KA-BLRS_[protected] dated[protected]. the phone is defective an its volume keys are non functional. the phone was shown at spice service centre- optimum teleservices A-160 1st floor krishna bhawan new delhi delhi 110092. they deposited the phone with them with service request no. 3010014E70319 dated[protected] asking me to collect the phone on[protected] after repairs. but now i have been told that phone need major repairs and would take at least ten days after repairs. my whole experience of online buying spice brand mobile has gone sour and has been a very disappointing experiencing. in view of above situation it it requested that at least my phone may be replaced with a new one preferably at now lower price (Rs 4300 + 16 Gb SD Card)as on amazon.in. contact no. of service centre 85970613. -amit bhatnagar [protected]
