Dear Sir/Madam

This is in reference my previous complaints that my settlement was done in Rs 80000/- NOV 2017 in 6 installment. I started to pay the installment from nov onwards when i paid my first installement in nov 17 they peoplealso called me to pay the amount as per my statement which is aprox 1lac 6 thousand, I reply very sincerely that when you people send me the settlement letter on my mail and i paid also its first installment then why you are calling me frequently/ regulary in morning time when i ready to move my office at 9.00 am, afternoon and evening also they told me that the settlement not updated with them, I also paid second installment again regularly i received the call, I again told them that my settlement has been done and i provide them settlement reference no. also but after that still received so many calls.I also complained it through mail in 22 December 2017 ( Interaction Id- 1-[protected]) to stop the unnecessary calls, but the issue was not resolved, somewhere I have a doubt that the settlement is fake or not as so many cases i had heared. I again complained in written bafore the last installment to confirm that the settlement is genuine or fake or update the settlement in your record they didnt confirm till the date is lapse and after they call me to pay the last installment so that the settlement is close.I also transferred the last installment and paid full amount of Rs. 80000/- as per settlement. but there is delay ony 15-20 days due to miscommunications and misunderstanding created by the SBI employees. I requested many times wrote mail around 20-30 times but they never want to listen my query and increased amount day by day. One day one lady also called me and talked my unethical way about my family my sister which call record i shared to the costumer care but they also deny the calls that no one can talked about you family.I was in pressure and mentaly disturb and never listen about my family in this way. They are just spread miscommunication amnd creating misunderstanding. I also visited their office at jantar mantar and complained to the executive/manager he also listen the call record of that lady and suggested to do police complained against her but still i thing why to destroy a life of a girl to by complained in police. He wrote a complained ande sent but not copy to me on ask he said it is internal.Due to mentally disturb I left my job in jan 12th 2019. In same month Jan 2019 someone is called me to met Mr. Mahendra Singh in Subhash palace office. I visited with my brother in law at their office on ask to met Mr. Mahendra Singh by the person or employees found Mr. Mahendra is not available in office but after some time someone called to Mr. Sunil Saini to meet me.We dicreibe all the facts and all the things happen to me and he assured verbally that our my case is genuine and he also help me for zeroization of my account and on fully confident I ask to join another job he said yes you can from our side you never be disturbed again. But after came back from there after 10-15 days he not picked calls. I message him and also to Mr. Mehendra Singh after 10 to 15 days I again call and he said i am trying to take approval from seniors for zeroization. He said to wait for some time after again many calls and followups the never called me and not help in this regards.In between i also received called to pay the amount.On 9th June 2019 one lady called me for payment of outstanding due she still never want to listen my problem after putting her phone I called to Mr. Sunil Saini and ask for zeroization replied that the approval is cancelled and not approved.I dont know in actual he maild to someone for approval and take 5 months for approval from 24th Jan 19 to 9th June 2019 period of 5 month the process to tell me that the approval is cancelled.
Sir/madam i also visited many times on their twitter account and tell about my complained/ on calls /email/ as well as visited two times in their office at jantar mantar and subhash palace.

You just think if they doing this type of mentally harassment and misguide to their costumers. I never stop to write i also write to PMO office their Mumbai branch and to RBI office also I also share it with my friends and family and also on social media about their services and how they harass people. In this any problem raised with me by mentally harassment from these people the total responsibility is SBI and these employees.

I am not guilty I never want to pay the money ask many times to update my settlement.

Dear Sir/madam

Still not found any solution and receiving call for outstanding payments. Today i also received the call from [protected] for payment at 17.08, I told him that i have already complained in this regard to RBI and consumer forum he did not understand and disconnect the phone after that he called me on my phone from personal no. [protected] at 17:17 and using abusing language for me and my family this is the second time happened with me the SBI executive talked in abusing and unethical language. I have call recording of this call. Please take immediate action on this otherwise I will go to the next step and take it to the higher level.

I mostly harassed by the SBI executive this is now gone upto my level and will do anything.

Tell how I send the recording.

    I would like to inform you that my Account debited twice for the same withdrawal of 20000/- on 10th May 2019.

    I have withdrawn 20, 000 on 10th of May 2019 but 40, 000 got deducted from my account.

    I had registered an online complaint with complaint number 1429238 on 12th Of May 2019 and followed up with customer support after every 4-5 days but they could not solve me request and my money has not been returned in my account yet.and today online representative told me that my complaint is rejected.

    My account daily withdrawl limite is 20000/-

    I have visited SBI bank as well and they have no clue whatsoever and have asked me to contact customer care and given transaction id 9992. which is showing failed transaction in there system

    I have already sent mail to nwno3.[protected]@sbi.co.in 14 days ago and to gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in 6 days ago and not got any reply from them.

          On 8th June 2019, time -10:34pm.I was doing a transaction of 5000/- to Allahabaad bank from State Bank of India with transaction ID[protected].Due to some technical issue or may be server down of receiver bank for which bank was anable to receive the money but at the moment amount if 5000/- gets debited/ has been deducted from my state bank of India.I waits for 3working days but my money is not refunded to my account. Please sir look to my matter as soon as possible.Thanku sir

              This complaint is regarding the savings account opening procedure in sbi, Irinjalakuda branch Branch Code (008618), Thrissur Kerala.

              We have submitted all the necessary documents along with application form and it has been already 23 days, none of the staff is taking responsibility in expediting the request.

              We need this account to get opened in another one week.

              Please take this complaint as high priority and help us in creating the savings account.

                My refund is not received in my account i orderd a shoes from amazon online shopping they provide me a reference id no. 712695 (transaction no.) so kindy give my money. I am facing problem from 1 month locate with this trasaction id. No. And provide my money in my card, on 17 may the money is sent in my account but not received please provide the amount of 2374 in my account.

                  Always network issue, why the ### you yourself call as one of the top bank, bakwas bank, karnataka bank and bank of baroda are far more better than this [censored] bank, each and everytime network issue server error, close your bank and do some pani puri business that might be better for you people, running a bank like [censored]holes, soon i ll close my account in your [censored] bank.

                    Credit card not received and not delivered after calling to sbi credit card since 18 years and request of the cancel sbi card not deliver to my address hand written letter india post was provided to your office address.

                    The person who use to deliver the card...That fraud person made use of card and done transaction on the card.Or it may be bank person.

                    The person who delivered the card contact him instead, as of now i have not received any card.

                    Now june 2019 ---sbi card begumpet calls continously and said to come to office.

                    After calling they are not providing any clear details or atleast soft copy and continue saying come to office only.

                    Do not call on my number

                    example : its like a empty sim card getting calls

                    no sbi credit card was delivered but the transaction is happening.

                    This kind of lazy service done by sbi credit card.

                        I want to close my account and I didn't take any bank passbook till date but BM is demanding bank passbook to close my account
                        Jb maine passbook li hi nhi to how I produce bank passbook.
                        And BM denied to close my account when I ask procedure to close a/c he told you have register FIR for passbook lost while I have told already I didn't took passbook I request plz close my but at last he denied.

                            My name is HARSH SINGH and i ordered (levi's chino) from amazon app. The amount of the product is Rs1249, i ordered the item on 18 may 2019 and i then cancelled my order on the same day 18 may 2019. And on 18 may 2019 amazon reflected my money back which is supposed to be credited in my account with in 3 - 5 working days, also amazon given me the REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER which is 185124 and told me to fill the charge dispute form on call but sbi executive didnt providing me the information.So please kindly respond to this complaint it is vey urgent.

                              Dear Sir,

                              Sub: for student loan
                              I am A/C holder at Badarpur Branch. I had visit branch office in February 2019. I have applied for student loan (Student ID-Student ID 941311 and Application ID 438422) online in Mar-2019. But not response. I deposited all document in branch. But after 3 month from loan department say that your student loan not valid approve because you account is zero balanced, so closed the account. Then, I have applied for new account in branch office but not open bank account. Bank staff is saying, that we will calling back you but not comming phone from bank to till date. I am mindly harras from behaviour of badarpur branch office staff.
                              So, please I request to you that seen my problem and solve early.

                                Dear sir

                                A refund of 499 rupees was successfully processed on 28 may 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also went to the state bank of india home branch and seeked the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken. The reference number is #[protected]

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  I have received an SMS from sbiinb stating that" you have made two invalid attempts for my username on 22/03/2018 9.18 am..you are left with 1 more attempt and your access will be locked for a day post 3 wrong attempts" . But I haven't tried logging in and I have never stored my username on mobile or pc.. then how come someone know my username, is it possible for them to find my password too?? What else should I do now???

                                    I have account in SBI and from last 10 days there has been deduction of Rs.295 in favour of transfer intermedi for 34 times transactions of Rs.295. Total amount deducted is RS.10030. It's a huge amount to be deducted without my any prior permission. Please refund back my money or I have to raise complaint towards respective bank as this money is very important for I'm not able to afford such amount. Please help me and refund my money ASAP.

                                      I Sunil Chilkuri had been issued a credit card from SBI credit card wide no: [protected] with a credit limit of 40, 000/- Apart from SBI I had 3 more credit cards i.e. ICICI, HDFC, STANDARD CHARTERED Banks Credit cards.as i met with an accident and had a 3 disc prolapse in my spinal cord. when i was working. I lost my job, and opted for a settlement from all the 4 credit card banks. and all my settled dues with all my banks including SBI. My credit card from SBI was settled on 15/10/2005 for 25, 500/- proof of the settlement letter and the receipt from the bank are there with me now. after 14 long years they claim that I did not clear their dues. Proof of the settlement letter and the receipt and the bank statement which is reflecting the same are in originals and attached to the mail.Please do the needful and get me out of this trauma as I am worried and feared due to the bank harassment.

                                        Hello, sir.

                                        I have taken an education loan. The instalments use to get deducted on 14th of may, the agreed amount is 5900inr, last month they put my account on hold and then deducted 4600 inr in next month on the date of 6th may, i don't know why but later on suddenly 500 inr also got deducted from my account. Now in this month, i transferred 6000 inr from which the instalment use to get deducted and came to know that they put 5000 rs on hold again. I am very frustrated since this issue has been going on for a long time.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Its really I am worried & Confused why Rs 295 transfer to investment intermediate on 10/06/2019 without any reason.pls help me out.

                                        Sbi panchveer ke manager aur field officer 131000/-rupya leka rno dues nahi dete hai aur bolte hai jao jaha jana jao.mere sath sahi se vehave v nahi karte hai.hamse dhoka dhari kiye hai.loan ka paisa jama karne ke bad v loan khata nahi band karte hai.5000/-rupya kamisan loan account band karne ke liye magte hai.

                                        Sir i transferred my account from mumbai to surat, bank name also changed from SBBJ TO SBI, A/C NO. IS [protected] . Old Cif no. Is 11215. And please change it in current cif no. 31627, Due to this I m anable to change my address, so please do the needful

                                        My home loan a/c no. is [protected] . SBI Samalkha(50099) is charging me 8.90 H/l interest but interest is low according RBI. Pl.correct the interest rate of my home loan.
                                        I Ordered a shoes worth rs 2217 in amazon on 4th may 2019 and the product cancelled by its own and I Contact to the coustmercare of amazonand they initated my money refund to my bank account and they gave me a reference no(862375) not refunded by amazon into my sbi account
                                        I notice when my atm to ministate then I found some one will take my money before month( 28/may/2019 ) Rs.360 and this month(06/jun/2019) Rs.210 by address of bill junction Mumbai . I nevergo to Mumbai use my card.i request to you that I want my oney back.
                                        Way debtied my money. Please i request u credit my money. My money 590/-debited my ac.

                                        The process for opening an account is pathetic...I have perfect details of proof inspite of which there is lot of delay for opening. Very unsatisfactory. Which in turn affects delay in my salary also . Careless staff n slow working in carvery bhavan branch bengaluru .
                                        I paid all the outstanding of my credit card..please provide me noc
