Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many a time Rs.295 has been debited from my account saying transfer to investment intermedi and I dont have any clue what kind of company policy. And I never invested any amount in my life on such company. It's very very horrible, it's totally a fraud. We earn money once in a year from a government ( scholarship) and unnecessarily the amount is dibited which we don't know. It's really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line. Debiting such amount we can't effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious reply or feedback.

    Respected Sir,

    I would like to bring into your notice that i, Mr. Shantaram Shardul PPO no.[protected], retired employee of Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited. I came to pension office belapur, navi mumbai to meet with pension officer(mrs.narayankar) on[protected] and she gave me the information about my pension. Actually i wanted to transfer my pension accoumt from BOB to SBI. SBI pension department received my documents on[protected] which was sent through delhi cppc BOB branch. At the time i met with Mrs.Narayankar(SBI pension officer), she said that your documents are not propper as we havent received all the documents so we cannot activate your pension account in SBI bank. Then i called BOB cppc branch and asked them about this but they said that we have sent all the documents. Then i asked her that now what we can do in this situation as we are troubling a lot from last 5 months. Then she suggest that you write a letter regarding return my pension documents again to BOB cppc branch, delhi. And she also told me that your documents will dispatch in 2 working days. So i did the same thing. I wrote one letter to her but now its almost more then a week, i am still waiting for my documents. So kindly request you to please look into the matter on priority basis. And ask sbi branch to send all my documents back to BOB delhi branch.

      I wants your kind attention towards my problem related to non Payment of Pension Arrears .

      I had received my Corrigendum PPO No[protected] dated 15 June 2018, on 1st week of July 2018. I am drawing pension from SBIVikasnagar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand .
      Sir, I kenw very well that if by chance I can't pay my EMI in due date then Bank will charged extra money from me and also declear me as a defaulter .
      Now I want to know from your good office, why didn't your bank credited my amount in my account till date. Is your bank will paid the interest to me for this delay .
      I will wait for your reply with this hope that you will take the necessary action for this.

      Respected Sir,

            My name is Sumitra Gupta.I have a Credit Card of Your bank . Card no. is [protected].
            I want to file a complain with you regarding fraud transaction of Rs 8000/- in my SBI Credit Card on 15.09.2018 .Merchant name is Paytm App Noida. After receiving a call from the merchant 8000 rs has been deducted from my account..
            I had duly filled the transaction dispute form and visited nearest Police Station to lodge an FIR but they have rejected the complaint.

            It's an humble request to you, please look into the matter and return back my 8000 Rs or else please tell me the further process.

            Please do the needful at the earliest.

                Dear sir
                Issuing cheque with incorect names (Not as per the regd name). Many complaints given. No response from nodal officer, gm1 and gm2. Customer/sbi website does not any proper reply.

                4th time mistake continously doing even after giving complaints. After visiting to the bank also, no result is coming.
                This has effected my financial activity and further delaying the process.
                Immediate attention interference from top management of sbi is requested for enquiring such casual approach on issue, even after making a complaint.

                  I called the customer care for some information. So before telling the information they usually verify the customer. So i started the verification process by giving my name (Yash pal singh) my account no. ([protected]) then they asked for the brach verification so i told them my branch (Sbi alpha-1 greater noida) then they told me it is not correct, but this is my branch according to the services i am using they are not updating the information. Where can i get help for this. I had attached one pic.

                      Dear sir

                      A refund of 474 rupees with reference id[protected] was successfully processed on[protected] to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                      Have successfully processed the refund

                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                        Sir! Today 29.09.2018 at 10.30am i received call from cell no.[protected]and asked atm card no., cvv no., aadhar no. Telling that he is manager sbi mumbay. On beliving him, we given the above particulars along with otp rec'd by us. He attempted 13 times to make transactions from a/c. He started from rs.19999, 9999, 5000, 1000, 500, 100. Like this. As i am having only 1100 balace in my a/c, he could succeeded to withdraw rs.1100 only.1. Rs.1000 against txn. No.064808. And 067400for rs.100. The above transactions made to pos abipbl a/c (As i received sms from sbi.) pl. Do the needful and arrange to check such fraud.

                          I recently created a new account in State bank of India, Biswanath Chariali Branch. The main reason behind opening this account is to deposit the money after surrendering my LIC Account.I was in a great need for money for pursuing my masters as I am financially not so sound.But now its been almost three months I am not able to withdraw my money. My family members have accounts in SBI but never faced such problems before. But know I have lost my one educational year of my life due to lack of money.There should be a prior Notice for new SBI accounts if there was going to be a withdrawal problem with the new accounts. Then I would have attached account from any other bank to my LIC surrender Application form.I have visited my branch a number of times and complained about it but they are helpless. One of the office assistant said that my account is not yet verified or something in head office, Guwahati. I don't understand why the are taking this long to verify my account. If my account is not active to withdraw money then how can we deposit money .If I can't withdraw then why I was asked to deposit the first basic amount of 2100.I don't think they are taking this matter very seriously but i am in a urgent need of money. I request the authorized person to act accordingly as fast as possible.

                            Kindly do the needful to reverse rs.5000 & 5000 two time
                            The payment has been made by google pay.

                                Someone gave my number in reference for their credit card and now i am getting calls from your team to contact that person.

                                I don't even know the person (Gonney malhotra), pls let me know why am i being harassed for their due payments?

                                Everyday i get calls from different numbers. I have asked them many times not to call since i dont know who the person is.

                                If someone gave my number, did bank verify it with me? I never signed to be gauranter for this person

                                  This is regarding my home loan from gurugram, udyog vihar sbi branch
                                  They have debited approx. 9k from my account for the name of home insurance premium. I have raise a complain with sbi bank but no fruitful result and reverting by saying this is mandate. They have never tell be about this premium insurance and amount which is going to debited. Even i today do not know what is the benefit of this insurance.
                                  This amount was debited when i have paid all my amount and some extra amount i have debosited in my loan account since this account is max gain account so this have this facility to add additional amount

                                  Need support from your side to get some solution

                                    Myself neha, account holder of sbi branch - dharampur, dehradun (Uttarakhand), my savings bank account num is [protected], on 2nd august 2018 my emi was bounced, there were two mandate failures (Ecs deduction) after that i paid the emi amount manually on 7th august to bajaj finserv office (Loan account num - 545cdd[protected] but the amount of rs 295 deducted three times on the name of mandate failure on 15th n 16th august takes place again... On 15th aug i have made online complaint to bajaj finserv and they replied that they didn't deducted any amount then on 16th, i visited my home branch to resolve this issue, the assistant manager m. S. Bisht adviced me to write an application, he accepted that "amount deducted mistakenly and we will refund your amount to your savings account", then i wrote an application for refund, after 10 days i visited again to know the status of complaint then there was a new assistant manager sat on the bank named r. S. Kutiyal who refused to cooperate and behaved badly, he didn't resolve my problem even he said "your application was meaningless, we can't help u, go to bajaj finserv and ask them for your refund"... After that i asked for refund of rs (295+295+295) to sbi toll-free helpline no [protected] dated 31st august (Ticket no [protected]) i am waiting for their response but my problem is still not resolved and i am feding up of sbi services...

                                      I have ordered the cheque book from sbi sms service. Charges for cheque book is deducted from account but did not received the cheque book on registered address. When i have visit the my home branch they said they can not provide any information regarding status of my cheque book.

                                        I am holding a savings account in your bank for the past eight years. I have to already given complaint many time but not response again i locked to complaint on 22nd sept 2018 regarding deduction amount to customer care.

                                        I saw that in my account, rupees 3245/- total amount was debited in my savings account for eleven (11) time.

                                        (Each deduction amount 295*11=3245) in time for 7th march 2018 to 24th sept 2018.

                                        The transaction came to light accidentally when i took a printout of mini-statement of my account till date.

                                        " i have to continues given call to customer care for complaint. Somebody told your compliant has been done and your payment already refund in your sbi account. Then i have to check my balance i am disappointing and not a any single rupees refund in my account to till date 28th sept and there is no action till date.

                                        So please take action and reverse back the amount to my account.

                                        Today again call to sbi customer care [protected] but no response then she is given me sbi nodel complaint office number[protected] then i have to try many time but number is invalid .

                                        I have to informed u, my refund amount complaint still pending, not resolved my query to till date - 3rd Oct 2018.

                                        state bank of India employees not communicate (no call no msg) against my pending refund amount.

                                        My hardly request pls resolved my complaint on urgent basis.
