This is with reference to your email dated 20.01.2018 where in you have raised concerns regarding the captioned policy number.
In this regard, on receipt of your email we once again reviewed your matter and it is observed the insurance cover is issued as per details mentioned in the proposal form duly signed by you and all the premiums under the policy has been received.
Under these circumstances, we are unable to accede to your request for cancellation of policy and refund of premium paid.
It may please be noted that if any untoward event had happened any time during the policy period, the life cover amount would have been paid to the bank. Your life cover is still in force and will continue till 24.04.2027 at reducing sum assured. Please refer the table of sum assured benefits in your policy schedule.
As per the terms and conditions of the policy, the cover continues even after the closure of the loan. Hence, despite closure of the loan, the policy continues to be active until there is a specific request from the life assured for surrendering the cover. As per terms and conditions of the policy, you have an option to surrender the policy and get the surrender value as on date of surrender. The detail of the surrender value quotation as on date is attached herewith for reference.
Please note the surrender value depends on 'surrender request received date', hence will change accordingly
We have tried our best to resolve the complaint. However, in case the resolution is not to your satisfaction, you may represent to Insurance Ombudsman at bimalokpal.[protected]@gbic.co.in
In case we do not receive any communication from you within 8 weeks from the date of this communication we shall treat the complaint as closed.

Dear Sir,
My concern about the above, why double term loan policy imposed by the sbilife for just 5.0 lac home loan without providing me any covering note or policy, can you charges an Insu. premium 50% on loan amount, or you justify it that Rs. 2.30 lac you will claim for a small loan amt. of Rs. 5.0 lac and in r/o signed paper of policy that was not a bond paper and loan sanctioned authorities Mr. Hardeep Singh clearly confirmed me this paper is not your concerned it is only banks secured loan you will pay a single penny for this.
Therefore, you are once again request to consider the matter fairly to understand the client confidence to the bank hence i am attaching with bank for house loan last 12-13 years without any leakage of installment.
If i get not any satisfactory reply till the long communication of 4-5 months, may proceed the matter for further consideration to RTI FORUM.Thanking you,

i have just refer your calculation in attached details, you may kindly confirm me why the double policy imposed for a single loan account without any consent to me, if they asked me their proposal at that time with proper guidance, when i look after that i can bear the same amount or not, that is not a way you may start the deduction for a period of 10 years after 5 years, please note now just i am going to retire and running an extension for 3-4 months, after that i will be not able to bear the insu. installment.
Therefore once i request to you deal the matter on revenue point of view, what will the use the bank wait non-payment issue, due to depression and forcefully payment it can possible i may not survive for the payment so i again request kindly treat the matter on human way, consolation letter will not solve the purposes.

i am totally surprised and un known person a peoples of India, as nobody is heard your concern if you produce your thing as gently, since about i am taking an issue last 6-7 months of a mistake made by the banks authorities for passing my home loan, resulting, i am paying extra insu. premium which i can't afford and feeling depression everyday thinking about our system, somebody will be listened my concerned of basic complaint, but still unable and feeling very sadness to understand future of democratic India.
Once again, i request from our prominent authorities of SBI/SBILIFE to look after and solve my issue at top mot priority.

We have still not recd any satisfactory reply from bank authorities or SBILIFE, and facing depression on every day to adopt rigid attitude by the bank authorities, if the same mistake happened at client end, bank authorities forcefully recovered their tenor and harassed their customer bis-versa the mistake made by bank authorities to impose double term policy with proper consulting with client, why the recovery can't be proceeded through them, we are facing daily base burden of the above injustice payment of bank installment, how long period we face this problem, god knows .
We once again request to solve the matter on logical way to provide some relief to their customer.
