I have account in SBI and from last 10 days there has been deduction of Rs.295 in favour of transfer intermedi for 34 times transactions of Rs.295. Total amount deducted is RS.10030. It's a huge amount to be deducted without my any prior permission. Please refund back my money or I have to raise complaint towards respective bank as this money is very important for I'm not able to afford such amount. Please help me and refund my money ASAP.

    I Sunil Chilkuri had been issued a credit card from SBI credit card wide no: [protected] with a credit limit of 40, 000/- Apart from SBI I had 3 more credit cards i.e. ICICI, HDFC, STANDARD CHARTERED Banks Credit cards.as i met with an accident and had a 3 disc prolapse in my spinal cord. when i was working. I lost my job, and opted for a settlement from all the 4 credit card banks. and all my settled dues with all my banks including SBI. My credit card from SBI was settled on 15/10/2005 for 25, 500/- proof of the settlement letter and the receipt from the bank are there with me now. after 14 long years they claim that I did not clear their dues. Proof of the settlement letter and the receipt and the bank statement which is reflecting the same are in originals and attached to the mail.Please do the needful and get me out of this trauma as I am worried and feared due to the bank harassment.

      Hello, sir.

      I have taken an education loan. The instalments use to get deducted on 14th of may, the agreed amount is 5900inr, last month they put my account on hold and then deducted 4600 inr in next month on the date of 6th may, i don't know why but later on suddenly 500 inr also got deducted from my account. Now in this month, i transferred 6000 inr from which the instalment use to get deducted and came to know that they put 5000 rs on hold again. I am very frustrated since this issue has been going on for a long time.

      Its really I am worried & Confused why Rs 295 transfer to investment intermediate on 10/06/2019 without any reason.pls help me out.

      I notice when my atm to ministate then I found some one will take my money before month( 28/may/2019 ) Rs.360 and this month(06/jun/2019) Rs.210 by address of bill junction Mumbai . I nevergo to Mumbai use my card.i request to you that I want my oney back.

      The process for opening an account is pathetic...I have perfect details of proof inspite of which there is lot of delay for opening. Very unsatisfactory. Which in turn affects delay in my salary also . Careless staff n slow working in carvery bhavan branch bengaluru .

        Hi all,

        I am hari from hyderabad, i am having account with sbi bank with the account number [protected] with ifsc 0014447 srinagar colony hyderabad branch, i am also same like you in my account 12 times 295rs has been debited, which is all together 3500 rs, i have escalated to the sbi bank manager advised me to close the account, but not provided information why the amount was debited and to whom it was credited, he don't have a answer how to stop this debit, i had consumer loan with capital first which was closed in january 2018, sbi people has asked me to check with capital first then they confirmed it was debiting by capital first, but when i visited to capital first they said it was a illegal debit from the sbi there are not responsible for it. If anyone stood behind me, i will file a case against both the parties i need all your support if anyone interested please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com.

        Again today morning debit, if there employees eating food will address this issue properly

          It is not understanding that even after permanently blocking of my atm debit card of sbi sb account no, [protected] of sbi branch kurmanchal nagar bareilly on dt[protected] at 1.22 pm by ph calling to sbi customer care service, then how the fraudently withdrawal of ₹999/- & ₹33/- were executed by cyber frauders at 1.45 pm & 2.55 pm respectively from my above said sb account no, please intimate & arrange to refund my above money in my above said account as 10 days have been passed, no refund is done as yet by sbi, while i have already submitted my complain to customer care service of sbi on dt[protected] & had submitted my complain to sbi branch manager, kurmanchal nagar bareilly & thana izatnagar bareilly on dt[protected].             On 31\05\19 at 20:15 my atm not functioned in sangeeta mobile shop, then i went to ktkbank atm, at 20:39:07 got sorry for inconvenience, i got the sms of debit rs 4000, txn[protected], i called [protected] no response, at 21:20: 53 checked my balance, it was correct, i withdrawn rs4000/- balance was correct
            Today i"m getting 0 balance. My recharges are failed i got -4541.23 balance. Who is responsible for my inconvenience? I got rude answer from haveri branch 40127 harsh treatment. It was my suffering. I"m planned to complain to honorable pm. Thank you.

                I am having a ssya(sukanya samruddi yojana account ) in giddalur branch openened in 2018 year for my daughter kartyayani gandu as a father i am depositing money every month in it.

                Complaint is that I have not requested for any signature change on ssy account of my daughter. Please check that if any one has requested for it without proper authorisation how bank can change signature of an account. Please let me know if any details are required.
                Same complaint has been raised in sbi portal also...

                  Sir, I Jyoti W/o Manoj Kumar Account No. [protected] in SBI Bank (Sampla branch) District Rohtak, Haryana.
                  Sir, Bank has issued ATM Card to me free of cost and sent to Post office for delivery. But post office employees not delivered to me at my address and returned to bank with reason of incomplete address. Otherwise address is clear and complete. In this reason Bank has deducted ₹118 from my account on 17/05/2019.
                  Sir, this is wrong decision. Please refund me my money ₹118 and action taken to related post office employee. Documents attached with this.

                            withdraw time is 09/05/2019 form union bank atm and sbi atm from bombay at ambadger nager manager say . its my salary and iam nerver do this tranjuction its do by another, its fraud of two tranjustion of rs6500 sbi atm and rs 400 src atm

                              Sir,
                              As these scheme are not providing any bonds and and also it is deducting from other bank also. Hence, i gave an application to close these schemes to sbi bank manager (Vtu branch, belagavi) on[protected]. The manager tried to close it, but is showing no records found (How to believe these schemes). But amount is deducted on[protected] and[protected]. What kind of scheme are this. Again on[protected] i have given fresh application to stop it. Who will give the deducted money and when you are going to stop these schemes.

                                After installing passbook printing machines, passbook printing has become a problem due to heavy rush. Bank staff do not co operate at all. Inspite of staff posted for printing, he remain sitting idle. If requested to print a pass book, he flately refuses saying that his duty is only to prepare new pass books. Senior citizens are especially harassed. Please solve this problem. I have narrated my experience at model town branch at karnal branch code 1761.

                                  on 23.05.2019 i made transaction of rs. 1017.70 through net banking to pay rs. 1000 through sbi gateway to delhi technical uniuversity.. The amount was debited instantly but amount did not go to delhi technical uniuversity. For completing. Payment. Then payment was made by other means. So this amount should be refunded back to my account. Hence it is requested to refund my 1017.70 immediately. The payment debited in my account vide ref no inb/[protected]/state bank collect payments/billdes on 23.05.2018

                                    This interaction is pending since more than 5 months now and not yet resolved. When I asked to call me for discussion, customer care never reached to me on my phone.

                                    Issue here is I purchased Galaxy J6 mobile and MI band worth rs 18k rs in October-2018 month during Amazon Great India offer. It was a instant discount offer for other products
                                    but in my case it was a cashback offer for my J6 phone as described in below URL(Check 2nd tab after opening URL). You can check terms and conditions at this link:

                                    You can see for J6 mobile, it will be cashback and no instant discount. Please check T&C's below the table on this link in 2nd tab.

                                    I have not received instant discount instead I should have been received cashback in January 2019. Please resolve this asap.

                                    Customer care is not helping me properly. They are just faking anything. It's a matter of 1800 rs which is not a small amount for me. Please help.

                                      1- on dt[protected] fraudently withdrawal of ₹999/- & ₹33/- were done from my sb account no [protected] of sbi branch kurmanchal nagar bareilly even after permanently blocking of my atm debit card. The information of my consumer complaints id no 2341835 dt[protected] is leaked by some employee of your office, because the cybre frauder had intimated me on dt[protected] at 11.45 am, the reference of my above said complain, which was submitted to you by me on dt[protected]. The cybre frauder had contacted me on his ph no [protected] & asked to send sms on ph no [protected] on dt[protected] after 11.45 am. Hence it is clear that some one employee of your office is a member of the gang of above said cybre frauders, who gave my secret information & e mail address to them. Kindly investigate the matter & arrange to refund my fraudently withdrawaled above said money from him by taking police action against defaulters.
                                      2- kindly also intimate the progress of my status of my complain id no 2341835 dt[protected]. Thanks.

                                      Hi sir am visiting this branch since 4 weeks and still they are not issuing the new account they are not responding anything and they are telling to visit tomorrow and day after tomorrow. If i visit again tomorrow they will say come again tomorrow or Monday. Like this they are responding every day. Can't they give one account for one customer?

                                        I have not applied nor used sbi credit card. However, an amount of rs. 3, 000/- is shown as outstanding since 2016 in my cibil report. Due to this wrong reporting my credit score is lower and i have to pay higher interest on my borrowings when i am regular in all repayment of loans availed by me. Pl take immediate action and delete the outstanding immediately.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am closing my account.but bank are not give me a cash withdraw .they are paying me by DD.why not branch give me a cash.ialready gone 4 times in bank.bank manager not giving us a proper answer.in this branch every people complain about staff.they are not doing his work properly.people are standing in bank 3 hours for withdraws
                                        I visited the SBI branch located in bharti Vidyapeeth. They Denied me from opening new account without any reason. I asked them when should I come again ? He said "I Don't Know"
                                        One employee said come again after 15 days
                                        They haven't mentioned what problem they has not even one reason !
