A courier[protected] has been sent on 27/06/18 from rajula (365560) to ahmedabad but till now it has not been despatched to destination. When we contact your representative in rajula they failed to give the status. Then we approached to centre and we found that the courier has been returned as per your representative. Then he assured me that it will deliver by next day but till yet it is undelivered. We contact him again to get the status but again he failed. Then he provided various contact numbers for getting the status but all are failed to provide the status.
During this whole process I didn't get a call from your end about delivery status.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve it on most urgent basis. It has been already about 18 days delayed.

Please do some thing i have sent the parcel by sir on 28/06/2018 and the tracking id is[protected] from hyderabad to delhi but it has not been delivered as it should be delivered to him by 29/06/18 please do something it is urgent to get the parcel to them and more over by tracking id it is not showing the update about where the parcel is located now how come is this possible please do and sent my parcel to them as soon as possible

Pod number[protected] dated 22nd may, 2018 location delhi. We have 5 books in this parcels. Because of this delay we are loss our business.

Still this is not deliver or not return please check we want asap resolve this problem. This is very important courier the cost of this package is rs.15000. If this is not found we want refund for the same.

My shipment shows that it's reached the ahmedabad regional office since 8 days, but the shipment is not delivered. Further, there is no ro address been specified on their website or on any search engine. Piling on the agony, and after crossing several hurdles, i was able to find out there telephone number, but no-one picks up the call in their ro office. I have tried to call them almost 100+ times and out of which 1 time the call was answered and at that point a lady told me that my parcel or shipment is lying in there ro as their courier agency (Assigned agency for area of our city) has not come to pick up the load since 7 days.

This company is fraud, pathetic, unprofessional and would like everyone to stay away from them

I am rittik from coimbatore. Once parcel was shipped from jaipur to coimbatore in nandan courier. Tracking id[protected]. It has been two weeks now. Parcel not received yet. When i inquired ahmedabad head office and jaipur office, i got to know that there is a internal dispute between franchise dealer. The person clearly told me that parcels are kept on hold and it will not be released till that dispute is solved. This is very unprofessional. I am planning to file police complain against nandan courier service. Kindly resolve it as early as possible. My contact number is [protected], [protected].

I have placed an order through sree nandan courier service, which promises a delivery within 4 working days. I done the payment and dispatched on 8th march 2018, from ludhiyana to kochi. Its been 8 days today. When i called them they said, they dont know, or any other lame excuses and disconnected the phone. When i called their delhi office, they said its in banglore, when i called in banglore they said its in delhi.. I cant even track in their site, it shows it is in banglore hub since 12th march.

I was couriered a parcel with consignment number[protected] from ludhiana on 8th march n till now the tracking didn't change from delhi r. O 8th march. I called up your ludhiana offc said its in delhi. Delhi offc said chennai. Chennai said its still in delhi. We asked what to do and the representative can't answer it. They hv been saying it will reach the next day everyday.

Worst courier service ever i came across.. My parcel has been tempered and items are missing. I really don't know how can robbers are kept for work. You guys take money and are totally irresponsible to deliver it to consumers. I strongly recommend not to use this courier service at all again in my life.. If you guys really work on customer satisfaction resolve this issue as soon as possible by at least refunding the amount

Worst courier service i ever experience in my life, they are claim that one or two day delivery from gujarat to mumbai..

Everyone want to make money but no one responsible for service. Pathetic.

Parcel arrived to local facility and given number on the tracking is showing invalid.. Not able to reachable..

I called to [protected] they given me number to call [protected] but both are uneducated people blaming one to another saying that this parcel is belong to ambernath... Indeed parcel is for ambernath one person saying that for ambernath contact to 083 another saying that to another...

Moreover website showing number mumbai - ambernath (E) (Ph: [protected]) but this number is not valid... Means for data entry purpose they are using cool..

After one hr i received number of [protected], they said that i am out of office, courier guys not come to office... Let see if possible will deliver today or and i will call back after 15 min... But this guys not revert...

I dont know for making money this guys are using running courier and not sure why nadan courier not teaching them some sophisticated behaviour...

They should also run the program to how to assist customer... Ist it.

So worst courier service i have ever experienced. I have not been received my courier no[protected] which was sent for delivery on[protected]. One and half month passed still i haven't received it.. Moreover i don't receive proper answer from ur employee he doesn't have sense how to talk with customer. Firstly trach ur employee how to talk with customer.

Consignment no[protected] ordered my courier through air from mumbai to bangalore but after 7 days till now they didn't deliver it. Bombay office girl is saying because it's raining to hard in bangalore they unable to deliver and bangalore office guy is saying we go to that area only twice a week (Not mentioned this when i am ordering the courier). Quite frustrated by there unprofessional approach.

As I booked the Nandan Courier service to deliver my courier from kanpur(u.p) to Gujarat (Gandhinagar) on dt.11/4/17 but the were unable to deliver my courier until now and the courier tracking status is not showing anything on its official website and when I call to Nandan Courier at (49/27, Sinha Market, General Ganj, Kanpur)
they say that your courier has been misplaced.

We Ragiv Marketing, Model colony, Shivajinagar, Pune 411016, our consignment was booked on payment of Rs. 550 by cashat your Shivajinagar, branch on 24 March 2017 vide docket number[protected] to be delivered to consignor name altios Technologies, C/o Manoj Jadhav, 404 A Wing, Om Blaram Apartments, Near Bhavika School, Karegaon, Kalwa (W), Mumbai 400605.

The consignment has not been delivered till date.

We have been contineously following up with your Mr. Mahendra ([protected], [protected] ) at Shivajinagar Branch, and Ms. Anuradha ( [protected] ) and Mr. Bhiku Bhai ([protected]), Regional Office, Pune.

we have not received any specific commitment from them till date. we are told the consignment is stuck at some octroi naka. It is of no concern to us. this is no excuse. It is your responsibility, to deliver as committed.

We cannot wait indefinitely, neither our consignor can wait for weeks together for your inefficiency to deliver. Today the consignor has cancelled
the order. Because of you we have suffered a great loss and lost a customer. Now who will bear the losses caused to us.

you are supposed to return us our consignment, latest by tomorrow at our
shivajinagar office. Failing which we will be compelled to take serious action against you.

Vasai location Nandan courier service refuse to deliver the courier, I spoke with them but they ask me to pick up the courier from vasai office.
It is pathetic to see courier service is asking the consignee to pick up the courier rather than deliver it.
If they could not provide the service
( please note that consignee address is within the metropolitan city) to consignee location then why did they pick up the courier.

Kindly look into this matter and solve this ASAP. Otherwise I will take the legal action against Nandan courier service.

My consignment no[protected] no is been booked from Adipur to Noida on 3rd of feb'17 and it has to be delivered in 3 days. As it was my exam documents (fees already paid) which has to be delivered in 5days from fill in form date or it would be canceled and will loose my paid fees. so i choose you as my delivery comp. thinking that you will deliver it as per commitment.

It was in Delhi from 4th to 7th i don't know what were you thinking seeing my courier or confused whether you want or you don't want. i am continuously calling in Delhi R.O and no one is interested in picking up the phone. I know u must be very busy with all your customer. but wait sorry i am also your customer and i don't think so you are busy with me.

Reading your reviews also found many customer are upset and now i found why.
