Please solve

I purchased sonalika baghbaan 32 rx tractor from sai sonalika ahmednagar, maharshtra. This tractor has problem with its lower links. Company provided bended lower links which are very unstable even after the adjuster chains got fully tightened. Company identified this problem and started to replace the bended lower links with the straight one. Every time i visited to sai sonalika ahmednagar showroom they gives me diffrent reasons every time from 6 months like mechanics are not available, Parts are not available. The showroom owner refuses to change the faulty parts. From last 6 months my tractor is in standing position because of this. Please company make sure the problems must be solved by dealers in time. Otherwise you are losing the customer faith from you.

I am sorry to u that because my fast choice sonalika company is my wrongly decision now I told u DARRANG district kharupetia diler, two month ago I want sylender pipe amd other parts of Tracktor and advance paid 5000 Rs but to I go the diler than Saddam Hussain and his stuff My force and engry with us plz take necessary actions or I file fair against this diler

Agency provide very bad service of tractor and MRP not mentioned on Engine Oil Backet because of scrach of MRP place and talk rudaly

Sir after my complaint the showroom mechanic can not be repair properly ..
Now the tractor clutch can not be work ... We are very sad from this tractor sir please help us give us proper service please sir give me reply...

सर हमने नारद जी के नाम पर सोनालिका MM18 ट्रैक्टर जो 2 महीने पहले SHIV SHAKTI AUTOMOBILS (Meerut Road, Ghaziabad) से लिए थे, मात्र एक किस्त गई है जो कल (25/08/2021) अचानक engine से खट खट की आवाज़ आने लगी और पूरा tractor गर्म होकर बंद हो गया, सर कल मेरे 4 लड़के पूरे दिन परेशान थे और करीब 1KM धक्का मार कर घर पर खड़ी कर रखा है।
सर एजेंसी वाले कह रहे हैं ट्रैक्टर धक्का मार कर एजेंसी पर लाना पड़ेगा, SHIV SHAKTI AUTOMOBILS एजेन्सी वाले सुनते नहीं है।
कल से पूरा कारोबार ठप पड़ा हुआ है सर काम नहीं चलेगा तो किस्त कैसे भरेंगे.. सर कृपया मेरा ट्रैक्टर जल्द से जल्द सही करवाए

Hey sonalika, i used sonalika tractor since 2013 that's why i purchased Sonalika tiger 55 in last year (2020). In this model i saw many problems regarding electric parts and the main problem is the engine generating high level vibration which broke many things like, indicater, nut bolts etc and provide uncomfortable driving
i phoned in sonalika pariwar many times [protected] on this number but no one like to hear my problems. Please, i request u, i spent 8 lac on this tractor.but tractor can not do work properly and it is very uncomfortable while driving. PLEASE HELP ME.My contact no. is [protected]

Dear Sir,
There is genuine issue regarding the oil of sonalika, the product is good and it has really a great selling potential in the market but the problem starts in the retail market because of the colour of the bucket of oil. there is white colour bucket for showrooms and blue colour bucket in retail shop, so when consumers need the product they find there is no white bucket in market and then they lose trust on the product which really is a big problem and those shops who some how manage to get white bucket out of nowhere are hampering the market.

Please look into matter and due to such a minor colour problem things are really getting effected and I personally suggest to have a same colour of bucket everywhere and have a alternate way for to sort buckets of showroom and retailers so that business get smooth and consumers don't lose faith in the company.

One of the clutch from dual clutching system not working

We raise routine service issue with kisan tractor akola(Sonalika tractor dealers). We didn't get any response from your dealer and company. Currently tractor is in dealer warehouse since last 14 days. They were late by 15 day for regular service.

We already registered an issue with respective company and with dealer too. Not getting any response from their end. Now it's a land cultivation and mansoon time at my place. My all work related to my land is pending.

Hoping a positive response from company.

But, now I wants to purchase a 47rx four wheel tractor . One of your staff Niranjan sethi he is agent of Sonalika company ashok nagar branch Bhuvneshwar ODISHA puri . He using mis language of word me. I request you please solve this problem as soon as possible.

We are facing issue in our tractor and we went to agency their mechanics said its oil pump is not working so we ordered it but now 8-10 days over they are saying yes it is coming today or tomorrow from last 5 days.
I also mailed my problem to the head office but no response in mail also
are they even serious our work is pending from 10 days and nobody is addressing our problem.
after this i will do complain in higher authorities regarding this behavior.
