I have been paying the electricity bill of bescom bangalore for my bescom a/c [protected] after paying a fee of rs.100 for the ecs. Last ecs payment has been on nov27, 2018 from my sb a/c [protected] from sbi (Ifsc: sbin0016223). But in the month the demand from bescom has not been honored by sbi. But this was not informed to me even though they are supposed to. This has resulted in bescom collecting a fine of rs.100 along with the bill for the month of december '18 to be paid by 18/1/2019. This penal fee is because of the lapse of the bank sbi. Hence i request sbi to pay this fine and also to give reason why i was not informed.

I have been paying the Electricity bill of BESCOM Bangalore for my BESCOM a/c [protected] after paying a fee of Rs.100 for the ECS. Last ECS payment has been on Nov27, 2018 from my SB A/c [protected] from SBI (IFSC: SBIN0016223). But in the month the demand from BESCOM has not been honored by SBI. But this was not informed to me even though they are supposed to.This has resulted in BESCOM collecting a fine of Rs.100 along with the bill for the month of December '18 to be paid by 18/1/2019. This penal fee is because of the lapse of the bank SBI. Hence I request SBI to pay this fine and also to give reason why I was not informed.

    Respected sir, i want to apply for polyhouse farming nhb scheme at my land bhatwadgaon, majalgaon. For that purpose loan should be sanctioned from the local bank to apply online for nhb polyhouse farming scheme.
    But sbi majalgaon br ifsc sbin0003798 refused to accept agriculture loan file of mine saying shortage of manpower, no time to work with new proposals. I am account holder of same br. My name is dnyanoba eknath ujgare
    For the reason same i cant submit online form for the nhb scheme for polyhouse farming.
    It is requested to do the needful at the earliest.

      Dear sir
      I had gone today to deposit clearing at your surana market, pali (Rajasthan) branch. The manager refuse to take clearing due to the account is at out station branch. As my account is at idbi bank pali and other party's account is at mumbai. The manager said we will deposit the cheques at our branch only and this account is not at our pali branch.

      While all others banks and your other branches also take this type of clearing.

      I have call recording of communication with the branch manager.

      Let me know what is the banking rules.

        My fast tag is not working properly was said by toll plaza boy. He took cash from me. I have the receipt of 90 rs. And also fast tag debited the same amount 90 rs from my account.

        Most of the time the scanner is not working properly and we have to face problems for that.

        Now, i want my double debited money back in my account.
        Please help me out for this.

            I am vishal giraddi, studying puc from hubli. Recently opened account in sbi bank in unkal cross hubli. Without explaining things properly branch has puchased hdfc equity fund with folio 3485725/07.

            As i am still student with no source of income, another check from hdfc got bounced and there was penalty. I have given written application to the concerned person. My mother visited bank 6 times to cancel with application. Concerned authorities iformed tat thy will cancel but again this month thy have puchased m[censored]nits.

            Sbi has become worst in proving services. It is same experience with my friends also.

            Manager will be never available in bank during bank timings.

              Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

              Dear sir

              A refund of 1899 rupees was successfully processed on 5 january 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                  There are some customers using their SBI Bank account to do cyber crimes around Mumbai..

                  I have deposited amount to their account(Contact me through mail i will send the payment details of their accounts), after that they didn't turn up with their products and not in contact with me as well.
                  Looks Like Bank Personnel also involved and supporting these kind of fraud activities.

                    I am not interested to continue with sbi, staff dont have culture how to behave with customers. Always they are in their own irritation mode.
                    No proper communication will happen if i go to the bank.
                    Fed up off with these uncivilized people.
                    I have experienced this in 3 branches in bangalore.
                    They are unfit to be officials, to my view.

                    If i ask, how to close my account, they are not telling- they are creating fear in me, due to low balance in a/c- penalty we hv to pay??
                    if we cant able to pay- they will take us to law.

                    What a day light robbers they are??, MY god.

                    Account is for keeping our saved money, if we dont have savings means- how can we pay penalty to them- they are asking like some meaning less.shame less people-

                    Without profit- no bank allows us to open the account.. its enough.

                    For closing also they need money..
                    What ever the formalities may be..

                    this is wrong.

                    We are in such a situation- What IF Government only cheats public- i, mean what we can do, if our account balance is made zero by government???

                    We cant do anything.

                      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                          I booked my oet examination test date on 16 th December from SBI credit card for which 30561 was deducted. SBI card accidentally deducted the same amount again from my account, that means they deducted twice for one booking. for the same reason, i called sbi customer care, first of all there call never get connected so i put them a mail explaining in detail. SBI refunded extra deducted amount and also they sent mail to examination body to refund my money for which they say they have reversed.
                          now my current scenario is oet examination body is saying to pay money again and when I ask sbi they say that they have paid them.
                          now when I want clarification from sbi they are not responding to mail nor calling back, such pathetic credit card service.

                                      Respected Sir/Madam,
                                      I am suffered a lot from my bank and bank officer, and my business is hampered by non co-operative behaviour of bank, endless waiting period to take decision on renewal of loan, etc.
                                      My case is as below,
                                      1) Initially I borrowed loan from State bank of Hyderabad, Barshi for Rs.5, 00, 00/-, against immovable property i.e. residential bungalow which is mortgaged. As Hyderabad bank merged into SBI I am suffering and my business is hampered. Renewal of loan was due on Sept2017, so I submitted all required and necessary document in Sept2017. Since Sept loan renewal is pending and no action was taken. I meet concern officer to pursue my loan renewal at branch but no further action was taken. Also I meet concern officer at divisional office, Solapur but he also did not take any action.
                                      2) Due to non operative status of my loan account I could not do any transaction and my account is gone into NP status. So I am not responsible to pay any interest from Sept17.
                                      Further more in future, also I will not pay any interest. Hence interest from Sept17 has to be stopped.
                                      3) Also Rs.29, 000/- approximately was debited from my current and saving account by bank and credited to loan account. The intimation, notice is not given to me for this transaction.
                                      4) The accounts which are debited, are fall into below minimum balance level and are due for penalty.
                                      For this situation, only bank is responsible. My home loan account is regular and has good, positive rating. Before March 2017 my all accounts were regular and had positive rating.

                                      Once again I request you to look in my case and will do necessary action .
