Respected sir/madam,
With humble request, myself, arun kumar bhatati, want to say that i have joint account with my wife priyanka kumari having account number [protected] in sbi j. K. P. M campus, branch code 07125. Sir now my wife is pregnant with 9 months pregnancy. My wife is eligible under state govt scheme related to pregnant ladies which i came to know about 2 months ago. To get all the benefits and facilities of the scheme, single saving account is needed in the name of my wife.
As due to health related complications of my wife, i myself went to the branch and contacted the branch manager mr k. C. Baral, and requested him to convert joint account into single saving account and open a new single account in the name of my wife and deposited all the necessary documents required by the branch, but two months have gone my problem and query not solved by branch manager. Instead of helping and guiding me, he is behaving very carelessly and negatively towards me. Due to his negligence my wife is about to lose all the benefits and facilities of govt scheme (Since she is now 9 month pregnant).
Thus i request your good self to be kind enough to look into the matter seriously and interfere in it and solve my problem as soon as possible. Mr k. C. Baral is a very carelessly and negative person, how can he manage with the persons with the problem same as of me. As i have full faith on sbi customer grievance services i am putting my matter and hope for corrective action.
