Hi sir/ madam I have purchased sony 24 inch led in the year 2017 which got repaired in the year 2018 as it purchased using bajaj finserv having one year service for the same I used. But for this also I have spent my amt of 1500 although I informed in sony tv branch but not got any response. Hence I used my expenses for repair for that also I did not got refund for the same as they did not provide any bill to me after got repaired. Now once it got repaired as having display problem. As technicians came and taken the details last month till not got display as I been calling tirupati branch they keep saying courier problem. This is so pathetic as being one of the best electronics since years but the services are wrost. Kindly take the action on the same provide me the solution so that in future this should not repeat.
