A suspected fraud transaction of Rs. 62714 is performed from my SBI account (account No: [protected]) on[protected]. I received an sms related to late on[protected]@ 2:26 a.m) on my registered mobile number. Today[protected] I contacted the Bank manager who informed me that the bank is closed for 4 days and he cannot help me until then. He advised me to contact the SBI customer care and block my ATM card etc, which I did just now. The transaction is not performed by me nor I have any information of any such amount to be debited from my account. So I am nearly sure that this is a fraud transaction and request to cancel this transaction and return the amount of Rs. 62714 back to my SBI account. I tried to inform the necessary platform as soon as possible so that this fraud can be dealt on time. Kindly help me in this regard. Because banks are closed so it is getting really difficult for me to resolve this.
