I have taken housing loan from the bank, in my 2nd loan i was told to take suraksha rin policy. Which i had taken when the policy documnents were received by me i dint find the features beneficial tome hence i contacted the representive helping me for my loans. She adviced me to send the policy docs to the sbi life dept with the letter of cancellation which i submitted and with some deduction i got chq of 31000/ approx. I did the needful as per advice and got the matter closed, i do not operate my savings account much in the bank as i work for bank myself, when in june i got some call and was told to make some immediate transfer as my loan account is overdrawn. That is the time i realised that the suraksha policy is still not closed, i wrote to racp id as i had that email id for my communication with the loan dept. I got no reply. As i am also have busy job timings i could not visit the bank, recently i got time and i visited when i was told that the account needs to be closed in the bank also which i had no clue as moreover was told to pay some 8200/ approx. For some debit interest. An when i checked our savings account there is further direct debit entry towards this surakhsa rin insurance, i was also told that i am not at fault but still nothing can be done of all the deducted amount which is close to some 36000 i was told.
Being in bank i have very high regards about the banking system request you to please take an urgent notice about my complaint and looking forward for all the money to be refunded towards principal or int amount as the policy was cancelled during the free look period itself. Since i did not want a penny further to be increased i have submitted the closure of the account on 5/1/19 at the versova branch [protected] giving debit instructions for debiting my savings account and close the account immediately. I look forward for my entire amount to be credited to our account so that valued relationship is continued

    Amezon की तरफ से return reference no-517595 के द्वरा 827/- refund किया जाना था ।amezon ने email किया है कि आपके खाते में 4 जनबरी 2019 को क्रेडिट कर दिया गया है। परंतु मैं अपना amezon से लिंक खाता का statement चेक किया तो इस amount का कोई राशि हमारे खाता में क्रेडिट नही हुआ है। मैं अपना बैंक statement amezon के साथ भी share किया है। amezon custemer service में संपर्क करने पर बोलते हैं कि बैंक custemer service से संपर्क करें। बैंक से संपर्क करने पर कहता है कि amezon से संपर्क करे।

      Dear team,

      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

        I Shree Jaya Krishna Mohanta, S/O - Bhimasen Mohanta, age about 36 years has been an inhabitant of Bichakundi, District Keonjhar wish to put a few lines before your kind table for your persual and taking some favourable decision.

        Sir, I went to Rourkela for some personal reasons on 28/05/2017 and during that visit Sri Chandan Kumar Das(Mob [protected]) abruptly met with me at the Big Baazar and introduced himself as an associate of SBI card and repeatedly insisted me to purchase the credit card from him by fullfilling all the formalities.

        So, being unaware of his fraud nature I filled up all the format given to me in accordance with the instructions of him but not went through all the lines written on those formats to get the credit card. So, in this connection he told me to send the PAN and Aadhaar card to the WhatsApp number told by him and accordingly I sent all the above mentioned documents to him. Therefore, I had been asking him about issuing of my credit card over telephone frequently. As a result of which he told me that I would not be provided with the credit card on the ground of rejection of my application due to variation of location after completion of one and half week from the date of filling all the formats. So I kept myself silent as my application was rejected for that perioud. But abruptly, some of the mobile phone calls came from three different numbers such as +91 [protected], +91 [protected] and +91 [protected] respectively in between 16/02/2018 to 21/02/2018 which instructed me to deposit an amount of rupees 134, 975.00 towards the expenditure incurred by me against the credit card number xxxx xxxx xxxx 6960 So, you can imagine my mental condition that without having any credit card and without spending a single penny I had to repay such a big amount of rupees 134, 975.00 and for this fabricated allegation I am not responsible by any means and I request you to conduct a detail enquiry in this matter to establish the truth which will give me the mental peace otherwise I wood be mentally sick.

              Sir, my name is botla saivinay .I am a sbi account holder .on 05/1/2019 I transferred money rupees 500/- to my friend biyyala Venkatesh who is Andhra Bank account holder through phone pe account.my friend biyyala Venkatesh doesn't received any money in his account but money in my account is debited...so sincerely requesting you that please look over my problem..

                I made an UPI Transaction through the SBI Anywhere App, the transaction showed Successful, but the amount(2010.63) is not credited to the beneficiary account
                I even raised a dispute against the transaction.
                My ticket number is 554875
                Customer Ref Number is[protected]

                Transaction ID is SBA[protected]

                The amount was deducted from my SBI account but not credited to the VPA account of Axis.

                Request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  On 27th DEC 2018 I was trying to withdraw Rs3000 from SBI ATM near Diyun branch but before cash dispatch ATM power was cut off. After that I received a SMS of deducted the amount from my account. Immediately I talked to nearest SBI branch staff .I.e. Diyun branch they told to wait for 24hrs but after 24hrs money was not refund then I complaint to SBI customer care again they said that my problem will resolve within working 7days giving a ticket number [protected] but money is not refund yet. Please help me to get my amount. Thank you

                    In 30 Dec 2018 my friend have transferred through paytm bank account number is[protected]. Uttar Pradesh.When i went to bank the clerk Neeraj told i[censored] will start the health policy of 1500 the only i will open ur account and also he told that u have to pay 1500 only time after that no need to pay so i was agreed on this and open the account ..after few days i got a call from bank that u come to bank and meet me. so toady i went to bank then manager told i will deduct 2200 rs from ur account for heath policy. so i told to manager that when i was opened the account the person neeraj told that the bank will deduct 1500 rs so y r u deducting 2200 then the manager used very bad word and told get-out from the bank.
                      so i m requesting u to kindly plz. take a serious action against him otherwise i will give police case against bank as well as manager and neeraj.
                      and i have proof of that also.

                        Sir,
                        on[protected], I have submitted duly filled up KYC format along with relevant documents at SBI, Dispur Branch, Guwahati but it seems that the matter has not been taken up in right earnest till date by the appropriate authority resulting which I am finding myriad problem.

                        That Sir, I am a Govt. employee and unable to draw my salary through the newly issued ATM Card. Request to look into matter to resolve the problem at the earliest.

                          Incomplete ATM withdrawal but, the fund was deducted from my account. I tried to withdraw an amount of 300 from UNB ATM today but later it was shown that the machine didn't have 100 notes. So I cancelled the transaction.
                          But when I checked my available balance the amount was deducted from my account.
                          So kindly please check it.

                              My atm card dispatch on 13.10.2018 vide consignment no. Aq[protected]in on my home address but not received and return to back. After that same my atm card dispatch on 30.11.2018 vide consignment no. Aq[protected]in to state bank of india, market yard branch, new mandi, hapur-245101 and as per india post traking detail and delivery report atm card delivered on 04.12.2018. But branch not hand over my atm card already i tried more attempt to pick my card but they told me that we have not receipt above documents.

                              State bank of india is not processing my refund by amazon India. Amazon processed by refund on 21st December 2018 but I have not received my refund as on 2nd january 2019 from state bank of India. neither the customer service of the state bank is answering. The reference number for the refund is 337674.
                              I am continue visited our branch but no permanent solution my new debit card application submitted complaint no. Closed without customer satisfaction
                              Branch manager vihaviour very bad no permanent solution
                              I never asked for auto renewal of Accidental PAI insurance, despite so many cancellation letters from past 2 years why is my money getting deducted every year. Hell with SBI.
                              Please cancel my PAI insurance. I have sent all my bank details to customer care

                                "submit" button is not working for online submission of 15g/h through sbi internet banking

                                This is the issue with sbi internet banking for submitting 15g/h.

                                "submit" button is not working on the page where we fill the details for 15g/h submission.
                                'reset' button works properly by clearing all the form fields.
                                But there is no action when pressed on "submit" button.

                                I'm facing this issue since 05/01/2019.
                                Before that the service used to work fine, upon clicking on 'submit' button;...

                                I have withdrawal an amount of rs.6000 from an atm of bank of india on 07/01/2019 at 13:09. The amount i received is rs.5500. I again at 13:10 withdrawal an amount of rs.500 and it just came out. Where did my 500 rupees went in the first transaction. I have only rs.6000 after doing a transaction of rs.6500. Please look into the matter.

                                      On 05 Jan 19, during booking of rly ticket, amount deducted rs 381.00 from account no [protected], but ticket not materialised, IRCTC site shows pending payment from bank.                                       5000 rupaye are debited of ATM but money not receive of hand you are not getting 5000 rupaye I am going to the police station to complaint to the frod and fake ATM system
                                      From several months amount of rs 1900/ debiting from my account to investment intermedi, i have not invested in any such companies nor i have given any authorisation to any one, it is unfortunate that such frauds are not exception to sbi, kindly stop further debitting of any amount from my account and refund my money

                                      There are some problem for my account . The amount worth 295 rupees is transferring to some Investment intermidy company day by day . But I am bilong middle class family for earn part day 300 rupees, for which this very bad for deduct my money to me .please help, for get my money back .
                                      Not receiving OTP while transferring money and adding a beneficiary trying from last three to four days.
