I had booked flight tickets from Delhi to Srinagar for 19 October and return on 26th October. Spicejet is the only airline that is not providing a full refund. ALL OTHER AIRLINES (Jet Airways, Indigo, Air India and GO Air) are providing a full refund of the ticket fares until 31st October. I have called up their customer care many times and even emailed their customer care. The only reply I got was "A fee of 1500 INR per Passenger per one way is deducted towards the cancellation of a booking. I have two kids of around 10 years of age and I think it is not the conducive time to go to shrinagar, regarding the news that are coming that diseases are spread. please... refund us full amount. please call immediatel. shilpa jain. mobile no. FLIGHT NO SG 1073 & SG 1072 TICKETS CANCELLED REQUISITION
Cancellation and then subsequent Confirmation of Flight SG 104 on 14th Feb,2015
Flight Cancelled by Spicejet on 14th Feb, 2015 (sms received on 4th Feb) and again getting a confirmation sms from MakeMyTrip today that Flt SG104 is confirmed. Pl resolve as I have cancelled all my return tickets.12%
