This is regarding my sbi credit card ending with 9461
i have recd no of calls from these nos

and some other nos harrasing me and my wife.
We both are senior citizens and have been advised rest
due to our first dose of covid vaccination yesterday.
We both are suffering from co-morbidities.
I understand that i am not able to pay my 8th and 9th instalment my restructured credit card due emi.
This card i am using from past around 20 years and post covid there are financial issues beyond our control.

Please take nesessary steps to save us from their threatning and harassment.

    I have been asking for 8 months to their technical team even written multiple mail to the nodal center but didn't got any reply.
    Also my card is blocked from 8 months and there was no due at that time now they asking to pay 600 rupee even though I haven't used their card and instead wanted to close the credit card.

      Dear Sir,
      This is to inform you that Rs. 21000 have been debited from my SBI account, Kolkata, WB in the span of 12 days in the form of 6 transaction (5000, 4000, 4000, 2000, 4000 & 2000) without my knowledge or OTP. It is showing OTHPG PAYTM for all the transaction. I do not have a paytm account nor did i use my debit card for any online transaction in last 1year. I came to know about these transaction when i went to bank to update my passbook. I have blocked my debit card by calling online center. I did not receive any support from the bank. I am helpless and looking forward for your support.

            Got a call from [protected] which was a anonymous guy who spoke with me in the name of SBI and tried to pull out my credit card details. In between the call, he started using vulgar words and he disconnected the call. I am 100% sure, he is a fake guy who is trying to steal money from public like me in the name any bank name.

            Please take necessary actions on this number and make it confirm that it should not happen next time to anyone.

              Dear sir/madam,
              I ordered a "Leather Retail Woman Brown Color Faux Jacket" amount of 1599/- from Amazon on 27 Nov 2020 Order#[protected]. And same was returned by me. My money was deducted from my SBI bank account through UPI transaction. After returning the product the refund was issued by Amazon on 10 Dec 2020 but same was not processed by bank to my account yet.
              Refund Reference Number[RRN] is also provided by Amazon. RNN is [protected]. I mailed to bank many times about this many times but not got any reply yet.
              My Amazon account is linked with [protected] mobile number.
              My SBI bank account number is [protected] and located in Air Force Station Lohegaon, Pune Branch.
              Please help me.

                Regarding Cif not scrutinized by lcpc

                My name is Sushil Kumar Gaur and i have opened a saving account through Yono on 16th September 2020, Unnao, Uttar Pradesh. ifsc code is. Sbin0000200,

                I have transferred funds that day only to this account. I still unable to do any withdrawal it always displays an error message saying “ cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. It has been over 6 months.

                Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis....

                  I have mailed so many times for update of my KYC documents! SBI is such an inhuman bank, who doesn't help people at all. Here, I have to pay double tolls every day! 7working days have been done, yet, KYC hasn't been updated yet!
                  Please take strict action!

                    I have transferred funds to [protected] account. The problem now is that i am unable to do any online transaction or bank transfer through home branch it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

                    Branch have raised multiple online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager but the issue has not been resolved.

                            In the year 2019, my father (Retired Army) had applied for a Home Loan in SBI Mirchaibari, Katihar main branch(00203). The Home Loan Passer, Rajeev Ranjan told us that a Life Insurance is compulsory for taking a Home Loan, but my parents denied that we already have one Life Insurance and it is not any rule (Rajeev Ranjan is also SBi Life Insurance Agent). But a few days later, he asked us the OTP sent to us on phone and said our Loan was passing so give OTP to him. My father gave him OTP as he was a SBI Employee sitting in Home Loan section. When an amount of around 52.5 thousand rupees was deducted from our account, we came to know that he has opened a Life Insurance. He told us, when we forced him, that the money will be returned after 1 year. So we trusted that corrupted man. After 1 year he got transferred to another city. And the second premium of 51 thousand was again deducted. We were shocked and later came to know RAJEEV RANJAN had also done FAKE SIGNATURE of my Father on the Life Insurance. We went to SBI main branch manager and explained these things but he denied to match the Signature in Bank vs Signature in Insurance. He told us he can't do anything.
                            Now ultimately we have to bear more than 1 lakh rupees loss due to Rajeev Ranjan (Currently works in Bhagalpur SBI).Our home Construction is not even finished yet. The bank manager too did nothing in a case of corruption by an employee. I complained on twitter to SBI yet no action. They all are saving their corrupted and fraud employees.
                            Now I have very strong proofs in which a senior SBI officer is telling us secretly that the Home Loan passer usually do this malpractice with people.
                            This case needs a large attention of media so that these corrupted people face the heat of their wrongdoing.

                            Similar incident with my uncle who is 85 years old was asked for otp and 1, 00, 000 deducted as insurance on his daughter. Without any thought of why a father should take insurance on his daughters life.

                              I have ordered a self design sweater on 25th December 2020. And I got wrong product so I applied for Refund from Amazon.
                              Amazon initiated the refund on Monday 8th March 2021 at 9:03 AM (IST) of RS 371.00

                                I received fastag few years back from state bank of India, and they did not provided any details as to how my fastag will be recharged. now when my fastag has gone blacklisted, no one in the bank( call centre as well as agents) are aware as how to resolve the issue.
                                I am facing double penalty charges because of blacklist.

                                  Had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my sbi credit card (Zero balance) and raised the request for closer of personal loan spread credit, issue for noc and update the cibil report. And they gave me the reference numbers[protected] and[protected]. When i called sbi customer care for issue noc, every time they are saying that, noc will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
                                  As of now i did not receive such letter or communication from their end. It became very difficult thing for me.
                                  When i had paid complete outstanding on that personal loan .. Why they are not able to provide noc to me.
