NON RECEIPT OF SERVICE PENSION
Sir, I am a defence pensioner . I have received my PPO number as[protected] on Aug 2018. My pension account no [protected] SBI chikhli branch .. But the bank has yet not received their copy and until they dont receive it the further process is not going to take place. When i asked for dealing with the pension cell, she said that the CPPC has not updated or registered my details in their system ..as they might not have received the copy or might have lost...i would request you kindly look into the matter on priority as i m facing many hardships and many things are depending on this pension

    My credit card, which I have not even activated has been charged with an amount of rs.589, I have just received a sms for this with the due date in two days, I have not even taken the card out of the mail envelope, then how can I be charged. The banks in my area are only open till 12 PM and being a doctor on COVID duty it is difficult for me to go and wait for my turn for an unnecessary inconvenience.

      UPI transaction failed in SBI Collect

      I paid my application fee on 21 May 5:38PM of RS 500 from my State bank of India Account to DTE ASSAM SCTE PAT in SBI COLLECT through UPI. Money debited from my bank account but In SBI COLLECT the payment shown is Failure.
      Please resolve the issue and help me to get my Refund.

      I have ordered a santoor classic gentel handwash, 5000ml with natural goodness of sandalwood and tulsi from Amazon.in on 08/05/2021(saturday) but i cancelled it on 10/05/2021(monday). this is the order id[protected]. the cost the product was Rs 630.00. And the date refund initiation was 10/05/2021(monday) and the refund reference number is[protected]. this refund reference number i got on 15/05/2021(saturday). And still the amount is not received on my savings account

        Dear SBI customer, your transaction at POS 99999999 has been declined due to insufficient fund in your account.

        I have been recieving this message for the past 5-6 months. I even blocked my card & I hvn't even started using my new debit card which has come from the bank.

            I have ordered a microphone on Amazon and I am not satisfied with the product then I have to return it and ask for the refund. where as Amazon stated that the amount is been refunded into my account and also they had provided me with the transaction detail. But the amount is not been credited by SBI into my account. I could provide you with all the details please help me get refund in my SBI account thank you.

            What's the use If the issue isn't solved even after posting the complaint here. It's clear that India can never be the country that it aspires to be. I don't think I should continue as an SBI customer anymore.

              I can see that sbi cards has incorrectly charged redemption fee of Rs.99 and gst which is incorrect.These are never chargeable against e vouchers or repayment of bill and what they are doing is simply cheating.There is no physical gift involved and so nothing should be charged.SBI CARDS has started illegal practices nowadays against public policy.
              i had never been charged these on any earlier occasions.As for gifts it is ok since there is a courier charge but for simple entry and e vouchers there is no fee or cost at all then how can redemption fee plus gst be charged?
              SBI CARDS check all earlier redemptions.There was no fee involved at all.
              Kindly get the charges reversed.SBI CARDS is following a wrong policy against public interest.I shall also complain to the RBI

              The nodal officer refused to reverse the charge.I don’t see any service provided by the card department except a book entry then how can they charge redemption fee plus GST?

                  I have ordered two products on 06/05/2021on amazon and the price the products are 559.00 and 220.00 total 779.00 . The order number is #[protected] . I cancelled the order on 07/05/2021 . On 17/05/2021 the amazon confirmed me that the refund for amount 220.00 and 559.00 has been successfully processed on 07/05/2021 and the amount should reflect in my account by 17/05/2021 and the amazon give me the refund reference number #949667. But still the end of the day my refund haven't credit in my bank account.

                                A Cheque No. 014968 with MICR No[protected] for Rs.24975/- was deposited by some one in my account in another branch of SBI. I had requested the SBI by mail dated 08/02/2021, 12/03/2021, and submitted printouts of the same on 30/03/2021 and thereafter reminder on 15/07/2021. The Bank is not responding, only one mail they have to send to their Back office and till today I have not been given. My account no. is [protected] Current Account and SBI Branch is 03117 Versota.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Loans

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam

                                  1. It is informed to you that I had taken a Home loan of Rs 10Lacs for a period of 10 years from then SBOP, Kandrori, ( Now SBI, Kandrori) in May 2011.My Home loan account no is [protected].

                                  2. The SBI Branch has been deducting my EMI through ECS Rs 11000 and 10 Yrs have already completed in May 2021.

                                  3. The ROI Percentage set for Loan was 12.50% fixed for 10 Yrs on 10 Lacs. Amortization schedule was given by Bank for 11000/-.( Please Check system for clarification. ) . Thereafter the floating ROI started applied on loan acct.

                                  4. I have following queries:-

                                  - When the Bank has set my EMI for Rs 11000/-, how come I am responsible for outstanding balance in principal amount now after 10 Yrs which also includes Late / Penalty Charges.

                                  - If I defaulted anywhere why had the Bank not raised any observation. No notice or information ever received from bank as the System and the Bank defaulted not the customer.

                                  - Bank is Showing AGREEMENT paper in which Customer has signed to agree to pay Rs 18000. How Rs 18000 EMI possible at the rate of 12.5 as per agreement. It is only possible if the ROI would be around 17% which has never happened in India since independence. So the agreement was not as per SOP of Banking and customer was fooled by bank if the signature is authenticated.

                                  - Bank has been deducting EMI for Rs 11000 even after informing to them by customer 5 yrs back and more than Rs 20000 is available in the account most of the time. However, Bank is not able to deduct extra amount as the ECS only set for Rs 11000.

                                  - The loan period and EMI through ECS has increased from 120 months to 243 months without informing the customer and without obtaining consent in writing, loan period increased which is illegal
                                  5. If the bank defaulted, why should I be penalized. Why should I pay penalty for the system error.

                                  6. Please clarify my queries failing which I have no option than to go and file legal complaint. Also Expose the Unethical practices in so called Nationalised Bank SBI.

                                      I have ordered two t-shirt on bewkoof.com of each rupees 279 total rupees 538 but due to size issue i returned both of them on 8th april but till now i haven't received any refund amount. I mailed to bewkoof.com and ask them for my refund they told me that your refund already refunded.then i call to sbi customer care but they didn't help me. order details and mail from bewkoof.com both photos attached here. At last i want back my rupees 538 refund.
