I tried to purchase a dress worth rs 3000 from a cloth store meena bazar at abids in hyderabad, telangana on 17-02-18, using my debit card but it showed transaction denied, so i paid cash. But rs.3000 have been deducted twice from my account and reverse payment has been received only once. I therefore request you for the reverse payment of the amount rs.3000 as soon as possible.     What is this?
    Why you people have deducted this amount?
    I want my money back within 2 days otherwise i will circulate this everywhere on social media and i mean it. My registered mobile no. Is [protected].
    I want my money back as soon as possible.

        This message received by me at 8:00am and i shocked after seen the message, that how to do the such type of thing how the bank charged without knowing me any reason and without my permission. It's not in my hand to control my money its like theft.
        My money is not saif in sbi.
        Please kindly inform me why not i changed my account in other bank

          I want to know the reason for this deduction. Nither i do have net banking nor debit card then why this deduction for? If sbi can update me on this deduction what is this for... Minimum balance is also there in the account so i am sure it is not for that. Then what is this for?

            I need to know why sbi banks has debited rs. 206 from my account that's too without giving any compete knowledge.
            Is it because of the minimum balance policy of the bank or what atleast mention why you are doing this.

                  I tried to deposit a amount of 3000 by the cdm of sbi in kodungallur branch in thrissur district kerala. First i put one 2000 rs currency it accept and i tried to add more cash and put 2 500 rs currencies then the machines shows hardware error and a slip comes out from that and the money didn't debited in ma account also. I gived a written complaint to the official in the bank they wouldn't give any positive reply.

                    Today, i got a call from an unknown mobile number saying that he is calling from my sbi branch. He said that they make a lucky draw of 15 people daily, to whom they provide credit card free of cost & many more offers.

                    I was about to ask about him. But he told me my name, my account number on the phone. So, i somehow started listening to him. He started explaining about the benefits of credit card.
                    Then, still to confirm, i asked him about the branch name & he answered everything flawlessly.
                    To make it more genuine, he told me to send my id proofs on an email id, that looked like a real email id.

                    When i got home & explained it to my parents, they told me that it is a fraud & it happened with them.

                    Managers in the bank branches are dealing with such companies, who want to sell credit card. They are hiring and keeping those people illegally in their bank in order to get heavy commission from these companies.

                    The biggest issue here is that banks are sharing our bank accounts details publicly with them. They have all our details with them.

                      It's very irresponsible that the commercial branch of sbi, gmc - branch, is unable to transfer my money into my account, the transaction amount was of 17lakh, and my work is shut for two days now. Private sector bank is good at least the work is not stopped due to them.
                      Nobody can stay in the bank for the whole day to clear his/her cheque.
                      Please take action in such matter.

                        Hello sir,
                        My home loan account is [protected]. I took home loan from sbi in 2013 and i was told that some insurance will be additionally placed for which i need not pay anything.
                        Why did the bank official lied?
                        All of a sudden i got a letter from the bank that i have not paid the premium for rinn raksha policy and risk cover is ceased.
                        I inquired in the nearest branch and was told i have to pay rs.16000 and odd for it to be revived. I clearly told them i don't want the policy.
                        Why was i not informed about the policy till then through any means? - i had not received any emails or letters that said about the policy even though sbi has my email address and residential address.

                        When i see the policy statement given by the bank i see the interest had been increasing from the day i have bought the loan. Every month there is a debit and i was not intimated about it. With the interest starting from rs.200 it reached rs. 600 nearly and in between, every year's last month there is a debit in thousands.
                        If, it has to be taken every year or month, why was it not taken and why was the interest allowed to increase?

                        Suddenly after two days of me inquiring, rs.17000 and odd had been taken from my loan account which i had paid as the emi for the month without any notice.
                        How can the bank automatically deduct amount which had paid as an emi to the loan account and take it to pay insurance without my consent?

                        I am not inchennai now and when my father had inquired the west mambalam branch for details, he was told that nothing is known by the bank officials and they can only give the statement of the account.
                        I am correctly paying my loan back and i feel really frustrated about this.

                        Request you to please return the deducted amount from my home loan and cancel the insurance.

                          I rajkumar saini having an a/c in the union bank a/c no. [protected]
                          When i tried to withdraw rs 5000 from my ac [protected] on 12th feb.2018 around 0500 pm from the sbi atm bissau jhunjhunu rajasthan at that time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.
                          But when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

                          Sir i have already given the complain to the sbi nearby branch but till now no any reply come not the money.

                          So i am requesting you to take necessary action

                            My refund of rs.18685 has been processed successfully by amazon on[protected] to receive in my account but still pending. They have also confirmed that amount should reflect in your account by 1/27/2018. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 315253. But still don't get money in my account and awaiting for this last one month.

                            Amazon confirmed, in case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). If bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.

                            Kindly request you to please help urgently to get my money asap.

I have taken personal loan in feb 2016 for my personal requirement but bank employee given a policy (Subh nivesh policy) in wrong way. They said that policy is mandatory on loan. I was in pressured and signed on policy. Now they are making issue that you signed on policy. They deducted money from my account in auto transfer mode continuously. I am suffering mentally harassment since two years. I approached to sbi, ambala cantt, sbi life, irda and now i have send to written complaint rbi, chandigarh.                               mob-[protected] & policy no -[protected], i want action on all three persons who is made me fool and give me policy in wrong way manner . they set an example that i have signed on policy but also they made me pressurizer for signed for auto debt transfer from account for policy. sir, i want refund my amount at about 29843/ rupees. bank has been act on my complaint at RBI on 23 Feb 2018 for delete of auto debt transfer. now i want action on bank employee and refund my deducted amount . rectify my problem earliest. thanks.

                                I have gone in sbi mithanpura branch muzaffarpur regarding account lock enquiry. An employee named suman started misbehaving and rough talking. Is this proper way to deal with customer in the bank. Service manager also talked nonsense and threatened of police instead of handling the matter. Bank is only for taking money and use the fund for its growth or for the customer support and help. I want quick action and reply regarding the matter. Also want action to be taken against suman named employee and service manager. I don't want to raise any conflict otherwise i can file a complain against both of them.

                                    I have my account in state bank of india in bangalore. They have deducted 147 rs for no reason what's the problem. I have two accounts from both the they deducted 147+147 what's the reason can anyone help. It's showing your account has a debit by transfer of rs 147.50 in 20/02/18.                                         The customer executive confirmed the charges levied for annual fee and applicable taxes will waived off. New cared will be sent wherein no annual fee or taxes are to be levied.

                                        It is, therefore, requested that he commitment of your customer executive be communicated by mail at the earliest so that i should not be defaulter for the purchased amount of rs.10, 948.96 only well before the due date.

Waive off the annual fee of rs. 4999/- reflected in the statement dated 13.2.2018 urgently as the annual transaction is more than 1.5 lakhs (It was mentioned by your representatives that annual fees will be waived off from the rewards points already credited in your account).
                                        2. I will pay the amount of rs. 16847.00 - 4999.00 – 899.82 i. E rs. 10948.96 only well before due date.
                                        3. It may be mentioned that i am getting free fuel purchase of very good amount from other credit card wherein annual transaction is more than of rs. 20, 00, 000/-
                                        4. Please examine the above matter from voice records before accepting yours request of elite card.
                                        5. Request for resolving the issues by 23rd feb, 2018 so that i may pay only the purchased amount no annual fees or taxes levied in the statement dated 13.02.2018 well before the due date.

                                        I will returned the card to your head office at gurgaon if same has not been resolved before 23rd february, 2018.

                                        It is, therefore, requested to resolved the matter urgently and let me know by mail only.

                                        I have received a sbi elite card no.[protected] and the old platinum card no.[protected] has been declined.

                                        I have checked the new elite card for a transaction of rs.100/-, which was successful on 11.2.2018.

                                        It is requested to change the payment due date from 2nd of each month to 10th of each month for the new card and also waive the annual fee, if any, till the validity period of this card.in this regard, the reward points already credited in my account may be carried forward and redeemed for any initial fee of this card.

                                        Please closed my credit card & Deactivated because I am not received any kind of Insurance card buy each & every month reminder . please pay the due bill.
                                        I am again repeat please deactivated my sbi credit card

                                        My account has been deducted Rs 51858/- on 25th Jun 18 but the same was not credited in credit card. I has received a message that your has already consumed 80% of the amount please resolve at the earliest. I could not understand the problem. Please confirm
