This is regarding my home loan from gurugram, udyog vihar sbi branch
They have debited approx. 9k from my account for the name of home insurance premium. I have raise a complain with sbi bank but no fruitful result and reverting by saying this is mandate. They have never tell be about this premium insurance and amount which is going to debited. Even i today do not know what is the benefit of this insurance.
This amount was debited when i have paid all my amount and some extra amount i have debosited in my loan account since this account is max gain account so this have this facility to add additional amount

Need support from your side to get some solution

    Myself neha, account holder of sbi branch - dharampur, dehradun (Uttarakhand), my savings bank account num is [protected], on 2nd august 2018 my emi was bounced, there were two mandate failures (Ecs deduction) after that i paid the emi amount manually on 7th august to bajaj finserv office (Loan account num - 545cdd[protected] but the amount of rs 295 deducted three times on the name of mandate failure on 15th n 16th august takes place again... On 15th aug i have made online complaint to bajaj finserv and they replied that they didn't deducted any amount then on 16th, i visited my home branch to resolve this issue, the assistant manager m. S. Bisht adviced me to write an application, he accepted that "amount deducted mistakenly and we will refund your amount to your savings account", then i wrote an application for refund, after 10 days i visited again to know the status of complaint then there was a new assistant manager sat on the bank named r. S. Kutiyal who refused to cooperate and behaved badly, he didn't resolve my problem even he said "your application was meaningless, we can't help u, go to bajaj finserv and ask them for your refund"... After that i asked for refund of rs (295+295+295) to sbi toll-free helpline no [protected] dated 31st august (Ticket no [protected]) i am waiting for their response but my problem is still not resolved and i am feding up of sbi services...

        I am holding a savings account in your bank for the past eight years. I have to already given complaint many time but not response again i locked to complaint on 22nd sept 2018 regarding deduction amount to customer care.

        I saw that in my account, rupees 3245/- total amount was debited in my savings account for eleven (11) time.

        (Each deduction amount 295*11=3245) in time for 7th march 2018 to 24th sept 2018.

        The transaction came to light accidentally when i took a printout of mini-statement of my account till date.

        " i have to continues given call to customer care for complaint. Somebody told your compliant has been done and your payment already refund in your sbi account. Then i have to check my balance i am disappointing and not a any single rupees refund in my account to till date 28th sept and there is no action till date.

        So please take action and reverse back the amount to my account.

        state bank of India employees not communicate (no call no msg) against my pending refund amount.

        My hardly request pls resolved my complaint on urgent basis.

          Hi today at 10:15 in morning i received 2 messages from bx-atmsbi with each money withdrawal 10, 000 each. I was on my way to office so when i reached office i checked about the same with net banking where 3 transactions was listed and amount was 10, 023.60, 10, 023.60 and 10, 000.00 respectively.
          I also want to know how 60 paisa and 23 rupees can be withdrawal from atm
          I have not done any transaction please help me out regarding this.

              I have an sbi account we have an problem in creating new pin in debit card, the machine shows that the mobile number is not linked.
              But we do online transaction with apps (Paytm, pey phone, g pay) so these apps can show that the mobile number is linked.
              So i recently updated my mobile number
              I request to please correct the of mobile number link.

                I have not received otp in my registered mobile number since the past 4 months which was fine long before. I try to fixed it with netbanking but there's only one option which was to visit the branch physically. The branch is in my native state but im in delhi and i dont have time to visit the branch which is more than 2300kms away.
                Please show me a way to fixed it remotely.

                  I have been received pension on my ppo no 133293/f in my sbold acct no [protected] and new acct no[protected] from july 1985 to till november 2003. After that pension is not credit to my acct although i have raised complain a nos of time at the authority. I had also submitted a written complaint on 13th oct 2016 at the authority on which bank has not informed me nothing. Plz help me to release my pension.

                    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                      I have sent an amount rs 5000 on 20.09.18 6.23 pm from my account no [protected] to another account karnataka bank account no [protected] ifc code karb0000337 the amount has been debited from my account.
                      But the amount not credited to that account..
                      The reason for the karnataka bank & sbi bank mobil no [protected] same please look into the issue at the repond amount my account...

                          I don't know really what is happening with sbi banks they are deducted nearly 4 in a single money amount of 295 rs, they are not at all given any response towards these, if amount is not there if check got bounced also they are charging an check bounced charges agian why they are charging like this and one more question why sbi is only doing like this? Is sbi is not followed by rbi rules and regulations if sbi is correct why other banks are not doing like this? I'm getting totally frustrated confused, with in a month they got deducted amount of 1000 rs, even i saw a lot of complaints below, please please do some need full favour on this sir.

                            Dear sir/mam,

                            I'm udit kumar balmiki using sbi credit card since 2017, due to personal health issues i left my job as a result i am unable to pay the dues on time.
                            On july month i spoke with sbi card executive and shared my financial issues and ask him to provide me the best solution. He told me to pay 7200/- for the month. I made the payment on 23/07/2018, and that agent gave me solution to drop a request to convert outstanding amount to emi asap. I had done so having request no.[protected] and later on sbi card rejected my request.

                            Then again after 2 weeks a lady agent called me regarding payments i told her too about my problem. Her name was kiran. Now, she made me convince to pay 10200/- amt and also promised me that i will not get any call from them for the month and that lady agent also gave her supervisor mr. Surya's no to share the bank ref details and asked me if i have any issues you can contact him (Surya). I was happy and i have managed to made the payment.

                            Then after one week again i got a call asking for payment of 2300 sumthing amt. Immedeately i called on that supervisor mr. Surya's no [protected] to ask him help on this and i got reply from that person its a wrong no. I was surprised that how that lady agent fooled me and made fraud commitment. So, sbi card done a fraudulent trick for payments. I have the call recording of that conversation.

                            Later on i got several calls for the payments they started harassing me now but i refused to make any payment and i asked them to settle my account asap. Again had a conversation with sbi card customer care for settlement request. They gave me req no.[protected] and again sbi card rejected my request. Sbi card putting extra charges on my account. I feel like helpless now.

                            If sbi credit card really wants to help me so i request please arrange settlement process asap as per my previous bill statement dated 25 aug.

                            Request you please help me out to settle my sbi credit card excluding all penalty charges and late fees.

                            Still I 'm getting calls from sbicard collection team. Today one executive from collection team his name was Narender ring me from mentioned no. ([protected]) he talked in very unprofessional manner and forced me to agree on 35000/- approx amount for settling card and then only he will forward to concern authority for settlement letter.

                            Request you please make me clear if my card limit is 40000/- and if I calculate the payments of last two months (july+Aug) I have made i.e, 7200 + 10200 = 17400/- Then how can be my settlement amount be 35000/- as per your executive.

                            Iam really fed up with all this misleading conversation. I would like to request you again please arrange necessary action so that I can settle my account. Otherwise I'm bound to move on for social platform.

                              I kindly inform you that my father got call from fraudy person.
                              Yesterday evening someone did the shopping 2 transaction in paytm and used my father's account associated with sbi saving account.
                              This is the fraudy case. Please help me on this as early as possible.
                              Below is the details of my card and the 2 transaction that made.

                                I have a complaint on money deduction
                                firstly i transfered Rs-500/- from savings through my phonepay app to friend savings account Of Andra bank he also returned the transfered money of Rs-500/- to my savings account of SBI through Mobikwik, The money is deducted from his account but it was not added to my savings account
                                solve this problem soon and help me to get my money back to my savings

                                  I didn't get DU reference number but transaction completed successfully on 7th september, 2018. My account number is [protected]. Paid 400/- towards exam fee for our students to Government organisation. Session expired at the time of generating DU reference number. Hence it is required to submit students applications. And the refund is proceed from amazon to my bank account i called customer care of amazon they said that your refund is send back to your account but i didnot get my refund.I give my account information to you so please check the refund status.
