Hi sir/madam,

I have enrolled in the 3 lakh chit with shriram chits maraimalai nagar branch. Chennai. I enrolled in april month bid. And shriram chits has to pay me 2.5 lakh bid amount. I have deposited all documents with regard to this and till now i did not get the cheque.

My chit no[protected].

After nearly 1 month they are still asking for more documents and till now not processed my cheque.

Have submitted a salary slip of my guarantors which they are working in government organization and they have a different format. And shriram chits is expecting a salary slip like that of a corporate company. Infact they had visited the guarantors house and their working premises and still they are not convinced.

I want to know when will i receive my cheque and i also want the interest amount for these many days they had not given the amount.

Kindly do the needful.

Myself kanimozhi i belong to vellore past 2 years iam paying chit in vellore sriram...
Due to my family problem i skipped and pay the chit so that there way of talking is very disappointed...
They treating customer as a dog... If as a customer o[censored] say any problem they not even bothering...
They not even allowing to see mangers...

My pending chit due is only 7500...
But yesterday they deposited 15500 cheque in account why like this...
I want to make this as a complaint...

I am getting calls from one of your employee and using slang language on us.. We are getting calls from this number and that guy is asking about nirmala rani... We told him thousand times this is not nirmala rani... If not i will go to police station for sure...

I am vijai ganesh. A. The above mentioned details are my fiancee's. We have paid her 2 nd premium amount rs15, 900 /- on 12.02.2019 (Before last date) at karaikal branch to mr. Janarthanan ([protected]). He have a sample receipt only.
But my payments is not yet updated by him to head office. Each and every day we received phone call and sms from hyderabad for pending payment.
Almost 3 months completed. My payment it not reached to head office. For this, many more time we were going to met mr. Janarthanan, he didn't give proper response. Always talk the same thing. He is very irritating to me. And also my premium amount is only rs.15, 188. But he received rs. 159, 00 /- from me.
We have not yet received any receipts form head office.
I request you please take immediate action. I need my payments. If else will meet on consumer court.

Dear sir,

I joined 25 lakh chits at trichy branch (03002 - ticket number 41- trichy 1 - branch code 4130).

Also i received trade loan (10 lakhs) using my property (Land in palani) from scuf.

While taking that 25 lakh chit, i cleared all my dues in trade loan in scuf.

Now cleared all my dues in 25 lakh chit also.
I received property enclosure list only with some papers from shriram chits last month.

But still original sale deed is not received. Shriram chits also mentioned - 'the original property kept in scuf'

When i went to chits, they divert to scuf.
When i went to scuf, they divert to chits.

How can i receive my documents sir?

Last 6 month the process is going on.

Pls take the necessary steps. Im in urgency.

I have been trying to reach vijayawada second branch for two wheeler loan (Emi) which has been cleared on july 2018.

But could receive clearance certificate to validate my cleared due to shri ram chit fund. I have been contacting people and office through every available contact numbers none of them are ready to help me.

Kind request to look into this matter and have my clearance certificate from your as earliest.

We have been following up with the fund dealer for more than 4months and they have still not settled the chit amount. This is really annoying and i am planning to complain to police station and raise a fir on the company.

I have registered a chit with himayatnagar branch, hyderabad.
The company does not initmate through sms or mail about the premium to pay each month.

I could not pay in time as i donno the amount. I started paying in groups of two months/ 3 months, when they initimate after two/three months.

And now the paid amount is not updated in their servers. I sent the screen shots to the branch manager also, whenever i paid.

After all this drama, i get the letters through the post that my chit is terminated and the company owe nothing to me.

I want to sue these people and issue legal notices to that office.
I dont advice ppl to go to such institutes, irregular by their process and goals.
Its a big scam and fraud on the shriram chits part.

Please help me.

I bought a honda dio bike in honda show room under shriram finance.
And i complete my dews without pending.
While paying time i have some issue.
So i am asking your executive. He said "sorry for the inconvenience, can you please contact head office"
In head office one girl is there his name is dhivya. She is very irresponsible. She didn't gave proper response to me and my sister. Finally she said "why you came here, go and ask your representative. Don't ask anything here. We are not responsible for your problem"

And they agree for that and told me that i l get the money in the next month of march dated 16 from their on i am calling to the branch manager he is not not picking my phone and i am calling to dm he is also not picking my phone. I purchased a vehicle swish bsiii with registration date as per my rc : 31/05/2016 under shriram city union fin
I have cleared my all dues in 2018. I requested for my noc multiple times with one if your employee from karimnagar branch mr. Vikram. I spoke to karimnagar branch manager and with his confirmation i have pre closure my loan. However, i have directly reached karimnagar branch for my noc. But the branch staff saying that i am due of 1900/- which i am not at all accepted. The current branch manager is asking me to pay 1000 to clear the dues to provide noc. What is happening with your employees. I have call recordings of karimnagar branch manager and agent mr. Vikram regarding clearing my dues. I do not want to pay any single rupee. I am raising a complaint regarding this issue to be resolved soon. If i do not receive response with in a week. I will go legal with the proofs i have. I sue you guys for demanding more money for my noc.

And same mesage i l pass to chit registar and a copy to media and i take neccessory action.

Every month i do not get intimation of my due to amount to pay for that month neither thru e-mail not sms. I don not know the amount so i donno how much to pay. Once in two months the branch manager calls to inform me the amount. My chit is existing in himayatnagar branch. So i pay two or three instalments through internet banking and send the screenshot to him. I did this for the past 1 year now. Since two months ppl are calling tht i have not paid for 5 months. Looks like the payments are not updated in you systems. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

With respect to above subject i had chit with shriram chit fund i had pickup chit on 5-2-2019 after paying 46 instalments. The manager had promise me that you will receive price money in short time, but today almost 46 days gone the shriram chit-fund company not give me price money cheque nor credit to my account. This is my second complaint few years back they had done like this, but there authorized manager had promise, this will not repeat in future. Please contract me [protected], email. Hi my father has fixed deposit in shriram. Mature in april 2018. Till date amount is not refunded. Wilson garden managers are not ready to talk and help to slove the issue. We have running pillar to post for help. But no one want to understand the pain and mental troucher my family is going through. Plz help me with correct person detail who can help.

Shriram chits is a company of fraudsters. Do not ever believe in them.

An agent (Raghavendra rao) and manager (Murali krishna) of mvp colony branch have given false commitments to my elderly parents and trapped them to pay insurance policy of 25k per months for 40 months. They have stated that they would provide a 10l chit if they pay the insurance policy.

After paying the policy, now they speak as if they don't even know them. And they don't take a complaint against these falsified people.

Moreover, there is no process that handles customer complaints in shriram chits. All you have to contact is only these fraudsters as the manager himself is involved in this.

Plz don't ever believe in these chitfund people and especially shri ram chits

Dear sir/madam,

I am mahesh m c bearing chit ref no : 8008/41/hindupur/br. I am from a bpl family where i cant afford money for insurance. We told agent if required will do an insurance for 20k below. But the agent did an insurance of worth 62000 with out my knowledge and deducted the cash from my bank account through the cheque without my consent. Please address my grieviance by cancelling the insurance and return my money back.

I request agent rangappa to cancel my insurance and return my money back.
