My name: Mohan Raj My mail id: [protected]@gmail.com My mobile: [protected] or [protected] I have purchased Sony Xperia E3 on 06.10.2014. The bill details are below: Bill. no: 008851 Seller: POORVIKA MOBILES PVT LTD, R. S. PURAM, COIMBATORE Suddenly the mobile did not get charged without any reasons. It happened on its own. No mishandling was done. When I approached Sony Service Centre, North Coimbatore, Coimbatore dist, Tamilnadu, they wanted me to pay for that. And they are not responding further. I think they are simply trying to replace the battery. But my mobile is under warrenty period. I didnt make any damage for the mobile. Since it happened on its own, it should be covered under warrenty. So, replace my mobile and give me another one or take necessary steps. This is the first time I purchased a sony mobile.
