the online shopping sites, and before few days i bought "Puma AQUIL 2 - size 9 Shoes" from shopclues.com. i was gifting it to my brother,

                But my order was not confirmed at first due to some technical problem, then i have called there customer care twice that should i reorder it but they told me that there is no need for the reorder your money is deducted from account then in 48 hrs your order will be confirmed, and i have also chat with there online support, they also told me the same for the issue,

                after 2days i got reply that your payment received by us, and order is confirmed now, status was also showing like "Order Confirmed"

                and and on the next day the status was "Cancelled", i have tried to talk to CC on the same day, they have timing like 9am - 11pm, Mon-Sat
                10am - 6pm, Sunday, it was Tuesday[protected], and i called them about 6PM and after that many times and they didnt answered my calls, the quantity was also there and they still refunded my order, i will not able to gift it on the date when i want it because it is tomorrow.

                  I have placed an order for Khaitan air cooler order no 2897450 dated 30 Mar 2013. After chasing them for last 15 days and I have sent almost 10 emails and made 20 calls to your customer care stating that I am unable to track my order with the given tracking no.They never bothered to listen to me. All of sudden they changed the status to delivered and inspite of informing that I have not received my order in my last complaint they have now changed the status to complete. They gave fake tracking no of DTDC. When I called the courier they denied having any such tracking no.This is very ridiculous that they never bothered to check and confirm the delivery with the customer and always given a negative response. I am very irritated that now I will file complaint against them in the consumer court and FIR in police station. They are simply cheaters and looted my money. SHOPCLUES are CHEATERS.

It is as important as setting up a website and the infrastructure. I believe that you'll resolve my problem and I'll praise the good service of ShopClues.

                  Please read the following very carefully.

                  I purchased Callmate's Canvas HD Flip Case on 10 April 1PM (product code- 346292). I got the shipment on 16 April.

                  The product have the following problems:

                  a> Manufacturing Defect: The case should be compatible with my mobile (Canvas HD), but it doesn't fit.

                  b> Damaged: The case is damaged.

                  c> Quality Issues: The product is of the worst quality and the front is not leather.

                  d> Significantly different from description:

                  As you can see, this item meets almost all terms and condition that needs to be met in order to return an item.

                  Hence, I hereby complain about the poor quality of the item and want to return the shipped product as soon as possible. I want my money to be transferred back to my SBI account.

                  Your customer service replies very late, please fast track my case. I have never seen this slow customer service.

                  ShopClues Support sent me an email on Apr 24 04:28 pm that they have "checked the product and packed the completed product". I don't care what you did. I just know that the product that arrived at my doorstep was fully defective and I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Please do not try to exchange the product, as I am shocked by the low-quality of the product.

                    I purchased SHARP LC-32LE341M LED TV from shopclues on Jan 30th 2013 and received LED TV with fake accessories. And because of this fake accessories I couldn't even install the stand on the TV to put it on a table to watch it. Order number : 2365844

                    I reported this issue with Shopclues, Sharp and Naveen Electrotech PVT.LTD (Was the marchent of this LED TV with TIN: [protected]). Shopclues didn't resolved this issue yet and keep on saying merchant has sent the real accessories to me. Shopclues's customer service is really bad and they never call you back or update about the status of the issue. Whenever I called them, they told they didn't hear back from the merchant yet. They are not even ready to remove the merchant from their website or ready to stop selling fake goods. I paid Rs. 24080.00 for this TV and so far I could never use this TV and it is still sitting in the box.

                      I had ordered a Dell Aero Android Mobile phone from shopclues on 9th Jan,2013 . Order No : 2205864 , (Payment made - Rs.3869 via HDFC debit card ) .The Item reportedly was shipped after a week's time, on 15th Jan( though it was promised to ship with in max 4-5 days) . Anyways , I waited for the same for another week without any avail, though it was promised item will reach by 17th Jan. Later , on enquiring wth the shipping company, it was found out that , the item had incorrect address , as well as incomplete phone number printed on it. So they couldn't contact the recipent and had sent it back. I immediately contacted the service centre and they said that , they were sorry for the inconvience caused, and that they will initiate the refund immediately after receiving the product at their location (reportedly , they received it back on 25th Jan ,2013), which will reflect in my debit card balance at the most within 15 working days , and in my net banking account within a week . After almost a month , today (21/02/2013) , when I contacted them once again, they stated , that I should have again called and confirmed , for them to begin the refund , and then reapeated the same story of waiting another 10-15 days for the amount to credit back .
                      Please see to it and kindly refund the amount ASAP. It has really been a frustrating ordeal trying to shop at shopclues.

                        I was order a product on 2/2/2013 with Rs.48 through online banking, and Rs.48 deducted from my bank on the same time, but after 12 days I haven't received any communication from this company or logistic company, several times I was trying to know the reason for delay through mail or phone no body can bother to reply else formal mail like

We are looking into your problem and we have already escalated your concern to our logistic team for further investigation & necessary action will be taken soon.                         As per telecon my amount should be refund within 48 hours with interest, however it shouldn't. you guys are vogus.

                        this is my last remider, after that you will see what I can do...this is not my thret...my worning...
                        I purchased 5 pieces Sunray Kitchen Tools Set (QTY:1) from shopclues.com on 19-Feb-2013 in 168rs. But till date product is not received, As the web site shows product is shipped on same date. They also showing the blue dart tracking number to track the order([protected]). When i enter the tracking number on bluedart site, they said wrong number.
                        I put complaint many times on shopclues site but never got the response. Either they refund my money or deliver the product.

                        I ordered milton water bottle on[protected] in shopclues (Order ID[protected] & the item was shipped on 11th Apr but i have not received the item till date. I complained with shopclues on 20th Apr, 25th Apr & 27th Apr (Ticket no[protected] but no action has been taken till date.                             i ordered a woolen legging of vivaa brand of free size atwww.shopcules.com order no 2315075. i got delivery on 1/2/13. the product is not as per specification.on site. the size is not fit for 34`` waist. there is no tag of vivaa brand . i sent return request on 1/2 13 and sent 4 snapshots of item. but company violating its band of trust and return policy and refusing to refund. it says what u have got is right size .how one can wear legging of small size .how to ensure brand when tag of vivaa is not on it. i bought this for rs 264.the stuff is worth rs 100. and size is for zero figure girls .plz arrange my refund

                              I purchased a pair of black leggings from shopclues.com on 26 Jan 2013 with the order no 2342069. I received the product in time but the product was looking used, washed and also had bubbles like an old cloth. I emailed shopclues and git a reply, "we have sent u the exact product as shown on the website and cannot return it.". I called their no and told them the exact issue, they asked me to send an email with the pictures of the product. I sent the email immediately. Three days went by and I received no reply from shopclues. So today I called them again and they said that they are escalating the matter to the concerned team and will reply within 24 hours. Now, I dont know how much telephone bill i have to pay as i have called their STD no many times for long durations and also I think I dont want to keep the used merchandise and want shopclues to return it.

                                  This is regarding a earphone I purchased with shopclues and it was broken.The product is broken and still amount is not refunded to me.

                                  I dropped a mail to customer care 15-20 times but nothing happened.It would be great if you can help me on this.

                                  I never expected this from a reputed company like shopclues.

                                  I am writing to you as a last hope.It was my first purchase with shopclues an never expected this.

                                  If you are giving discounted products that does not mean you will cheat people.

                                  I am also a businessmen and I know businesses are run.They are run by building relationships with customers so that they purchase from you in future also.Business do not run by cheating people.

                                  It was my first online purchase and I was not aware that I will be required to send images,so i threw the product.

                                  If I am carrying this experience and my money is not refunded I am not sure whether I will be able to come back and make any further purchase from your website.

                                  I hope you understand.I will not crib for such small amount of Rs170. But its all about principles and building relationship with customer and not breaking their trust.I am businessmen and I always do the same.

In this link they have shown a white case and after i get the delivery i have found that the case is black in color. I have contacted their customer care and didn't get a positive comment from them. But all the other major online shopping sites provide replacement of any wrong deliveries occured. So please help to solve this issue. Below i have added the details

                                    I've bought samsung laptop bag from ShopClues.com by looking to the futures rain cover and original samsung bag (attached screen shot).

                                    But when it got delevered, there was no rain cover in bag and i doubt bag is not original samsung product by looking the quality of the bag.

                                    I've contacted ShopClues.com customer support many timed, but they says "product that is delivered is that same that is mentioned on the website"

                                      I made an order on January 1st and paid using debit on www.shopclues.com with order number 2156604.
                                      I called the ccare and asked them to cancel the order on same day. I was told that they will initiate refund in 24 to 72 hours and once it is processed it will take 7 to 9 working days to get credited on your bank. It's been 2 weeks now and when I call them they say refund is still in queue and is not even initiated. They told me again to wait the whole time frame mentioned above which is ridiculous. I sent about 6 email and got received only one reply asking me to wait another 2 weeks. Worst experience ever

                                        Hi Team, I have placed an order for Karbonn A9+ mobile handset on 29th dec 2012, they promised to ship in 5 days but was always shown as processing until I contacted them. Later they sent it will be shipped and gave a tracking number which was a chennai address. Now the shipment is delivered in chennai and not me as I stay in hyderabad. It cant be a wrong tracking number as I already informed them 2 days before that the tracking number is wrong. They keep on saying wait wait and wait. when asked for a manager they always deny and Priyadarshan responds to my emails without answering the questions I asked but will give some other info. Dont know how he is in customer care dept... I am in contact with shopclues team for the last 7 days and not even once I got correct info. I underwent a lot of mental pressure just because of this. Also I contacted them more than 20 times with NO RESULT. escalations do not work in this stupid company. Hope this will help me filing a case on this website and faltu customer care agents.

                                        I have all the proof of the tracking number and order details and other mail communication from shopclues and bluedart which shows it is wrong.

                                        I have placed an order for Khaitan air cooler order no 2897450 dated 30 Mar 2013. After chasing them for last 15 days and I have sent almost 10 emails and made 20 calls to your customer care stating that I am unable to track my order with the given tracking no.They never bothered to listen to me. All of sudden they changed the status to delivered and inspite of informing that I have not received my order in my last complaint they have now changed the status to complete. They gave fake tracking no of DTDC. When I called the courier they denied having any such tracking no.This is very ridiculous that they never bothered to check and confirm the delivery with the customer and always given a negative response. I am very irritated that now I will file complaint against them in the consumer court and FIR in police station. They are simply cheaters and looted my money. SHOPCLUES are CHEATERS.
                                        NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOPCLUES a big NO.
