I ordered Wall stickers worth Rs 644 on 19th May 2021 on Amazon and prepaid it. Later I had cancelled the order on 22nd May.Amazon initiated the refund immediately and the expected date of credit to my account was shown 23rd May. However the refund reference number was provided on 26th may. The amount is not credited till now in my account.

    I ordered the book ₹300 from Amazon on 21 May 2021 at 10:48AM with Order ID[protected] and i have payment but i cancel this order then refund is initiated by amazon with Refund Reference Number 387384 then amount is not credited in my account by bank

      I have ordered the product on 25 February 2021 and the price of the product was 1499 . My order i d is[protected] .The refund was initiated on 26 February but still i have not received my refund. This is the reference number[protected].

          I am using SBI Prime Credit Card, as per the privileges it has given, if I spend 50k in a quarter than I will get Pizza hut voucher, I used to get every quarter but for Feb, Mar and April 2021 I didnt received, I tried to call customer service but IVR is not giving any option to contact customer representative. I emailed to SBI Credit customer service, they sent me an old voucher and washed the hands but not sending me the new voucher. I am frustrated with the customer support given by the SBI Credit Card.

              Sir
              I have ordered a (Beat London by Pepe Jeans Men's Printed Slim fit Casual Shirt) on (10 May 2021.).I have returned my product.
              Amazon initiated the refund on (20 may 2021) and it was expected to come on (25th may 2021).
              Amazon gave me the reference id (Refund Reference # 731897
              ) but the (SBI) bank has still not credited my money.
              I have contacted sbi and amazon but they are not helping me in any regards
              This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                My name is Rajesh Maithil and I had ordered HP 14s fq-1029au laptop of RS.Amount 14, 990 in Amazon on 15th of May 2021 and after that they cancelled my order on 20th of May 2021 from their side and initiated the refund

                      To whomsoever it may concern,
                      My name is Shuaiba Kamil and i recently opened a savings regular account on 6 April 2021, at Manglour Branch situated at address: NH 334 Manglour, Haridwar, 247656, uttarakhand, ifsc code: sbin002418.

                      I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that i am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

                      I have raised multiple online complaints for last 5 days and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager & sent several emails to branch manager & nodal officer but the issue has not been resolved.

                        I had orderd a product from amazon, product value:499, but because of some reason i had return it on 16 of may, and i had told that you will receive refund by 21 may, but still now i didn't get the refund, when i contact amazon they gave this refund reference no.[protected].and they said it is stuck in bank process but bank is not responsing properly, please help me

                          I cancelled a 139 rs product on amazon.in. and they send me refund of 139 rs on 30 April 2021. and still i don't received this money in my bank account and amazon told that they completed this transaction on their side.
                          so they provide me refund reference no- 445677.
                          please look into the matter and do the needful.

                              Sir,

                              I have ordered a POCO M3 mobile on 16 april, 2021 of price RS 10308. But the order was cancelled by the Amazon on same date(16/04/2021).
                              Amazon initiated the refund on 16/04/2021 and it was expected to come on 16/04/2021. But I didn't get my money back.
                              Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the SBI bank has still not credited my money.

                              This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                                  Sub: F.I.R against a Fraudulent person who fraudulently charged me money.

                                  Sir,

                                  Myself, Rajesh kumar of address-, a citizen of your jurisdiction who has Been victimized by one fraudulent person namely Sanjeev Kumar vide mobile number: +91 [protected] and [protected].
                                  Sir on 15/04/2020 I received a call by the above mention person and was acknowledged with a loan approval under the Bajaj Finserv for a total amount of 1, 50, 000/-.
                                  That on the same after inspecting the same about the said loan, I was requested to pay a token money to be in the name of the processing fee of the same for which I paid an amount of Rs. 1, 575/- then and there vide phonepe application.
                                  That later on the next day the said person again started asking for money vide many reasons for clearance, insurance charge of the same in a loop to which I paid in good faith to them vide many transactions but all in vain as I did not receive any money till date from there end.
                                  That on 15/05/2021 I again received a call from there end stating that they are refunding my whole amount on my utter request as I denied to take the loan earlier after paying on several occasion towards them.
                                  That for the same again they started to take money on loop from me for the refund process
                                  That for the same I approached them many times to which he refunded me an amount of Rs. 3, 07, 395/- is still under the said person possession.
                                  That till date I have paid a total amount of Rs. 3, 07, 395/- towards the other end.
                                  That the said payments were made vide online payment mode vide UPI ids :[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] towards there end till date.
                                  That the whole transaction took place under the below mention bank credentials.
                                  1.A/C No. [protected] IFSC code SBIN0000454 had a total amount of transaction for RS. 1, 18, 025/-.
                                  2.A/C No. [protected] IFSC CODE -SBIN0006663 had a total amount of transaction for RS.1, 64, 050/-
                                  3.A/C No. [protected] IFSC CODE -SBIN0030158 had a total amount of transaction for RS. 25320/-
                                  That for the same such payments I was not provided with any documents from the other party till date.

                                  That after approaching the concerned person I was left un-answered from their end.

                                  That till date no response was received from their end when I had tried to contact them via other means they again stopped seeing the messages as well as no response.

                                  I had tried to contact them upon the provided number but there were no response from that side.

                                  For your reference I am attaching the payment details of the amount so as to enable you to fetch the transaction details as well as the phone number to which the said payments were made.

                                  Therefore, I request to you to kindly look in to the matter and help stop this fraudulent person by the provided information so that they can brought to justice and I can get my hard earned money back from them.

                                      NON RECEIPT OF SERVICE PENSION
                                      Sir, I am a defence pensioner . I have received my PPO number as[protected] on Aug 2018. My pension account no [protected] SBI chikhli branch .. But the bank has yet not received their copy and until they dont receive it the further process is not going to take place. When i asked for dealing with the pension cell, she said that the CPPC has not updated or registered my details in their system ..as they might not have received the copy or might have lost...i would request you kindly look into the matter on priority as i m facing many hardships and many things are depending on this pension

                                        My credit card, which I have not even activated has been charged with an amount of rs.589, I have just received a sms for this with the due date in two days, I have not even taken the card out of the mail envelope, then how can I be charged. The banks in my area are only open till 12 PM and being a doctor on COVID duty it is difficult for me to go and wait for my turn for an unnecessary inconvenience.
