Can someone plz explain and clarify my doubt as to who the sender ad-cbssbi is and if they have an authentic right to deduct money from my sbi account and based on what. Kindly specify your answer and i'd be really grateful and appreciate whosoever would be kind enough to clarify.

    I was denied withdrawal of 45k from my pension a/c on 17/02/18 for medical emergency. The chief manager told me that he can only pay 10k due to insufficient funds. I was told by the chief manager recklessly "take ten thousand and go" I insisted him to give in writing that I can't be paid 45 thousand. He did so. I am having the written statement by the chief manager. Instead of helping the customer of more than 30 years, he didn't bother to help. How can I be denaid to withdraw such small amount?

      I am trying to cancel my SBI credit card for more than 3 months now but I am not able to cancel the card because my card was issued against FD. I am not able to get my FD money as there is no option to talk to any officers.All my credit card dues are clear. I have visited my Lokhandwala branch SBI several times but staff is never available. Every time the manager takes my cell number but never calls back. It’s a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

        My name is K.J.Rajesh. i applied for SBI credit card after getting a call from customer care that SBI credit card is applicable for me. After applying i received the card, but i did not used it for quite a long time. i tryed to use but i cannot use it, may be it is blocked. some charges such as Rupees 135.00 keeps on coming to my mobile number everymonth stating that SBI monthly payment due. i just paid it through online today.

          i am a sr.Citizen of 85 years old and unable to visit personally in the bank's branch for getting the status of arrear pertaining to 7th pay commission.

          Since last two months i have been approaching to sbi at central secretariat branch as well as chandni chowk branch for this.

          I have made complaints online for this also . And last ticket no. Was allotted to me was [protected]. Against that tkt.No. My complaint was resolved by giving me tel.No.[protected] informing me to talk the officials on this number but this number is attached with fax only and am unable to contact them.

          I, therefore request you to pls intervene the matter and get my dues cleared at an early date or provide me status why the same is delayed in my case as the other pensioners have already got their arearers.

            Earlier i had sb account at sbi, koppal branch as i was working at food corporation of india, koppal from 2008 to 2012. And i have been promoted and transferred to palakollu, i am staying at palakollu since 2012 and i have been maintained the same sb account at palakollu branch as salaried account. But recently i was informed by my currect branch as my cif number is not transferred from koppal branch, due to this i couldnt able to change my present residential address for communication in the bank records.
            In this connection i have also requested the koppal branch for transfer of my cif number from their branch to palakollu branch (12992) through my current branch. But till today it has not transferred.
            Hence it is requested to the koppal branch manager through this platform to kindly do the favour as well as possible

              I want to know why rs 147.50 debited from my sbi account. I got the sms on 22nd feb 2018. So many times sbi deducted money from the account, but this time its huge. Even after maintaining minimum balance. I don't want sbi to deduct my future amount without any reason. So this time i want to know the reason behind deduction of amount 147.50 rupees. Otherwise provide a chart of rates with reason behind it. If i know the rates in advance it may help to overcome unnecessary deduction.

              i have a one sbi debit(atm) card but in 17.2.2018 a sms come in my mobile card form sbi your card debit of rs=147.50 agin same time same come my a/c balance=147.50 dedeucted.

              i request you kindly return my deducted balance.
              Hi friends, sorry . But this was the fees for SBI debit card annual maintenance . this is 147.50 ( 125 +18% GST) .

              Deducting money simply from account is not fair. I think someone should file a case on it as it is like a dayligh robbery espically to poor people.

                ATM annual fee??? SBI guys are just finding ways to recover their lost money in frauds..! This is completely unacceptable and action has to be taken against it.
                If it has been done to everyone and every year, let me know the records.
                Also let me know the calculation through which SBI arrived at this magical number of 200 Rupees as ATM annual fee.
                I am waiting.

                  This is a serious issue

                  On 21 feb 2018 when i was surfing in the net, i saw a link which said something like this"know your credit score when i clicked on this link, this seem to take me out of the website and did the following:
                  (A) it sent a message to me saying"hi, your credit score. Get the bankbazar mobile app to check your new score for free in under 3 mins!
                  (B) immediate another sms follows, which says"thank you for using state bank internet banking. Download [protected]@ www.yonosbi.com.
                  (C) to my suprise when i downloaded yono from google playstore, this app yono turned out to be a dude, it is just has only one page says"yono by sbi". This deduction was made on my sb acct. No. Rs.147 was deducted from my account without my permission.

                  I have realized this organization calling itself as bank bazar has hacked into sbi comuter system and generating such messages in order to make a fast buck. Please investigate this aspect and refund this deduction of rs.147 back to my sb acct. No.

                    I received an sms from ad-cbssbi for the second time. First time it said that my acoount had a debit by transfer of rs.100.00 on29/01/18. Avl bal mentioned with rs.100 deducted. It then says download yono @ www.yonosbi.com. sender: ad-cbssbi. Second time again i received an sms from ad-cbssbi saying that my accont had a debit by transfer of rs.147.50 on 17/02/18. Avl bal mentioned with rs.147.50 deducted from total balance in my acoount. It then says again download yono @ www.yonosbi.com. sender: ad-cbssbi.

Next month received 1399 amount outstanding amount which I have never been used nor paid and never received any statement. Now my cibil reflecting 4790 amount.                       This is actually pathetic today morning i woke up and there was a msg in my phn stating that you have a deduction of 147 rupees by transfer. Download yono app. Isn't this pathetic... What the # is going on... I just want to know the reason for deduction... No one has a right to deduct a amount like this... I want a quick action or else this is going to be a huge problem for sbi...

                      I have used ubi atm - id no. Wbof234u on 17/02/18 at 1313 and 1315 hrs for two times of rs. 2500/- n 2500/- respectively, but amount not dispensed and account has been debited and not also reversed the amount till now.
                      Please look into the matter urgently and solve the issue and amount of rs. 5000/- total may be credited my account.

                        Today a sum of ₹206.50 was debited by transfer from my account for no reason and i will tell you this i didn't even have minimum balance to get this deduction. What is the reason let me know or return my money if it's a vague reason! And it seems like i am not the only one who underwent this deduction. As far as i am concerned this seems like some kind of fraud.

                          As per sbicapsecurites instructions i deposited all the kyc documents as per their requirements submitted at their sbi cap securities branch office situated at sbi building, kothi on 05.02.2018. The same was verified by the representative of sbi cap securites available at the office and dispatched the same by courier on the same day to the concerned department.

                          Even today the kyc was not updated by your office and i came to under stand that the kyc was rejected by your office.

                          In this connection i would like to inform you that no person visited by house to verify the documents. I would also herewith submit that i have submitted a request letter to change my account to your branch office situated at sbi building office along with my present address proof on 11.10.2017.

                          I regret to inform that even a lapse of so many months sbicap securities not acted on my request and in addition they have suspended my demat account resulting on huge loss to me personally.

                          I regret to inform you the poor state of things which are happening at sbicap securities offices where the people posted does not know what is kyc including people posted in help line. They could not answer to me on kyc documents submitted by me, they does not answer the exact reason of suspending the account. Having under big sbi logo with worst service and guidance by your representatives posted at respective office.

                            मेरा नाम नाम हुकमाराम है। मेरे खाता नंबर sbi - [protected]में दिनांक 05/01/2018 को SBI dechu से 3900 रुपए जमा करवाए थे परन्तु खाते में 3400 रुपए ही जमा हुए हैं । अगर मैं मेरे गांव से देचु बैंक जाऊं तो आने जाने का किराया 500 रुपए लग जाते हैं।इस प्रकार की हेरा-फेरी पता नहीं बैंक वालों के कितने व्यक्तियों के साथ की है। इस प्रकार के कर्मचारियों के साथ कार्यवाही की जाये जिससे अनपढ़ लोगों के साथ हेरा-फेरी न करें।

                                      Sir,
                                      I, G. GUNASEKHAR (A/C No. [protected]), is maintaining this paramilitry salary account with SBI for last 8years and since 17th of this month my account has been stopped by HEBBAL INDUSTRIAL AREA BRANCH, MYSORE (B. CODE- 6555). I am facing inconvenience due to this. Sir, I want to know the reason, why my account has stopped?
