State Bank Of India (SBI) — Cash back amount not received | |||
Dear Sir, I am using SBI DEBIT CARD from past 5 years. Using it I have availed many offers. But I had very worst experience when I used it for shopping with SNAPDEAL. I had ordered 3 items from SNAPDEAL on dt. 27/01/2015 so as to avail the cash back of 10% with an amount of Rs. 7825/-. The transaction was successful and I got the refrence number too and the items were delivered at my postal address on time. But the cash back of 10% that comes to be around Rs. 782/- in this case has not been remitted in my account as promised against the terms and conditions. I waited till 31st March as it was the period mentioned in the terms and conditions for cash back. But till date, I have not received the amount. I have contacted SBI customer care 5-6 times and every time they redirected my complaint to my home branch and I too personally visited my home branch 2-3 times. Whenever I visited the branch I got a simple answer that "These types of matter are not dealt with here" by Branch Manager. I had moved post to pillar for the sake of cash back which could have been remitted to my account automatically.
