I had ordered pest repellent unit on 1st June 2018 and i received the product on 5th June 2018 and after opening the box i found out the product was different from what i had ordered. On the same day of receiving the product i launched an complaint to their customer care and i received a response from them the next day that it is the same product that i had ordered only the visual graphic is different.

The above website advertises an "ultrasonic pest repellent" sold at rs.480.
The product is a fake and has no effect.
The people operating the website ensure that there will be a replacement/refund, but once the money is paid they do not respond.

After ordering, they send a message saying "hi this is ankita... Etcetc"
And the surname of this sender is automatically changed to the surname you entered while...
