[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — extra bill generation because of agent mistake and the mistake is accepted by the sbi cards | |||
I am writing to you because of the services given by sbi cards...in the month of dec my bill was of 42664 rupees which actually was of 28000 only.. One of the sbi agents made a mistake by not telling me the right details and the same has been accepted by the bank.. I have asked them to reverse any fine charges because i have paid my actual expenses for the month of december.. And just because of agent's mistake i will not pay the extra amount again.. Which i paid on 16dec as directed by agent.. So now i m asking the company to exempt my fine charges. I have talked and mailed them many times but they are not listening.. If the mistake is done by customer then bank charges fine but if their employees make mistake due to which a customer is suffering they are not understanding it. If a person spend money account to his or her capabilities then why because of bank mistake i am forced to pay extra.. I m paying which i spent.. Why i will pay extra twice and bank policy is do rigid that they make customer trouble everytime.. Moreover the case was open and still not closed.. This has become the issue of principles and right and wrong.. I will not pay the extra any how till the bank understands their mistake. Rs 885 has been debited from my sbi account by 3 times of rs.295...We are not aware of this charges and even dont know what is this charges...Please reverse the charges this time and we will be aware from next time...Please note for 2 debits i have received sms...But 1 debit has not notified by any sms
