The product which they sent is a fake. Noicy. This product is different from pest reject shown in the picture...while ordering...Folks...kindly do not buy, especially by debit or credit card. COD is illegal as per latest Govt.order...More over, no body answeres the call...Yes...Fake company as others exressed.

She just cuts the call and there is no call back anytime.

I have bought a smashing commerce pest control machine.I have been writing so many mails that the device is not working. The Audible sound has also stopped in a weeks time. They keep on sending the same reply that it works and this point is always in their mail " his machine should be plugged in at approximately 30 cm (12 inches) above the floor for best results. However, it works just as well if you plug it higher than that. Plug it into wall vertically or fix the power strip to the wall." I am going on writing that the sound has stopped but still I get a reply that it is working. The no Given is also not working of M/s Ankita +91-[protected].

I called delivery boy to get the details of customer care as there was no details of the website.

I recd order(Order # #31764) on 5th june 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product I recd, was so worst, tried contacting, non of them are responding. A female named Ankitha, msged me saying she is Ankitha KULKARNI with same surname, and told she packed an extra product free of cost as it was cod. Gave her personal number. I recd, there was no product. Trying to reach them. They are not even responding..

Now I realised its fake.. I want to return it.. And they r not in the picture anywhere for us to contact. On the receipt of the product I realised they r completely fake.

I have also ordered this product, but it's a fraud and want to replace this. But given number [protected] did not pickup the call.

I have ordered (Order # 7FHWTDADDD) on 5th june 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i canceled my order in next 10 minutes, but they are not canceling nor picking up the call. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Moreover, the product review was very bad and particularly heard that it is very noisy too.

Have been facing the same issue like everyone else hear of customer care executive not picking up the call. Request you to not deliver the product, as I am no more interested in buying it. just keep on booking their product on CASH ON DELIVERY & do not accept the same when courier boy give you a call for delivery. They can't force to accept delivery. Its our right to cancell delivery of the product as it's rating is low. that way they will loss of courier charges with the courier company. This way we can give them a slap on their face.

These people are fake and making people stupid... They advertise something else and deliver something else... These people think that they are smart enough to fool people... And the product they have sent doesn't worth 10 rupees...

It happens to me also and i am going to proceed legally to shut down this company.

Coz Nobody Hear from Smashing Commerce site.
So the option left for all of you is that you can file FIR of cheating and Forgery in your locations. It will give a big lesson to such cheaters.
We all sit quite, because we hardly matter about our 480 or 500 rupees but this weakness give such people a big dedication to cheat other public at large.
So instead of thinking about your money, we all should consider only to punish them.
They show another product and send different product. This is Cheating in the eyes of law.

1. File online complaint in cyber crime and register FIR for cheating
2. You may approach consumer court and file a case, then company has to pay your money+Advocate fee+ Harassment and direction can be given to the company to stop such fraud in future. But you will get around 50, 000 to 1, 00, 000 as compensation amount from this company.

If you guys want a refund back;
1. Order the product again and get the product from courier boy then do not pay the amount. Then they will automatically process your refund.
2. (or) Do the step 1 and take the courier boy to nearby police station since you have evidence of fake product with unopened package then they will give you the money back.
3. If not do the step 1 continuously till you get the refund.

I have did step 1 and got my refund and one girl who asked me to do this has did step 2 and got her refund back with apology mail from Xpressbees. Since Xpressbees are also involved in this scam getting high commission from the seller. They are the only has a link with smashing commerce with money transaction.

I ordered an ultrasonic pest repellent from this fraud of a company.

A few days ago I received the package and paid Rs 480/- cash on delivery. There was no return address and no bill although the person delivering the package said that everything was inside the packaging. It is a completely useless product and I am very disappointed as I feel cheated.

First of all, it is not what is shown on Facebook or in their web site. It is not soundless to the human ear, in fact it makes a very shrill noise that we can hear, and it is very irritating! It does not make the insects, rodents etc run away, but is making the people in the flat want to run away from the horrible ear piercing noise.It is not ultrasonic as you advertised. Finally, there was no surprise gift which was supposed to be shipped with the product!

I am afraid this company cheated me! I want them to take it back at their cost and give me a full refund. This company is a fraud company.

I feel like taking this up with a Consumer Court.

I would like to know how to contact the store itself and lodge this same complaint.
