I have done my credit card payment of 4500 rs on phone pe through bhim upi id linked with state bank of india. Amount debited from my account and transaction got failed on phone pe but it has been 20 days my amount not refunded to my account. I have contacted to phone pe and sbi customer support no one is giving reply where is my amount they give blame to other

I have recharged my bsnl mobile via amazon on 16-5-19 and the amount was deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed. They (Amazon) have processed my refund and issued me a refund reference no. 968656 on 17-5-19 and asked me to contact the customer care of my bank ie state bank of india. I made several calls and all the customer executives said that they are unable to help me and no dispute charge option is available to them, then i talked to amazon again and they said that they have already processed the refund from their side. Now whatever is to be done is by the bank. Nothing has been done by the bank till date.

Got a call asking for bank details and atm. He said he is from sbi, atm got blocked. I said don't have account in sbi, he asked in which bank you have account.
Received a call from [protected]. Then he started abusing and disconnect the call.
I visited police choki, they said don't share any details with them. They are using fake sim card so would not be able to take any action against them. Dont entertain such calls

I tried to book ticket on irctc app on 17th april but the booking failed and money got deducted from my bank account, when i called bank they asked me to check with irctc and now irctc has already started refund. The transaction id and refund id is same [protected]. When i call sbi, they ask me again to contact irctc and irctc says and even they mailed me that they are refundung my money but not received in my account, simply the bank has not deposited it to my account.
Please refund my money. For more i am attaching screen shot of failed booking.

I have observed fraud transactions in my sbi account on the date of 23rd may 2019. I have seen 11 unauthorized transactions without my knowledge and all the transactions happened between 8:43 pm to 8:45 pm. Below shows the transaction number, amount and my complaint number with sbi. I couldn't raise complaint for four transactions since sbi server was down and they asked me to contact later. Please do the needful and help me in getting the amount back

On 23.05.2019 i received a call from mobile no. [protected]at 10.17 am to redeem my reward points from my sbi credit card xxxx xxxx xxxx 1307 and rs 39, 999/- was deducted from my card. An sms was delevered at my phone that the payment has been credited to zes*mobikwik.

In our area hamiltonganj area have so many customer service point. But in our area have tea workers, they are have no educational knowledge. So, many of the customer service point not maintain the banking the banking system. The customer service point not have cc tv. So, people of hamiltonganj have many problems in this banking sector. I requested you please investigate the issue for better customer service.

Made a payment to sbi credit card using paynet by axis netbanking.

The payment has been deducted from axis bank but transaction is pending in billdesk

Transaction shows pending your crawler should either fail the transaction or approve it.

I have been made a purchase of one moto x bettery of rs 1269 but due to some fault in package i return it but i didn't got my money back i contact vd amazon they said they already inciate my balance of 1269 in my acct they giv me transaction id also but sbi direct denied it. So wat can i do nw if i call amazon they are givng me valied reason n state bank of india direct denied my tranction id is 364717. Nw plzs solve my problem um a student n money is so valuable for me.

His pan no is aqhpj4257h, his aadhar card no is[protected], his voter id card no is up/8/37/21399, his mobile ph no is [protected], his date of birth is[protected].
It is known that either he has his another fictitiously named wife as anuradha joshi, for which he had opened a sb account no [protected] in sbi branch indira chowk rudarpur distt udhamsingh nagar uttarakhand (Which he closed on dt[protected] after an u. P bilaspur distt rampur police enquiry done on dt[protected] in which transaction of money was done many times during it's running period.
A term deposit account no [protected] was also opened in the name of above said fictitious women anuradha joshi in the above said bank, which was closed on dt[protected] he had also opened a term deposit account no [protected] which was also closed on dt[protected] or he is cheating my real sister munni devi joshi, who is my real sister & living at village pipalia nao tehsil bilaspur distt rampur u. P. At present by depositing his money in the name of above said anuradha joshi.
Hence it is necessary to search from record of pension documents that wheather said anuradha joshi & his actual wife munni devi joshi are one single lady or both weman are two different ladies. The aadhar card no of his actual wife munni devi joshi & voter id are[protected] & up/8/038/0021400 respectively. Kindly send the details of his family pension profile in which his family members are shown.
He has captured my late father's all agriculture land & house with the help of his actual wife munni devi joshi & son vijay kumar joshi, after his death on dt[protected] at village pipalia nao tehsil bilaspur distt rampur u. P. For which 10 courts cases are running against him in civil court & cjm court rampur & revenue board lucknow, since 12 march 2018.

I didnt use my card at fuel stations than why my money is deducted. I visited through branch also 1 employee lady tell me that we are not serve you thats not our problem.. Than i go to the branch manager he said that i dont kno what should i do... They all are giving excuses they dont have manners to talk.. They all are talking very rudely to me... Dear sir,

I was applied for credit card in the year of 2017. But immediately i cancelled my request but then also i received the card. But did not received any password for credit card.

I dint use this for any single transaction. Still i received the payment notification for the same. I explained this whole scenario to customer service executive as well. This whole thing was happened in 2017. Between this time period till 22nd may 2019. I dint received any call regarding that payment. I thought issue has been resolved. But two days before i received legal notice to make payment of rs. 11000/-
I did not use this card then why should i make payment of 11000/- i am so surprise when saw this amount.

Please help to solve this issue.

I ordered some items from amazon.in. By mistake i ordered a wrong item and did pament.. After that i cancelled that wrong item. From amazon.in the refund i got the confirmation that refund is onthe way bt till now i did nt get my refund.. I contacted my sbi bt they are playing... Here is the refund reference numberof the refund by amazon.in refund reference number-736759

A refund of 1299 rupees was successfully processed on 11 may 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund look after the payments of the amazon

A refund of 7738.20 rupees was successfully processed on 20 may 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service many times but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

I ordered a product and i returned it but i not get my refund when i told it to the company they said they initiated my refund. Refund is stopped by the bank and when i complain to the bank they said "we are not help sir" so please initiate my refund.
I book my order on 4 may 2019 and refund initiated by the amazon on 15 may 2019 and i recieved an email in which it show the money reflects in my accopunt on 21 may 2019 but i not got m, y money i book the order of 5999 in which i get 500 cashback in my amazon pay account so please send me the 5499inr..

These all transactions happened on 23 may 2019 and have not carried these transactions by me and not reflected in my subscription purchase history also i have not received otp. On checking net banking it is found that the transactions carried against "by debit card othpg 621413 itunes.com/bill itunes.com" and mentioned against the minimum amounts i. E rs. 76 or rs.1 as mentioned "by debit card othpg 757761 google *service. G.co/helpp". Kindly check and refund my money as soon as quickly. My name is samrat sharma.
