1 i have received a plug - in type of device against order no n2pdmhpddh on 9 june 2018. On initial use, i found that the item emitting strong sound against the claim that it would emit electromagnetic waves and ultrasound noise which humans cannot hear but would affect the pests.
2. I don't know about the pests but i could not tolerate the sound beyond few minutes.
3. I rang up the mob no given on the package, which is only a miss call no. A man then contacted me to say that i should send mail to [protected]@smashingcommerce.com.
4. Also he informed me that there in no return policy for the company.
5. I request the company to take back the item as it doesnot meet advertised parameters.
