I have enquired, they told we have took it from ATM mistakenly and then you shared all the bank statement detials to manager and the PO in the branch. I've car loan with sbi and emi is deducting from my citi bank account. For this month (Sep-2018) the emi is not deducted from the citi account. When i contacted with citi, they informed sbi not submitted the ecs clearance. This is very first time happening for 4 years. Could you please resolve the issue?

This is in reference to the outstanding bill for the card ending with 8901. I was jobless so couldn't able make the payment on time.
