[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I received a call saying I won a lucky draw from snapdeal | |||||
Hi, my name is rahul kerketta. Today 1 august around 4:30pm i got call from [protected] saying that they are from snapdeal named her priya sharma. She said i won a lucky draw among 15 customers so i won (Dell lapto, iphone 7 plus, refrigerator, sony led tv etc,). To claimany one of that offer i have to purchase any product of rs. 4000 she said. She said cod will not be available. She asked me to pay through paytm and i will get 10% casback. She said i have to tell what i have purchased instead of doing it on the site. I purchased seagate hard disk of worth rs. 4, 249. She told exact model number of the product. And she then transferred my call to another saying higher executive he named himself vishal kumar. He congrulated me and asked to transfer money to his (Saying snapdeals no.) paytm number [protected] (Paytm wallet id:[protected]) and he asked me to enter promo code sdl10. Please help me. Today I received the call from Mr. Sanjay Sharma contact no. [protected], he was saying that he is from #Snapdeal and you won Mahindra xuv 500 in an lucky draw contest and was asking to send rs. 14000 for the documents. Please suggest something over this.

I even told them to provide me their Aadhar and Pan Card they did so...
What is this happening could you please assist and do the hell provide customers service on your ### HELPLINE.. So that we can confirm anything by talking to them.
Do respect your customers as well.
And just don't give the ### damn reply that you don't promote such calls.
Give solution to this and make sure your official message no. Don't such messages if they are fraud..
Increase your security level .

when i asked for a employee id he even shared me one.
Can the govt take some action against this.
As i can see the above complaints, its been going on for a while. The no. can be traced now, as without aadhar u cant get a sim.
