I have purchased one SONY OLED TV 55A9G on 07/10/2020 from Reliance Retail Limited, Reliance Digital, Silchar. With this purchase there was gift item ( cash memo enclosed for your ready reference ). But I am yet to receive gift item till to date, the gift items are 1. SONY CH700 BU (one) & 2. SONY CH700 BL (one ). Several times the outlet was contacted but they are taking time to deliver . One day I got call from the outlet to receive the gift item and accordingly I went to the outlet, but I was told that the item cannot be delivered because of some internal issue . I am really dissatisfied with the service rendered by this outlet. I never aspect such type of service from such a reputed outlet.
