State Bank Of India [SBI] — Avoiding customers queries cum problems and representatives are always helpless. | |||||
I was in sbi sadar bazaar branch agra on 24/march/2017 to open a saving bank account. I submitted each and every verified and attested documents which are needed to open a saving bank account for example pan card, aadhaar card and address proof to bank's administrative manager. He/she asked me to come again on 27/march/2017 (Monday) as well. So i goes to sbi on monday then they asked me to come next day (Tuesday) again. I gone sbi next day then they provided me a welcome kit.in welcome kit there were a state bank's atm card, atm card's pin, internet banking kit. But i need to mention in my complaint that atm card was scrap with wrong or invalid pin and useless internet banking kit as invalid username and invalid password and i don't get my account's passbook because sbi's representative asking me to collect passbook after 2 weeks as passbooks of sbi got finished in branch. I am continuously walking or going to state bank of india's branch sadar bazar agra but my problem not yet resolved that's why i'm complaining against state bank of india's negligence.
