Amount debited from my account and transaction got failed on phone pe but it has been 20 days my amount not refunded to my account. I have contacted to phone pe and sbi customer support no one is giving reply where is my amount they give blame to other

    I have recharged my bsnl mobile via amazon on 16-5-19 and the amount was deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed. They (Amazon) have processed my refund and issued me a refund reference no. 968656 on 17-5-19 and asked me to contact the customer care of my bank ie state bank of india. I made several calls and all the customer executives said that they are unable to help me and no dispute charge option is available to them, then i talked to amazon again and they said that they have already processed the refund from their side. Now whatever is to be done is by the bank. Nothing has been done by the bank till date.

      Got a call asking for bank details and atm. He said he is from sbi, atm got blocked. I said don't have account in sbi, he asked in which bank you have account.
      Received a call from [protected]. Then he started abusing and disconnect the call.
      I visited police choki, they said don't share any details with them. They are using fake sim card so would not be able to take any action against them. Dont entertain such calls

        Hi,

        I tried to book ticket on irctc app on 17th april but the booking failed and money got deducted from my bank account, when i called bank they asked me to check with irctc and now irctc has already started refund. The transaction id and refund id is same [protected]. When i call sbi, they ask me again to contact irctc and irctc says and even they mailed me that they are refundung my money but not received in my account, simply the bank has not deposited it to my account.
        Please refund my money. For more i am attaching screen shot of failed booking.

            Hi sir,

            I have observed fraud transactions in my sbi account on the date of 23rd may 2019. I have seen 11 unauthorized transactions without my knowledge and all the transactions happened between 8:43 pm to 8:45 pm. Below shows the transaction number, amount and my complaint number with sbi. I couldn't raise complaint for four transactions since sbi server was down and they asked me to contact later. Please do the needful and help me in getting the amount back

P bilaspur distt rampur police enquiry done on dt[protected] in which transaction of money was done many times during it's running period.
                      A term deposit account no [protected] was also opened in the name of above said fictitious women anuradha joshi in the above said bank, which was closed on dt[protected] he had also opened a term deposit account no [protected] which was also closed on dt[protected] or he is cheating my real sister munni devi joshi, who is my real sister & living at village pipalia nao tehsil bilaspur distt rampur u. P. At present by depositing his money in the name of above said anuradha joshi.
                      Hence it is necessary to search from record of pension documents that wheather said anuradha joshi & his actual wife munni devi joshi are one single lady or both weman are two different ladies. The aadhar card no of his actual wife munni devi joshi & voter id are[protected] & up/8/038/0021400 respectively. Kindly send the details of his family pension profile in which his family members are shown.

                            I was applied for credit card in the year of 2017. But immediately i cancelled my request but then also i received the card. But did not received any password for credit card.

                            I dint use this for any single transaction. Still i received the payment notification for the same. I explained this whole scenario to customer service executive as well. This whole thing was happened in 2017. Between this time period till 22nd may 2019. I dint received any call regarding that payment. I thought issue has been resolved. But two days before i received legal notice to make payment of rs. 11000/-
                            I did not use this card then why should i make payment of 11000/- i am so surprise when saw this amount.

                            Please help to solve this issue.

                                A refund of 1299 rupees was successfully processed on 11 may 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund look after the payments of the amazon

                                    I ordered a product and i returned it but i not get my refund when i told it to the company they said they initiated my refund. Refund is stopped by the bank and when i complain to the bank they said "we are not help sir" so please initiate my refund.
