Service request[protected] assigned to new sai electronics pune. Complain:- at the time of delivering the product (By vijay sales, changan nagar pune) we have asked delivery boy if we can check the product. However he said let sony team will come for the installation and they will check. On the day of installation i found lot of scratches of dvd player and also sub-woofer was defective and did not seemed pack piece. I immediately raised complaint against this issue but still no resolution. Very poor services. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am currently using samsung galaxy core prime(SM-G360H). I have downloaded the app in my phone but whenever I try to play it, it never gets played. Please solve my problem.
