[Resolved] State Bank of India — Facing Problem to Open Saving Account in SBI Secunderabad, Paradise Branch | |||
Hello Sir with Respect, I am Subrat Kumar Rath, basically i am from ODISHA but i stay in Hyderabad last 3 Years. i am doing job in a private Company. i went to SBI, paradise Branch on 15- june-2014 to Open a Saving Account . i had my Driving licence, voter card, pan card, Current bill( last Month) and my Company I.D but SBI staff told u cant open ur saving account beause u dont have local I.D Proof . i show him my current bill and my Company ID and my DENA BANK pass Book Statement but they told me ---- current bill is not in your name so you cant open . But as per RBI Rule on 10-june-2014 "A bank account can be opened with just one adress proof either permanent or local" i tried to understand them but they were not understanding and finally they told u should go otherwise we call to security guard. i dont understand why it happened... .is anybody help for me or everyone are on same track like stupid corrupt ... I can understand your pain. But threatening to call a security gaurd was a real insult.
I recommend you to fire back using following escalation martix at SBI

I have leveraged the same in the past and this is very effective. A day will come when that idiot employee need to personally seek sorry from you.
