Sony India — Sony LED not working since 17 days

Dear Sir, I have purchased Sony LED KLV24P412B 8180258 from SATHYA agencies P Ltd, Perungudi, Chennai. I have raised complaint with Sony Customer care on 03.04.2015, Complaint no 24785878, engineer visited on 06.04.2015, checked the TV and stating that it requires to change the panel. After that no one visited and repaired my TV till now. After several follow up with customer care, no use and more over customer care executive Mr Trishal having no responsibility on customer requirements. Unnecessarily i am paying monthly rental of Tata sky without using the network services. Since we are facing mental agony with Sony service centres and we are facing huge problem. I hope some one from consumer forum will take action on Sony management. Product is having warranty.
