    My account number is [protected] y.p.rangarajan, today I have deposited cash rsb6, 000/00 at SBI medavakkam but available balance it was showing as RS 5, 295/51 resulting shortage of RS 710/00 short. Please resolve the issue of shortage of RS 710)00 at earliest
    In our area, sbi CDM machine is not working properly, most of the time it shows that temporary out of service, please check regularly
    I have a saving account with SBI. Recently I deposited a sum of 3000 inr. But when I went to withdraw some amount it shows a negative balance of 96099 inr. The statement reads response code 094, INSUF FUND ACCT HAS HOLD. Please Help. What do I do?

      An amount of ₹ 147.50 was debited (Taken away from my hard earned money) from my sbi account on 20/02/2018. Rupees 2000 i have withdrawn today morning. I want to know the reason of deduction of such a huge amount. I am sure sms chagres and other services charges are much lesser than the amount deducted. Please look into this matter. Sbi should atleast send the reason of debit while they sms.

        Sir,
        I have been to petrol pump namely srinivas agencies, rajahmundry for filling cng in my car. On using my atm debit card bearing no. (Given full number) 504_241 to make payment, transaction failed. Hence i made cash payment of rs 356/- and took a cash bill. After some time i received a message as amount is debited from my account, but the bill wasn't generated at petrol pump.
        Hence i request to kindly revert back the debited amount of rs.356/- to my account. A copy of cash bill is herewith attached for your reference.

        I am not able to Open an FD account online in SBI. It says: "Unable to process your request . Please try later".
        I requested to open an account for Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana on last week of December 2017. They told me that it will take 15 days . I visited the branch on 8th February18 but they are still clueless the accountant is rude and every time I am getting same response that they are short with stuff moreover they are diverting Kindly get into the matter

          SBI ATM / Debit Card is lost a panic is created. So at first I would say that after ATM Card lost you should be patient and keep cool so that you can follow the cautionary steps carefully. You should know that no one can use your SBI ATM Card without getting PIN known and after you register a complaint the Bank bears the transaction of money made by a thief. So, if you have accidentally lost it then no need to worry in most of the cases.
          Please provide as much information as possible but do not share your highly private details such as my mobail no. is [protected] / my debit and shoping card no. [protected]. in this field as its ...

            I paid my college fee of 39368/- on 12 jan 2018 by debit card through sbi collect... My transactiin was successfull nd my money was deducted. But when i went in the history fir the reciept the it is showing no payment available. I got a transaction number through message. I contacted to college they are saying your money is not credited in college accunt.. Plzz help me

              Dear sir

              I placed an order on Amazon using SBI buddy Debit card of Rupees 4576 on 08/02/2018. later i returned the order and the refund was initiated for the same on 10/02/2018. This amount should have been credited in my account by 15/02/2018 in the original payment method as per the T&C of Amazon. but till now the refund has not been credited in SBI Buddy Wallet.
              I contacted to amazon for the same they told me that the refund has been processed and they have provided me the refund reference number as well which is 212553.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

              kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                standing instruction (si) failure charges

                The bank is unnecessary charging SI charge on my Recurring Deposit (RD) account even though I am having sufficient balance on my saving account. Again recently the bank have deducted Rs 295 as SI FAILURE CHARGE

                My RECURRING DEPOSIT account no is[protected]

                Kindly look into the matter and get my deducted credit back into my account...

                Unaccounted charges are being imposed on my SBI account everytime I deposit cash into my account.I understand that there are service charges like CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) charges which were account for in the passbook but an extra charge of Rs.141 was imposed without any reason and was not mentioned in the passbook.
                Amount Deposited : Rs.10, 100
                CDM charges: Rs.25
                Final Balance: Rs.9, 934
                The customer care service was totally unsatisfactory and annoying but i still proceeded expecting explanantion for the charges but in vain.

                  Respected sir/madam,

                  i visited today (19/02/2018) in the sbi branch chhoti baradari patiala punjab (branch code 1637) to deposit the money in "sukanya account" of my neice namely "arpita ung rajesh" (account no. [protected]). The staff posted there told me that there is some penal amount is required to deposit for which i agreed to deposit but the staff didn't cooperate with me and used me being a football from one counter to another near about upto 2 and half hours.

                  I am a physical handicap person even they didn't bother my physical condition and haven't resolved my problem.

                  You are, therefore requested to look into the matter and please initiate disciplinary action against the guilty staff posted in the said branch.

                    Since Feb 17, I am unable to perform transaction using by SBI ATM/Debit card. It keeps failing with transaction failed message. I have not changed my PIN number. On 18th, ie. yesterday I managed to withdraw cash from an ATM machine which I could not do on 17th. This has caused lot of embarrassment to me in a hotel at the time of payment. Thankfully my friends have saved me. On 18th too I faced a similar situation in a super market. Luckily I had cash. This has never happened before.

                      . My balance has been deducted when we try to withdraw the balance from SBI ATM. After using ATM it return a slip at which write down Response code as well as "Sorry Unable To Process". There is no cash come in my hand. When i was print by passbook then i got my balance has been deducted by SBI bank. Just i make a call to Customer care they give me sympathy dont worry your balance has been rollback as well as possible but till now only 20, 000 rupees has been return remaining balance till in pending.
                      Then once again make a call to Customer care then he responding me your relavent document has been send in your branch but i'm currently in Andhra Pradesh.
                      So Please give back my money as well as possible. I will make a call on this Saturday,[protected].

                            I siluvai estherammal having an a/c in the indian bank. A/c no[protected]
                            When i tried to withdraw rs 1000+1000 =2000 from my a/c on 16th feb 2018 around 1215 pm from the sbi atm chennai port trust at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money from the atm.
                            But when i checked the balance from my bank the balance was deducted from my a/c.

                            Sir but till now i have not received the money.

                            I got a message - my SBI Card ending 0054 is blocked for security reason . I request to activate my card as early as possible
                            Sir, I tried to withdraw of Rs. 2500/-, 2500/- and 2000/- from the Atm of ICICI, Axis installed at Rajaram Market, Madangir, New Delhi. Unfortunately amount has not been dispensed but A/c has already been debited for the said amount.

                              Hello my settlement amount was 50000 rs. I was supposed to pay this amount in 5 instalments 10000 rs each. I gave 5 checks to sbi executive & received settlement letter.

                              My 4 checks were cleared seamless, 5th & the last check was bounced. I did not able to maintain that balance due to 3-4 strait bank holidays.

                              I have immediately contacted sbi customer care & they told me that settlement now break & i have to pay all the outstanding amount which is 38793 rs. Means i missed one payment of 10000rs & i have to pay now 38793rs. & they are saying there no other way.

                              Can't i pay the 10000rs + fine (Check bounced fine), so i can done with the settlement.

                              One missing payment is costing me 28793 rs extra. Please help us

                              Requested sir i am very trouble amazon are refund my money they send me msg of reference number in 2 feb but i am not receive my money. The branch manager of akhnoor are very rude the man are not listening my problem.
                              I have applied for Sbi credit card three months back and have still not received my card yet. I have got a bill of 6500 even without having a card. I'm unable to post a complaint through helpline as they ask for my card number which i do not have. PLEASE HELP.
                              On 07/02/2018 I had submitted a complaint about non release of payment of revised pension and arrears by SBI Chandi Chowk New Delhi branch. CPAO Trikuta Nagar, New Delhi had forwarded to the above mentioned SBI branch necessary papers on 09/01/2018. I have neither received the payment so far nor have I received any response to my complaint.

                                Please find the pdf attachment, where you have sent me a consolation letter, when i have already asked every aspect of wrong processing of loan authority, now it is completely cleared that i have no re-sources to pay rs. 1912/- extra after re-payment my loan instalment of rs. 6500/- hence i am going to retire shortly, why this double policy payment is going to imposed me, which has never committed by me. I am already running in depression since last 6-7 months because of this sudden payment, a lot of mails has already distributed to sbi authorities and sbi life co. Also.

                                This is with reference to your email dated 20.01.2018 where in you have raised concerns regarding the captioned policy number.

                                In this regard, on receipt of your email we once again reviewed your matter and it is observed the insurance cover is issued as per details mentioned in the proposal form duly signed by you and all the premiums under the policy has been received.

                                Under these circumstances, we are unable to accede to your request for cancellation of policy and refund of premium paid.

                                It may please be noted that if any untoward event had happened any time during the policy period, the life cover amount would have been paid to the bank. Your life cover is still in force and will continue till 24.04.2027 at reducing sum assured. Please refer the table of sum assured benefits in your policy schedule.

                                As per the terms and conditions of the policy, the cover continues even after the closure of the loan. Hence, despite closure of the loan, the policy continues to be active until there is a specific request from the life assured for surrendering the cover. As per terms and conditions of the policy, you have an option to surrender the policy and get the surrender value as on date of surrender. The detail of the surrender value quotation as on date is attached herewith for reference.

                                Please note the surrender value depends on 'surrender request received date', hence will change accordingly
                                We have tried our best to resolve the complaint. However, in case the resolution is not to your satisfaction, you may represent to Insurance Ombudsman at bimalokpal.[protected]@gbic.co.in

                                In case we do not receive any communication from you within 8 weeks from the date of this communication we shall treat the complaint as closed.

                                My concern about the above, why double term loan policy imposed by the sbilife for just 5.0 lac home loan without providing me any covering note or policy, can you charges an Insu. premium 50% on loan amount, or you justify it that Rs. 2.30 lac you will claim for a small loan amt. of Rs. 5.0 lac and in r/o signed paper of policy that was not a bond paper and loan sanctioned authorities Mr. Hardeep Singh clearly confirmed me this paper is not your concerned it is only banks secured loan you will pay a single penny for this.
                                Therefore, you are once again request to consider the matter fairly to understand the client confidence to the bank hence i am attaching with bank for house loan last 12-13 years without any leakage of installment.

                                If i get not any satisfactory reply till the long communication of 4-5 months, may proceed the matter for further consideration to RTI FORUM.Thanking you,

                                i have just refer your calculation in attached details, you may kindly confirm me why the double policy imposed for a single loan account without any consent to me, if they asked me their proposal at that time with proper guidance, when i look after that i can bear the same amount or not, that is not a way you may start the deduction for a period of 10 years after 5 years, please note now just i am going to retire and running an extension for 3-4 months, after that i will be not able to bear the insu. installment.

                                Therefore once i request to you deal the matter on revenue point of view, what will the use the bank wait non-payment issue, due to depression and forcefully payment it can possible i may not survive for the payment so i again request kindly treat the matter on human way, consolation letter will not solve the purposes.

                                Dear Sir,
                                i am totally surprised and un known person a peoples of India, as nobody is heard your concern if you produce your thing as gently, since about i am taking an issue last 6-7 months of a mistake made by the banks authorities for passing my home loan, resulting, i am paying extra insu. premium which i can't afford and feeling depression everyday thinking about our system, somebody will be listened my concerned of basic complaint, but still unable and feeling very sadness to understand future of democratic India.

                                Once again, i request from our prominent authorities of SBI/SBILIFE to look after and solve my issue at top mot priority.

                                We have still not recd any satisfactory reply from bank authorities or SBILIFE, and facing depression on every day to adopt rigid attitude by the bank authorities, if the same mistake happened at client end, bank authorities forcefully recovered their tenor and harassed their customer bis-versa the mistake made by bank authorities to impose double term policy with proper consulting with client, why the recovery can't be proceeded through them, we are facing daily base burden of the above injustice payment of bank installment, how long period we face this problem, god knows .

                                We once again request to solve the matter on logical way to provide some relief to their customer.

                                  My sbi debit card has been used in a fraud transaction. The exact sms that u received is as follows:

                                  Thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx1702 for a purchase worth rs5900.0 on pos [protected] at google *octro inc txn#[protected].

                                  I have not done this transaction. Hence kindly revert the transaction at the earliest.

                                  Or even my debit card may be blocked so that further it is not misused.

                                    I had given two written requests on 25.01.2018 for transfer of my sb a/c and all stdrs alongwith sb a/c and stdrs of my son bbhavyaa to zirakpur branch which the bm had duly referred to mr. Saini but no action was taken inspite of my repeated reminders till 7th feb. I need the balance certificate urgently but one of my stdrs and all of my son's stdrs are still pending to be transferred. If staff accounts are dealt in with such an irresponsible attitude, what the other customers should expect? Kindly help.
