I would want to transfer my money from State Bank of India to indian post payments bank, through paytm. I have accounts in both bank but due to wrong upi id my money is transferred to wrong person of same name as mine in Indian post payments bank account o[censored]nknown person. Even i don't know about that person and i can't reach. I have also approached my home branch but they denied to do something. I have also contacted paytm customer helpline but they said that paytm is only a medium for transaction, so we can't help regarding this. My transaction date is 23-feb-2021.

    Sir,
    I am holding an account in SBI, ananthagiri
    While i was crediting 8000 money to my brother acccount, at that time i lost my internet, that money not credited to my account and not debited to my brothers account and 8000 Rs was deducted from my account and one day later insted of 8000 rs, 8 lacks credited to my account, after 3 days that credited 8 lacks debited from my account and from my account 11000 rs holded, at that time my account is in kodad main branch.
    so i launched a complain against this more than 10 times in SBI brach, SBI head office.
    I also submitted more than 3 applications and I personally met with the Manager and Concerned Transiction Holding team of the HAL branch.But Nothing happend From the date of Incident is between 26.04.2017 to 05.05.2017)
    at that time if i try to call the manager of this branch he says"Forget that money ...we cannot do anything for you"
    So please suggest me what to do???
    If we as a proffesionals working in Big firms of India are Cheated By this Core Indian Bank then how one can think of giving correct ness to normal people.

      I ordered a Cycle on 2nd December from Amazon but not received so I requested for refund on 3rd Jan 2020. Today I got the reference number from Amazon. But still money is not refunded. It's been 3 months now my money is not received. I have attached the order details. Image along with complaint. On Amazon account the account name is Rajeevan Kp.

        I have odered a product from Amazon worth rs 600.But due to some problem I have to return it.I have recieved the product on 9/2/21and return was picked up on 10/2/21.But I haven't received my refund yet.Amazon initiated the refund but it is still not to my bank account.Amazon has given the refund Reference number for the transaction[protected].Please help me .

          I have pay electricuty bill first time it's show transaction failed but when i done 2nd transaction then both transaction have been done dated 24\01\2021 from my account RS 1329.My account number is -[protected]. And registered email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com and UPI/DR reference number is[protected] and 2nd transaction reference number is[protected].
          so please solve my issue and refund my amount into my account .

            I have ordered and returned oshotto mud flap from amazon. But i have not yet got my refund. Amazon has mailed that my refund has been issued, and if any complaints it has mentioned to complaint to SBI (my debit card holding bank)

            The company mentioned that my refund will be processed within 28th of feb.

                  We pay MGVCL Bill amount Rs.2742.37 through SBI net banking on[protected] and seen transaction in Statement.At 8-1-2021 bank Refund to same amount in our a/c.hence our bill not paid at MGVCL .We intimate bank With to give detail for reason of delay and do as per RBI Guideline T+5 days but no reply & closed our complain without proper reason.

                    I have recharged fastag using internet banking and still now the payment status is confirmation awaited i had done the recharge on 27/02/2021 still now there is no improvement, no refund i need a resolution for this.

                        Dear Team SBI,

                        I have booked a railway ticket through an E-ticket on 17 Feb 2021.
                        My account has been debited and got the confirmation from IRCTC.
                        Subsequently, I have canceled the tickets on 17feb 2021 only.

                        After the cancellation of 15days till now my account has not been credited. I did an inquiry about my transaction with IRCTC. They shared me with updated details that they refunded that amount from their side. But in my account still pending.

                        I request you to look into the matter. I am here to attach with all my

                        details in image format.

                        I have canceled my train ticket from CTC to RGDA on 17Feb 2021

                            Hello, I applied for current account for my firm in State Bank of India (BALI branch 031191)
                            on[protected], it's been more than 2 months and still I cannot transfer the fund from account and only showing FAILURE. When I contacted branch they said call SBI corporate Banking customer service then I did they told me it's LCPC error so you contact branch . Then again I contacted branch they told me to again fill the SBI current account opening form again. When my account is already opened why should I apply again? They are not giving any response correctly. Please help me out my amount is being stuck in the account and I need to give salaries.

                              Sir,
                              I have odered an ottoman stool worth rs -699 from Amazon but due to to some problem I have to return it .I recieved the product on 9/2/21 and the return was picked up on 10/2/21 .But I haven't received my refund yet .Amazon initiated the refund on 11/2/21and it was expected to come on 19/2/21.Amazon gave the refference I'd[protected] but my bank (SBI)has still not credited my money.
                              This is urgent, please help me as soon as possible.

                                      I have a pending refund yet to be credited on my sbi account. Amazon processed my refund with reference number. But sbi is at fault that they failed to credit amount in my account, 11 days over, yet there is no news of refund.. Its a pity that the customer care is unable to help me, i called the tollfree number and asked them, they are asking me to visit the branch, why should i waste all my time and money to visit the branch if its easily solvable through online or via phone. I paid the amount to AMAZON through debit card.
                                      Due to some problem, I requested AMAZON for a refund and they issued the refund on 17 feb, 2021. They have also provided me with the RRN.
                                      Normally it takes only 3-5 days for the refunded amount to be reflected my account but today is 11th day. Still, I've not received the refunded amount yet.
                                      I contacted the SBI Customer Service via the toll-free number, provided them the refund reference number and requested them to file a DISPUTE as REFUND NOT PROCESSED but they told me to visit my home branch and told me they cannot resolve my issue. They told me there is no provision for checking the refund status. Which is very frustrating.How can be the employees could be such unprofessional.

                                      Deeply regret choosing sbi.

                                        My name is Supriya Bhattacharjee and I had ordered Mi Smart Band 3i of RS.999(Mi Smart Band 3i ) in Amazon on (17 February 2021) and after (19 February 2021) I returned this order due to personal reason.
