Hi team,

I had used sbi credit card for 9 months and bill is 76000 as due to some reasons i was unable to pay my amount and i had got call debt collector name pooja sharma from parliament branch of sbi bank, i was asking time to repay my credit card full amount in one shot or i asked to settlement in to emi process, but he was not listening to me and using very bad language and thearting my life, i recently got married i said i have my other libilities as well still i want to settle with the bank but they are continiously threatening my friends and family members i was very panic on this situation and i was unable to continue my life in proper way and if not i am ready to suscide if action not taken i am ready to die.

    Refund from amazon for amount rs 949.00 has been processed on 1st jan 2019. Authorization code for the refund is. The refund is not credited in my account till now. Conversation with amazon regarding this from my gmail account is attached. The reference number is[protected]

      Today morning i have got a unknown number ([protected]) call. He is asking me. Are you using any atm card?. I am saying yes. But who are you? He is told me. I m calling from rbi head office mumbai. Your atm card is lock. If you want to reopen this card than. Please give me some question answer. I m say yes. Then he is asking me about atm card information like. Card number, validity date, and bank name, cvv number. Etc. I know this is a fraud call.

        Dear sir, we are working as state bank (Bc) in orai. An imps has been made by fault through customer but the customer lying regularly about the transfer and demanding money back. He wants to transfer money in baroda up gramin bank but it is transferred in same account no of bank of baroda with a/c no. - [protected] but original account holder is rekha devi as said by customer. I have attached the transfer receipt. Pls try to resolve as soon as possible.

          Transferred a20000 amount from my pnb bank account ([protected]) to sbi account ([protected]) on dated:07-jan-2019.
          This payment has been transferred successfully from pnb a/c by bhim upi ([protected]@upi). This amount was credited successfully in sbi a/c. But immediately amount reverse beck.
          On asking the pnb bank they confirmed us that from these side the amount has been transferred successfully and confirm the sbi.
          So please clear to me why my amount has been reverse from my account and in how much time i will get beck.
          All necessary screen shot is attached herewith.
          So plz resolve the problem

            My self gausul baksh, have an account in sbi main branch jagdalpur. Rs 295 is being debited from my account everyday from 12/01/2019 to 15/01/2019. A total of 1180 rupees have been debited from my account without my permission. Kindly find a solution to my problem as soon as possible. My contact no. [protected].
            I also contacted sbi main branch. They are of no help in this matter. They are not able to do anything. Message of debit which i got from sbi is as follows: " your a/c xxxxxxxx debited inr 295.00 on 12/01/2019- transferred to investment intermedi. A/c balance inr rs xxx. Xx

              Dear sir,

              I have blocked my existing sbi credit card on 10th jan 2019 after paying my outstanding amount of rs9960. I informed the customer care girl that i don't need this credit card anymore and i want it to be closed.

              She replied that i have to pay my outstanding bill and after that she will block my card. After few minutes she told me that she had put request for blocking my card. After few hours i got the confirmation mail which is under as follows

              Dear sbi cardholder,
              As per your request, we have blocked your sbi card ending 6964.

              To reissue your sbi card in future, please visit http://bit.ly/SBICReissue or call our helpline number at[protected] or 39 02 02 02 or (Prefix local std code).

              Please note: ivr & emergency services are available 24 hours & customer service representatives are available from monday to saturday between 8:00am to 8:00pm.

              But after few days i got sms that my card is reissued and dispatched to my address. Also they have added reissue charge on my account.

              Kindly help me with this issue as this sbi people make fool o[censored]s and charges inappropriately. I need some strict action against them.

Reported to bank several times everytime bank informed they have seeded successfully and advised to contact with npci.                   Refer to the reply to my cms no op[protected][protected]), i would like to add in this context that all the three i. E. You, pension department and my brother, all are adamant at their stands, pl suggest me how could i get my pension in such scenario. As per the bank guidelines you quoted in this context, "signature of all the account holders should be verified at the time of addition or deletion" i am fully agree with you and i accordingly, have submitted my brother's signature but you denied to accept and asked me for my brother's physical appearing which is, as per my view, not mandatory. I was unaware of the fact that third name in pension a/c is not admissible but despite being aware of the same you put me in adversity by forwarding my pension document to pension department for further processing. Had you checked this mistake at that time i would not have been sufferer today. To resolve this matter, i am still ready to execute any affidavit to pay any compensation in case my brother solicits any claim for any compensation for the same act.. Obviously, you also aware of that my brother hasn't done ever any transaction in the same a/c he even doesn't aware of a/c number of the same a/c.
                  I again request you kindly either strike out the name of my brother from the same a/c or make provision to get release my pension by hook and crook.

                      I have been paying the electricity bill of bescom bangalore for my bescom a/c [protected] after paying a fee of rs.100 for the ecs. Last ecs payment has been on nov27, 2018 from my sb a/c [protected] from sbi (Ifsc: sbin0016223). But in the month the demand from bescom has not been honored by sbi. But this was not informed to me even though they are supposed to. This has resulted in bescom collecting a fine of rs.100 along with the bill for the month of december '18 to be paid by 18/1/2019. This penal fee is because of the lapse of the bank sbi. Hence i request sbi to pay this fine and also to give reason why i was not informed.

                      I have been paying the Electricity bill of BESCOM Bangalore for my BESCOM a/c [protected] after paying a fee of Rs.100 for the ECS.                         Respected sir, i want to apply for polyhouse farming nhb scheme at my land bhatwadgaon, majalgaon. For that purpose loan should be sanctioned from the local bank to apply online for nhb polyhouse farming scheme.

                          I had gone today to deposit clearing at your surana market, pali (Rajasthan) branch. The manager refuse to take clearing due to the account is at out station branch. As my account is at idbi bank pali and other party's account is at mumbai. The manager said we will deposit the cheques at our branch only and this account is not at our pali branch.

                          While all others banks and your other branches also take this type of clearing.

                          I have call recording of communication with the branch manager.

                          Let me know what is the banking rules.

                            My fast tag is not working properly was said by toll plaza boy. He took cash from me. I have the receipt of 90 rs. And also fast tag debited the same amount 90 rs from my account.

                            Most of the time the scanner is not working properly and we have to face problems for that.

                            Now, i want my double debited money back in my account.
                            Please help me out for this.

                                I am vishal giraddi, studying puc from hubli. Recently opened account in sbi bank in unkal cross hubli. Without explaining things properly branch has puchased hdfc equity fund with folio 3485725/07.

                                As i am still student with no source of income, another check from hdfc got bounced and there was penalty. I have given written application to the concerned person. My mother visited bank 6 times to cancel with application. Concerned authorities iformed tat thy will cancel but again this month thy have puchased m[censored]nits.

                                Sbi has become worst in proving services. It is same experience with my friends also.

                                Manager will be never available in bank during bank timings.

                                  Dear sir

                                  A refund of 1899 rupees was successfully processed on 5 january 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                      There are some customers using their SBI Bank account to do cyber crimes around Mumbai..

                                      I have deposited amount to their account(Contact me through mail i will send the payment details of their accounts), after that they didn't turn up with their products and not in contact with me as well.
                                      Looks Like Bank Personnel also involved and supporting these kind of fraud activities.

                                        I am not interested to continue with sbi, staff dont have culture how to behave with customers. Always they are in their own irritation mode.
                                        No proper communication will happen if i go to the bank.
                                        Fed up off with these uncivilized people.
                                        I have experienced this in 3 branches in bangalore.
                                        They are unfit to be officials, to my view.

                                        If i ask, how to close my account, they are not telling- they are creating fear in me, due to low balance in a/c- penalty we hv to pay??
                                        if we cant able to pay- they will take us to law.

                                        What a day light robbers they are??, MY god.

                                        Account is for keeping our saved money, if we dont have savings means- how can we pay penalty to them- they are asking like some meaning less.shame less people-

                                        Without profit- no bank allows us to open the account.. its enough.

                                        For closing also they need money..
                                        What ever the formalities may be..

                                        this is wrong.

                                        We are in such a situation- What IF Government only cheats public- i, mean what we can do, if our account balance is made zero by government???

                                        We cant do anything.
