My amount is getting deducted with out my knowledge. Please return back my money and in future i am no more interested in continuing any kind of service with this organisation. I am not aware what is this about and why my amount is getting deducted. I do not want to get any kind of service from this, i guess this is fraud, please ensure i get my deducted money back and in future i do not want to deduct any money for this purpose, if this continues it is required for me to take legall action on this. On 27.9.18 I logon to SBI net banking for payment of BSNL land line bill for Rs.283.00. Although my S.B account No. [protected] with SBI Bikash Bhavan has been debited, the amount has not been paid to BSNL, which states that confirmation from bank is awaited. You are therefore requested to refund the amount to my account at thr earliest.
