I subscribed sonyliv one month back and they renewed my subscription for next month without my consent even i have unsubscribed as mentioned in their t&c page, but no action. I am really frustrated. I have written many mails to customersupport team to cancel my sonyliv subscription but still every month deductions for premium subscriptions are done from my paytm account every month.

I had subscribed for Sony liv premium membership on 12th October and paid for the same by paytm. Now money has been deducted from my paytm account without my permission for this month also. I want full refund of my money and I also want to permanently unsubscribe for the premium membership immediately!!
