For your information ( my tracktor is Sonalika sikander 745, 2018 may model.
My complaint is in tracktor pump is not working properly and I will contact Sonalika service center he will says it is out of gurantee .
Before I will purchase tracktor he will says tracktor engine gurantee is provide for five years and pump gurantee is for 1000 hours working.
And my is working 900 hr because I will use in my own work

My Father bhoght a tractor
it's components doesn't work properly and dealer machincs they don't guide us properly.

I am a customer since 2yrs my tractor machinary problems a lot but there is no response by servicing centre Cuttack Sonalika showroom.my tractor is standing since 15days no work because of oil seal of front wheel is damaged when I try to Sonalika servicing centre they say nasty words which shouldn't be listenable .how could I give the bank loan which I get for the tractor loan .sir pls help m..

My tractor is in warranty period and it is facing a major technical issue by one year. After repairing it again and again by sonalika service mechanic, it is still facing the same issue. So I hereby ask you a question that whether there is any option of tractor replacement or engine replacement?

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have purchased two Sonalika DI-35 on August 2019 from Gurudev Tractors, Banda. Furthermore it is to inform you that Battery of One tractor having chassis number BZJSS822198SM is not working properly since last two months. For the same i discussed the matter with your representative on your enquiry number and it is regret to inform you that they said the warranty of the tractor is claimable upto 1000 Hours or 01 Year which is earlier.
Since the battery of the vehicle is not a part that can be damaged in one or one and half years unless there is a manufacturing defects. As my other tractor which was purchased on the same date from the same dealer is working fine.
Being a leading industry of the sector i would like to request you kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

This has reference to above matter, I would like to inform you that your representative has assured me to arrange a call from the service engineer to address the mentioned issues, but this is regret to inform you that no body has contacted to me till now.
Further, i called again to customer care today and they said we can't help you in this matter as you didn't use our services. What rubbish ? On this ground how you can denied to provide the solution. This kind of work tarnishes the image of a prestigious handing like yours.

I once again request you kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I m a farmer with some business for tractor related. I have already three (3) tractor purchase all Sonalika di 745 in 2019 . I have before some years (2007) se Sonalika ka customer hu . Abhi m apna tractor change krna chata hu more time call on Sonalika delar . But no good response. So hmne socha abhi se ye haal h to hm as Sonalika ke sabhi tractor de dege or farmtrac hi dobara lege. 2012 se hmare pas one farmtrac, and one Sonalika rkha h . Lekin abhi Sonalika ka bad feedback se presaan hoker hm apni tractor kki company change kr rhe h .

I am Mani from chinnaslem i have sonalika750RX it have some prblm raditor damage and depth shaft broken
I will go to attur showroom but no response

I purchased sonalika 750 tractor from vishavkarma automobile, pipli in November 2019. After 15 days of purchasing tractor I got problem in my tractor and i complained in agency several times. I had been complaining from last 1 year for atleast 10 times but didn't find any solution to my problem which is very disappointing.And after one year, I have been told by mr. Ramsharan (owner of vishkarma automobiles, pipli) that it is now Out of guarantee.still my tractor stand over there for same issue..

2018 .3rd month I have purchased RX47 model. now 1600hours runned with out any problems.but last 15days my tractor consume 5.5lit fuel/hour this report analysed Sonalika tractor mechanic .they try to reduse fuel consumption last 1weak but no result.
My trac consume feul at normal condition (3.5-3.75lit only/h).but now same load same rpm 13. It's consume more feul. I cannot get any quick action from your side. My all reqular dutys suffer due to your performance.

Sir maine sonalika trector modal 2016 new liya tha, lene ke 1saal baad color me problems aane lai gai, ajency me shikayt kari to aj kal aaj kal karte karte 1saal nikal diya, aur hume ghumrah krte rahe, aur aaj tak is smsya ka koi hal nahi hua h, trector ka color papdi bnkar ukhad raha h, dekhne me trector 20saal purana lgne lga h, kirpya mere is smsya ka hal kre dhanyabad, mobile number [protected]

I want to buy new sonalika di42 rx sikandar but my area showroom behavior is very bad. I fight to them then I want to buy from other show room then allow other to sale me.

From two days 24 Oct tractor fell in field, i called akola maharashtra sonalica service manager swami but he was not received my phone, now season of soyabeen is running it's bad service of sonalica akola we loss this season and daily loss 10000 rs.. He is only best in selling tractor after sold his behavior changed, please take appropriate action on that dealer and solve my problem.
