A refund of 1299 rupees was successfully processed on 11 may 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund look after the payments of the amazon

    Dear sir

    A refund of 7738.20 rupees was successfully processed on 20 may 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service many times but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      I ordered a product and i returned it but i not get my refund when i told it to the company they said they initiated my refund. Refund is stopped by the bank and when i complain to the bank they said "we are not help sir" so please initiate my refund.
      I book my order on 4 may 2019 and refund initiated by the amazon on 15 may 2019 and i recieved an email in which it show the money reflects in my accopunt on 21 may 2019 but i not got m, y money i book the order of 5999 in which i get 500 cashback in my amazon pay account so please send me the 5499inr..

          I have received nos of msg in my registered mobile no for using my debit card last 4 digit is xxxx6430 for rs. 69.01- txn#659763, rs. 69.71-txn#433269, rs. 1- txn#663618 rs. 1- txn# 757761, rs. 7900.00 txn#410386, rs.76 txn#622403, rs. 7900 txn#488948, rs. 7900.00 txn#473963, rs. 7900 txn#773337, rs.76 txn621413, rs. 1.00 txn#485455. These all transactions happened on 23 may 2019 and have not carried these transactions by me and not reflected in my subscription purchase history also i have not received otp. On checking net banking it is found that the transactions carried against "by debit card othpg 621413 itunes.com/bill itunes.com" and mentioned against the minimum amounts i. E rs. 76 or rs.1 as mentioned "by debit card othpg 757761 google *service. G.co/helpp". Kindly check and refund my money as soon as quickly. My name is samrat sharma.             I have spent lots of time looking for information about state bank of mysore online, only to find that it no longer exist and merged with state bank of india. Neither sbm nor sbi notified me or updated this change. As a sbm customer, it is amazing to notice how they go by doing major changes without the slightest effort to inform and educate their customers about this type of change.

            Besides, there is no proper contact information such as email or phone, only third party websites provide information like that and often times are erroneous and incorrect information!!.

            Is there anyone out there who knows the correct contact email, phone, fax and address of sbm aka sbi, post merger contacts??. Whom and where the former sbm account holders can go to figure out what happened to their accounts?..

              Dear team,

              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                  On[protected] from 01:48P.M. to 02:03P.M. 5continuous fraud transactions(Rs.1, Rs.779, Rs.799, Rs.799, Rs.799) which are not done by me whose transaction no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]respectively.No OTP or any bank related call came on my contact no. associated with the bank account.
                  the trasactions were made to OTHPG91 GOOGLE*PROXIMA BETA g.co/helpp .
                  Showing awareness to this i actively filed FIR and apprised to bank branch manager.when i asked bakn manager without any OTP on the registered mobile no. how transactions were made, then bank manager said he cannot do anything in this.After that a FIR in the nearest Police station has been filed.
                  if no response is shown by the Bank then i will spurn all the services of the bank and will file the case under court.

                  kindly pay attention to this and made my money back to me as soon as possible.

                    I just received a call from[protected] and the person on the other end identified himself as the manager in SBI and asked to talk to a family member who had defaulted on their cc. I said u have called a wrong number he identified my name and said you know that person let me talk to him. When I refused he threatened me saying a warrant has been issued and the police will come to my home and arrest us. Which is alarming. This has really rattled. They keep calling from different numbers and cause mental torture to me and my family members. Please help. My mom is already a mental patient going through treatment in Noida. This is effecting her progress and she is relapsing from her mental well being. I need this to stop.

                        Hi,

                        I have an sbi credit card which i was using since 3 years.

                        I lost it one day and block it through online banking and requested not to send a new card. I thought my card will be deactivated.

                        But after a month i received a call from sbi customer care that my card is only blocked and not deactivated. So i asked them to deactivate my card as soon as possible. But the person denied and told that he cant do it and i have to call customer care.

                        But i was not able to contact their customer care since i didn't have my credit card number for verification (As i have lost it).

                        Since then i have sent them multiple emails to close my card but their hasn't been any response. Sbi has levied an annual charge due to non usage and since then is applying non payment charges.

                        And the card is still not closed. Three days back i received a call from sbi customer care again when i asked them to close the card again. They said they will close the same.

                        But the card is still not closed. And again, sbi doesn't reply on my emails.

                        My card has not been closed even after a telephonic confirmation. Kindly note that if you don't close it asap, i will have to raise a complaint in consumer court. I have been requesting to close my card since month of april.

                          A total of rs 26.97 is deducted as [protected]int surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account. What is the plus point of going cashless when bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done? Nowhere it is mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using the card so that consumer can prevent from doing so. It's like cheating consumer to pay for using the card and then, later on, deduct some amount from there account without giving any notice or proper information why a certain amount is deducted.

                              My name is ramdayal verma and i had ordered davidoff coffee, rich aroma 100 gm of rs. Amount390 in amazon on 21-april-2019 and product was damaged and i complaint about it. And on 27-april-2019 refund was processed.
                              Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                              755702 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So

                                In 17may 19 i have sent 600rupees to my son (Sbi to sbi) due to lack of server it become failed payment through google pay according to google pay in third working day they have refund the amount still it's fourth working day i didn't received my failed payment rupees. So please help me out sir. Sir when i went to google pay help option they promised me to help the issue but i didn't get proper response from them. At last they tell me to upload the bank account statement from 17may to till date but sir in the digital transaction why such things are needed if i go and print the statement of my account why such app is needed. They all know whether my is refund or not so please resolve my issues i have given my failed payment screen shot.

                                  My sbi card was stolen in 2017 June. I called customer care and asked to block the card permanently. They blocked the card after final payment. I have receipt of that ammoount. But when I called it again they are saying that you have to pay 5k as you did not pay it's annual fees. When card was blocked and close then why should i pay the amount. It has also affected on my CIBIL score. Now they are saying that you have to pay that ammoount. Pls help me out this
