After that i booked on 23/08/2017 a samsung galaxy j2 (8 gb) and make payment rs 6990 through snap deal paytm number [protected], and get a massage (We have received your order samsung galaxy j2 (8gb) rs. 6990/- order id - #[protected] and yuor gift lg washing machin white colour. Order id - #[protected]. You can expect delivery by sat 27th august. Thank you. Snapdeal.com) order received. Registration no is - [protected].

On 25/08/2017 i get call regarding gst charges on gift item, that time i has cancelled my order, and got massage (Your order for samsung galaxy j2 (8 gb) rs. 6990/- is cancelled. If you have already paid by paytm, refund will be 5 to 7 days initiated shortly. Details: http://snapdeal.com/3uEBqd8.

But till now not gating refund amount rs 6990, and not response contract number [protected].

I request you please give me advice how can refund amount rs 6990, i hope you will be give feedback.
