[Resolved]  Sony Xperia — SONY Xperia ZR not properly tested and enrolled in the Market - Affected a lot because of it need action against the company

Hi, I want to bring it to your notice that Defective Sony Xperia ZR mobiles was rolled out in the market without properly tested in R&D and sent for production. I recently purchased Xperia ZR (Jan 2nd 2014) on 5th Jan onwards I am facing the following issue 1. Unable to hold the phone for more than 5 minutes, it heats and burns my ear. Tested after shutting all applications, Mobile Data, WIFI, Bluetooth still the same 2. Even in low volume all my conversations can be heared outside 3. Camera quality is not good, as 12MP camera its performance should be more but it is like a VGA picture 4. Other party cannot able to hear what I speak 5. Wifi not working properly I have visited service center and got it replaced for 2 times but still issue exists, when ever I surrender ZR for issue I have provided backup mobile which works fine (same sim & memory card used). Had discussion with Area manager service Mr. Vinodh Natesan and he involved Karthik from technical team, Karthik says if you go for a high end feature phone heat will be there and customer has bare that, I asked him what R&D team was doing before it send the product for production he didn't answer anything and dropped the call saying he is outside/travelling. Cost of the mobile is 30000 but after purchasing the mobile I am facing lot of health issues, whenever I use phone for more than 10 minutes there will pain in my head because of the heat. This is a serious issue which need to be consider and need action on this. Need to take action against SONY Mobiles so that other customers will not be affected and saved globally and I would never consider purchasing a SONY product even I will not recommend it to any of my friends are relatives and because clever people will do the same.
