1st there was a crack in seat that was replaced after 3days. Whole work has to be stopped because of that. Then the replacement seat has almost no water seal level. ### is never clean. Though this high end seat we have purchased as they say this keeps best cleaning. Surveyed who comes is very rude and unprofessional. I know his phone no as well as his name.
